Salerno Motel Apartments

Close to CBD and a few food options very close. Host was very friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend this Motel.

Nothing.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Warm, clean and sound proof unit with fabulous spa bath. Great central location.

No handle to help aid in and out of shower (shower is over the spa bath in the unit I stayed in)

The new owners were putting a lot of work into giving the place a makeover,it was very clean and tidy and the owners were very friendly I would recommend this motel to all others.

I could not find a fault.

- The lady at the front desk - The location was perfect - Comfy - Exceptionally clean

We couldnt stay longer

Good value accommodation, good location. Highly recommended.

Nonetheless

Loved staying here! Wonderfully friendly lady at reception, amazing facilities, amazing spa bath and just all round warmth and comfort! I will definitely be back 😊😊

Could not fault anything during my stay

It was perfect for our Family, big bath for baby to splash and play in. Really nice lady running the Apartments went above and beyond for us 😊

Staff were super friendly and lovely to deal with.

From arrival to checkout we were treated as personal guests rather than someone who had just come to stay in a unit. Location is central, and even though it is on a busy road, the traffic noise is minimal. Spa bath was a wonderful treat so well used, and totally worth it.

Exceptional, clean, comfy, spa bath phantastic

Very friendly welcome and a beautifully clean and well-appointed unit. Look forward to our next stay.

The motel is at a great location in cbd. The room is spacious and facilities are new. Host lady greeted us with a nice smile on her face and was very friendly. However one of the glasses had obvious stains on it. Overall it was a nice experience though with the very reasonable price.

Great value for money, staff were very accommodating

Property was spacious and a great lay out. Loved the tvs in all rooms.

Nothing to complain about

Great location, friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable.

Receptionist is very friendly. They do nice touch up in your room. Easy check out and check in. Close to town. Loving the spa bath

Spa bath is dirty when you use it for the first time. Need to on the spa and throw the water again and refill a new one.

The new Manager was just awesome, very real and happy to work in some changes to our booking, free of charge.

Nothing, would definitely stay at Salerno again if in Christchurch.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the Town Hall. Great parking. Comfortable spacious unit.

Nothing

Comfortable walk into the city. Clean, warm and comfortable room. Value for money.

Nothing to add

Great location, nice spa, great hosts

Everything. The owners we the most warm and welcoming people I've ever met. Helpful in everything you could ever want or need. Very family oriented and the cleanliness of the rooms was superb. Even down to organising a shuttle bus to the airport or needing a new roll of toilet paper, nothing was too much trouble for them. AMAZING.

Nothing. Anyone who complains about this stay is either fed with a silver spoon and has unrealistic expectations or has no idea what a few nights in an chilled environment is all about.

Location and it had a proper desk, which is important as it was a work trip

Very friendly and helpful. Nice to see the bible in here.

Comfort and cleanliness

The hotel is in a great location, at walking distance to the centre of Christchurch. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. I loved the corner bath and the towels were absolutely incredibly soft. Christine and her son were very friendly and very helpful. We will stay at Salerno again.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff

Very clean and large plus easy to walk into the city centre.

Bed a little uncomfortable

Very clean and tidy, well appointed room.

Nothing not to like

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The location is close to everything. Super clean and tidy and comfort just like home.

Great location, very clean and really well priced.

I have nothing to complain about.

Comfortable and clean.

Loved the location! Loved the spa bath.

Very friendly and helpful - prompt responses to any queries. Very clean units. Good location - uber into the central city was about NZD$10.

No air-con in the units - but this is reflected in the price.

l'accueil par le personnel de l’hôtel la propreté appartement spacieux proximité du centre ville place de parking très accessible Quiétude de l’hôtel

tout était bien

Clean and walking distance to the city centre. The owners were welcoming.

Location. Stayed few times before.

Great location, central to everything. Friendly hosts.

there is some traffic noise but ok

Location and was comfortable

Parking was a bit tight and we wondered if we went out if we would bw able to get a parking, but we did

We love Salerno Motel Apartments - this was our 2nd stay and Salerno is likely to be our go-to accommodation choice when in Christchurch. The motel is very convenient, just a quick walk to the city centre, but on an easy transport link to other shopping centres like Westfield Mall in Riccarton. It is clean and tidy. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, it was the perfect size. We arrived a little later than expected but this was no issue for the hosts. They were so accommodating and super friendly. The room was spotless, the mints on the bed were a lovely touch. There was plenty of everything we needed. Just all round great accommodation and very reasonably priced.

Can't think of anything that was less than expected.

Everything

Very nice and had everything we needed accept no stove top. The spa bath was great and it was a very nice apartment with everything we needed. Great location and sound proof so this was great.

It didn't have a stove top to cook breakfast.

Location and staff were friendly.

New owners are really trying to make it their own, good luck

I have given feed back to Motel directly

Owners were very nice and was made to feel welcome rooms was nice and comfy

Staff lovely, good value for money

We thought location was in city centre but it was a 20 minute walk away.

Location fantastic for being able to walk to the city. Staff very friendly.
