Hasi, the host had a very unfriendly approach to solve issues. He told us to leave the apartment at 8PM. This is outstanding !! Plus the WC door was knocking on the wall. There was only one fan for two bedrooms, couldn't sleep in 40C. The oven was full of grease drops, so when it got hot, smoke filled up the apartment so much that we had to escape.

### TL;DR: Difficult check-in, rude host, and poorly maintained apartment Three of us stayed here for a weekend trip. Check-in took approximately an hour because the instructions for the self-check-in were incomplete. The host stated that he had attached a photo of the keybox containing the keys, but no photo was included in the email we received. We therefore had no idea what the keybox looked like or where to find it. When we contacted the host for help, he was rude and condescending, repeatedly refused to resend the photo, and unexpectedly hung up on us during the call. As a result, we spent around an hour outside trying to resolve the issue and missed our planned activities for the first day. The apartment was also in disappointing condition: * It did not look like the listing photos. * It was generally poorly maintained and not properly clean. * The toilet sink did not work. * The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival. * Kitchen equipment was incomplete, including no proper knives. * The shower had visible mold. * The shower enclosure was not properly secured and the doors nearly came off when opened. * The apartment did not appear to have been properly prepared for three guests. Overall, the check-in experience and the condition of the apartment fell well below what we expected from the listing.

Lovely well equipped apartment, a great space for us as a couple. The hosts provided a fan to help us with the heat.

Ruhige Lage

Trotz Übermittlung unserer Ankunftszeit war das Apartment nicht fertig und wir mussten über 15 Min vor der Haustür warten obwohl wir es sehr eilig hatten. Die angekündigte Kaffeemaschine ist eine Kapselmaschine und keine Kapseln vorhanden. Der Geschirrspüler war noch voll. Die einzelne dünne Decke ist für 2 Personen sehr dürftig zum Zudecken.

Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Gastgeber war nicht erreichbar. Bett hat dünne Matratze und Wasserhahn im WC funktioniert nicht. Lage ist nicht zentral.

That I didn’t need to stay there long.

No door on the bedroom. You can hear the neighbors flushing the toilet. We had only 1 big towel which smelled bad. The whole flat smelled a bit like smoke. It’s not a new appartmant

Perfect location. Easy communication with the host. Clean, tidy and cosy.

Leider hat es nichts gepasst! Der Besitzer haltet kein Wort, einfach viel versprochen und noch mehr angelogen. Schlechte Verbindung zum Stadt und hygienisch sehr schlecht. Ich komme nie mehr!!!

Casa carina ed accogliente e host reattivo alle risposte.

Mancavano i sacchi della spazzatura. l’aereo ha tardato di mezz’ora ed eravamo mezz’ora fuori dall’orario di arrivo dunque la porta di ingresso non si apriva ed abbiamo dovuto suonare ad altre persone (bisognerebbe segnalare che il portone di ingresso si apre esclusivamente se rispetti l’orario di arrivo). In ogni caso l’host è stato reattivo nel rispondere. Mancavano i cuscini o meglio, i cuscini c’erano ma non erano definibili come cuscini per dormire. Forse un po’ cara considerando che è abbastanza fuori dal centro.

Neighbourhood was nice

There was a lot of confusion about cleaning / we had to change sheets ourselves, it wasn’t clear if it was used towels/ sheets

-Wasserhahn am Waschbecken bei der Toilette funktionierte nicht (Abflussrohr defekt) -Sauberkeit hätte wirklich besser sein können -Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden -Holzregal am Waschbecken im großen Bad war beschädigt -Sehr hellhörig

Couch did not look clean. Keys inside the building only, (re)entering the building at night can be impossible.

Was very dirty floor and carpets, I have to clean them by myself, problems with the bathroom drain and toilet faucet. It’s everything possible to fix so easy, I’m upset because of this

Nice little apartment, great for a few night in Vienna. A little bit outside, not in the ceter area, but there are stores in walking distance. Basic amenities in the kitchen.

The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours from all around. Could be cleaner.

Everything. The location is convenient for going everywhere in Vienna within 20 minutes except for Schonbrunn but if you are too close to it, you are usually far from the rest. Also not in a crowded area, very calm and quiet neighbourhood, many bakeries and comodities around, also a big mall with a decent food court. The apartment was lovely - clean, tidy, with everything necessary and in good maintenance level. Internet was good either. Tastefully decorated and, as the name suggests, cozy. The owners were extremely helpful, kind and reachable.

Kurzer weg zur S-Bahn. Sauber.

Dusche ist schimmelig, Wände sehr dünn (man hört alles der Nachbarn), beim Check-In gabs Probleme. Das Bett ist das unbequemste was ich jemals hatte, habe dann auf dem Sofa geschlafen.

Posizione perfetta, accogliente, calda. Praticamente ti fa sentire a casa!

Mit der S- Bahn 7 kann man schnell den Flughafen erreichen, was eigentlich unser Ziel war. Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und sauber, es gibt alles Notwendige für das Essenzubereiten, Nur das Problem mit dem Betreten des Hauses ( Eingangstür) wäre nicht schlecht zu beseitigen, sonst ist alles sehr gut. Wir würden nächstes Mal gerne hier übernachten, wir sagen Danke

Great little one bedroom apartment. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the wifi worked great. It was especially quiet and peaceful. Host was communicative, responsive, and flexible. Less than 10 minute walk to Traisengasse Station. Many groceries nearby. We would recommend.

The kitchen had many missing items that would have been helpful, such as: a chopping knife and an oven pan. But we managed.

L'appartement est bien situé et très facile d'accès par les transports en communs. L'arrivé (autonomne) comme le départ se déroulent sans problème. Il est confortable et grand, avec une cuisine plutôt bien équipée et une grande salle de bain.

The room was satisfactory for us. It was very close to the train station, and close to the Prater. It is also easy to go to the center thanks to the train. The room had everything we needed. The host allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time. They also prepared a bed for us for the baby. I recommend staying here

The bedroom had no door, so there may be some privacy issues. There were also hairs on the couch and it looked dirty. But the rest of the apartment was clean. And The lighting in the bedroom is a little low. But these are minor issues. Overall, we are satisfied.

L'appartamento è vicino al centro anche se in periferia. C'è posto per mettere tutto.

Appena arrivati abbiamo sentito una gran puzza poi abbiamo scoperto che veniva dal frigo. Qualcosa puzzava nel freezer e non era stato pulito. L'appartamento non era pulito per niente sopratutto per terra, cumuli di laniccia sotto i letti e per terra veramente sporco. Ho dovuto passare lo straccio perchè avevo un bambino che gattonava. Non c'erano shampoo ne altro in bagno.

Good place. Parking near (you need pay extra for this, but this is Centre of City). It was very quiet and calm, although we weren't there during the day. We walked around the city.

For some reason the bedroom door was removed. This was disappointing. You get one common space instead of a separate bedroom. We did not understand this.

Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Appartamento tenuto bene e accessoriato. Vicino ai mezzi pubblici, basta il tram per raggiungere il centro.

I cuscini sono un po' piccoli e sottili.

Grazioso appartamentino a 20 minuti di tram dal centro. Salottino carino, cucina dotata dell' attrezzatura basica per prepararsi un pranzo. Nella strada parallela ci sono supermercati e negozi per fare la spesa e un ottima osteria con piatti tipici viennesi. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema al momento del check in, in quanto non si apriva il portoncino del palazzo ma l'host ha risposto immediatamente al messaggio di whatsapp e abbiamo risolto abbastanza velocemente. C'era solo un grande asciugamano a testa, avremmo gradito un asciugamano in più per viso e mani a parte dell' asciugamano per la doccia. Il WC è separato dalla sala dal bagno e l' abbiamo trovato poco pratico. Siamo stati due notti in due e sono state fornite solo due capsule per il caffè. Avremmo gradito una capsula per ogni giorno di istanza. I cuscini sono un po' scomodi. Cmq nel complesso è un appartamento confortevole.

Nors neturėjome gyvo kontakto su šeimininku,bet bendraujant nuotoliu, galiu patvirtinti,kad šeimininkas labai rūpestingas, komunikabilus, greitai reaguojantis į situacijas. Bet apartamentai neatitiko aprašymo bei kainos ir kokybės santykio. Pirmą kartą rinkomės nakvynę Vienoje, todėl gerai nežinojome gyvenamųjų rajonų, lokacija nėra pati geriausia, rajonas nejaukus, nėra parkavimo vietos, mašiną teko pastatyti apmokame parkinge,kuris už 11 val. kainavo 32 eurus. Apartamentai nebuvo labai švarūs, vonioje sklido nemalonus kvapas, nėra televizoriaus, nėra kondicionieriaus,kai lauke buvo 35 laipsniai karsčio. Pernakvoti vienai nakčiai galima, bet ilgiau apsistoti kiekvieno asmeninis pasirinkimas. Šeimininkui dėkoju už rūpestį ir patariu pašalinti trūkumus 😉.

Sehr nette und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber! Und in der Wohnung hat es super angenehm gerochen auch die Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Nach einer anstrengenden und sehr langen Anfahrt aus Italien, waren wir kaum in der Wohnung und bereits super glücklich und entspannt. Park and Ride gleich um die Ecke. Unser Highlight war der Familienbadestrand an der Donau 10 min zu Fuß. Gute Verkehrsanbindung allgemein.

Es gibt nicht viele Töpfe, aber ich denke, dass die meisten Besucher nicht wirklich aufwendige Gerichte kochen, wenn sie einen Kurzurlaub in Wien machen und eher essen gehen. Mir ist das nur aufgefallen, da mein Sohn krank war und ich für unsere family „daheim“ kochen wollte und uns noch ein weitere Topf sehr geholfen hätte ;)

The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation. It’s spacious and well-equipped with a variety of amenities. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

I stayed one night in this cosy, brand new apartment and had a very good experience. It’s relatively big and nicely furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. It’s a bit further from the city center, but the location is still convenient—Traisengasse station is nearby, so getting into town was easy. Overall, everything went smoothly and I was happy with my stay!

The building itself is a little older, and I could hear the neighbors a bit, but nothing that really bothered me.

It really is a cosy apartment, not tiny, but homey. With extra blankets and heating options, if you get cold. The kitchen is sufficient, stocked with all the basic equipment a traveler would need. And if cooking isn't for you, there's a microwave oven to heat up your takeaway! The bed is super comfortable, especially if you prefer a mattress on the firmer side. Also the location is quite fortunate, with multiple stores nearby and public transport just a short walk away.

The apartment (above) is a bit noisy. We could hear and sometimes even follow our neighbours conversations, which is not ideal, but honestly, it was quiet during the night, so not that much of a bother.

The location is more than great for people who like quiet and not crowded and busy regions. It is within 5-6 minutes walking from a tram stop and a train stop from which you can directly go to Vienna City Centre for no more than 15-20 minutes. It is also located within walking distance from Danube. The place is very cosy, there is a lot of space, it was clean, tidy and everything you need was there - towels, shampoo, shower gel and etc. We're very satisfied with our stay there and would definitely book it again for our future visits of Vienna.

There is nothing i did not like about the place.

It was a lovely stay close to Danube! Apartment was truly cozy. I could see that the host has upgraded apartment over the time - there is a microwave and other kitchen necessities. There are multiple grocery shops and train station nearby. As a solo traveller I would’ve loved to have one more lock for the door from the inside - but it’s just my preference. Host was great. Even the ongoing renovation did not bother me much, they worked solid daytime hours.

I felt at home and if there was a problem I could contact them immediately. My favorite place in Vienna from now on.

Very good communication with the host, who was truly nice and helpful in answering my inquiries.

The accommodation itself was fine for our 2-day stay. We are familiar with the house and neighborhood from our previous visits to our relative who lives there. However, it would be fair to tell the uninformed guests upfront about the ongoing reconstruction of the entire building. Common areas are very dirty and dusty (allergic/asthmatic people would have a serious problem), noisy drilling from early morning. The planned end of the construction is at the end of April 2025.

The apartment itself was ok. Close to tram and train.

The check-out time is too early. The day we arrived, we asked the host to check out a bit later since our flight was in the afternoon, but we got a response half an hour later than the check-out time -- very inconvenient. There was no TV or radio in the room. There was also only a single coffee pod per person. Also, as other people have already mentioned in their reviews, the whole building is a big construction. I guess the price is too much considering that you cannot find piece.

1.There is construction works in the building and its quite noisy in the apartment from 8AM till 5PM. It would be great to know this before booking. 2.The door in the shower need to be repaired

There was construction going on that started every day at 6am. The door to the building was never locked due to this, and as the facade was being redone too, sometimes men would walk past the window on the scaffolding. Had I know I would not have booked which is probably why the owner wrote me only after I had checked in apologising for the construction.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating host and a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment, very convenient to regular train lines taking you to the heart of the centre, airport and train connections, and other conveniences.

Location was perfect . We didn’t face any issue while check in unlike places at other locations . Host was kind enough to cooperate. Floors were wooden so we took extra care not to make it wet . We also tried to keep it clean as much we could .

One thing was there was some renovation work was going on but host already informed us about this . As it is we were out of the house the whole day & in the night it was quiet and comfortable .

The place is very cosy and spacious, and the location was great - close to a metro station and trams. The neighbourhood seemed safe and pretty. The kitchen had all we needed! Would be happy to stay here again!

Very noisy boiler on the kitchen, I was the third man in our group and I was sleeping on the sofa, I had around 3 nightmares because of the boiler noises :D

Great quiet location

Very cozy apartment with an extremely comfortable vibe, very warm with a good heating system for the winter season. The location is a bit far from the center but very close to both the tram and train stations. Additionally, they offer free coffee and tea that you can make yourself, which is a very pleasant bonus during your stay.

as a recommendation, i would add one more pair of towels for each person but that’s not a significant disadvantage.

Very convenient location for our needs, plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen with coffee making facilities, actually quite comfortable bed.

Would prefer at least a small microwave, I understand that you have to pay for TV license in Austria, but a small TV for news and sport would make the perfect apartment.

Size of the apartment, plus it was comfortable, great heating, hot water shower, convenient location for shops and restaurants.
