Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We had a really lovely stay at Zoe’s place. The property was super cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for the weekend. The location was great and made it easy to get around. Zoe was a wonderful host kind, understanding, and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Location is not exactly central but easy to drive to and from if you have a car. Property is on the quieter, north side of building with plenty of sunny windows.
No parking onsite but you can park right beside steps leading up to property to unload your gear. Parking available in adjacent streets most of the time.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2024A very stylish and comfortable apartment that is roughly about a 15min walk to the city. The entire place was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host was nice and friendly and I especially liked how she was very responsive and helpful in our communication. Because this unit is part of an apartment complex one would assume there would be a bit of noise, but that couldn't be further from the truth. It was really quiet, making for a nice and comfortable stay.
The only downside is that there is no parking available on the premises. However this is definitely noted in the description of the unit. There is all-day free parking on the side street of the unit (Peake street, if I recall) and this is also noted in the description. But you can drive into the premises and off-load any luggage, as the unit is right by the driveway.

Reviewed Sep 21, 2024This modern, stylish apartment was very warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was there ...from tea and coffee to information on the area and Christchurch. The location was perfect, only a 15 minute walk into the city... I have hesitation recommending this property.
