מלון מפנק מאד. מיטה נוחה, חדר נקי מאד. הכל היה יפה ואסטתי. חדר ממש גדול ומרווח. אנחנו לקחנו כנחיתה רכה והיה באמת מעולה.

Excellent location only if you’re there mainly for trekking. Food options are easily available nearby. Go for it if you want a budget place to crash for a night, or before and after a trek. There are plenty of street food options nearby, though the area has zero aesthetic or vibe. Room was big enough and clean.

Avoid this property if you are also on a leisure trip and want to explore Dharamkot, etc. The café on the property was closed. Going to cafés in Dharamkot is a task. It also becomes pricey, as one has to take a taxi, which can cost more than the price of the food itself. Taking a bike or scooty on those very, very steep roads is neither practical nor safe. The location is right in front of a taxi stand, which made it quite noisy at certain hours. The outdoor space, which looks good in pictures, could not really be enjoyed because of the noise and the cooking smell coming from the nearby restaurants.

Cafeteria not functioning

The hostel was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for me—right in the middle of McLeod and Dharamkot. That meant both were within easy walking distance.

The best part about hosteller mcleodganj was that it quite closeby most of the places. Staff here was quite helpful. Sharan ji, mukesh ji, ryan ji and rohit ji are quite cooperative. They go out if their ways to resolve the concerns. I remember that I had to pay a high amount for taxi fare but when I told the staff about this, they told me how can I hire a sharing taxi and reach the bus stop. So I would stay staff here was indeed very eager to help so that their guests do not go with any kind of unpleasant experience.

Too much noise. There was a family playing games loudly late in the night. Also cafe is not available, but this wasn't mentioned in the original listing while booking.

The women's dormitory was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always very helpful. I highly recommend this hostel. The location in Bhagsu was also great. It's right between Dharamkot and McLeod Ganj, so everything is within easy walking distance.

Check in was Good by Mr Rohit he is very professional and knowledge Man. He made trip itinerary . Rooms are neat and clean.

Cafe must be open and some vibe is missing .there is no Community Host at property

as shown on website there is no restaurant and no live music all just shown on pictures

only staff is very supportive ,they have no maintenance guy my Ac was not working and at midnight 3 o clock i complained for ac and the guy came and put my ac on 30degree and say now its working ,he don't even know at which temperature the ac should work.

Well designed and maintained, definitely needs scheduled deep cleaning as dust on the room shelves irritates upper beds when fan is turned on. Otherwise everything was perfect, appreciate the help and cleanliness of common areas.

Location was great. However one washroom for a dorm of 8 felt very less especially because everyone needs to get ready quickly and at the same time.

Price wise room was really good and it was easy for me to accommodate, appropriate lighting and balcony access made out trip comfortable

Some basic things like towels and dental kit should be placed beforehand, as there are no phones in the room and have to order through app/website, so it feels uncomfortable and unnecessary time consuming

Location is superb. If you are looking for a stay which is close by to to the market area and temple. This has convinient taxi stand and rent bike right below. Good cafe sitting area. The view is missing but the rooms are big and clean. They host very well.

The staff were very helpful, especially Ankita, she was very pleasant to talk to and provided valuable suggestions! Definitely recommended for a comfortable and leisure stay

I had a wonderful stay at Hosteller Bhagsu. The property is well-maintained, with a great vibe and comfortable spaces to relax. The food was excellent – special thanks to Surender from the café who made every meal enjoyable with his warm service and delicious recommendations. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. A big mention to my friend Raj, who made the experience more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bhagsu – great hospitality, amazing food, and an overall fantastic experience!

האנשים! קאמיש והנקיטה שנמצאים בקבלה הם הלב של המקום. הגענו לפנות בוקר אחרי 12 שעות נסיעה בסליפר, הקדמנו במלא את הזמן של הצק אין. החדר שהזמנו לא היה פנוי אבל הם החליטו לשדרג אותנו ולתת לנו חדר טוב יותר שכן כבר היה פנוי כדי שנכנס בלי לחכות ונצליח לישון קצת. לא קיבלתי כזה שירות טוב בחיים שלי באף מדינה בעולם, תודה לכם! יצאנו לטרק של יומיים ונאלצנו לחזור מוקדם כי חליתי מאוד, שוב הסיפור חזר על עצמו וקיבלנו חדר משודרג לפני זמן הצק אין. הנקיטה וקאמיש רואים אנשים, רואים קושי ועוזרים בצורה נפלאה. הם הקלו עלינו כל כך ותרמו לחוויה הקסומה שהייתה לנו בדרמסאלה. בנוסף לכל זה, החדר שקיבלנו היה מעולה. המיטה הכי נוחה שישנתי בה בהודו ומקלחת מפוארת. יש מזגן והעיצוב יפיפה, באמת שאהבתי הכל.

I stayed for a week at this hotel in Bhagsu, Dharamshala. The room was comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures, and the partial mountain view was nice.

However, the restaurant was closed so not even a coffee was available, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was their terrible app – everything has to go through it, with no way to talk to a real person. It’s slow, frustrating, and makes the whole experience much less enjoyable.

The staff is very arrogant, They are always busy on mobiles. If you ask a basic question like food serving time. They replied to check the hosteller web site. The staff is always busy with other staff members like dissertation about three matters.

I stayed in multiple hosteller, but you can find all irresponsible managers and staff members here. I will send the mail to management with videos. I will check what response I will get. Plz avoid the bhagus property. I will suggest as of now.

Closer to market

Open area wasn’t there. Booked a balcony room but had no view. Also the receptionist she wa ls quite rude and immature.not sure if staff is trained how to behave or talk. Using words like ‘teri aukat dikha dungi’

Location, cafe, property but not wellmanaged like rishikesh. I already stayed in rishikes ganges hosteller for 4 days it was awesome, specially community person Sweety.

Room were very messed and watery toilets. No cleaning like other hosteller, reception female was very rude. Cafe ppl were good, no co ordination between desk staff. In silent time also lots of disturbance, luggage all over the Dorm, no space to walk, or seat.couldnt sleep whole night, doors were open, too much noise in room till morning 5.

Clean and nice room with many restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony is okay, but there are definitely better views in Bhagsu or Dharamkot. Overall, it’s definitely a solid accommodation.

The check-in process is frustrating. You have to fill in everything yourself, and it takes a long time. Payment for foreigners is only possible with a credit card, and an additional fee is always charged on top.
