Seaside An Bang Homestay

Ich habe mich sehr entspannt. Die Gastgeber waren toll. Das Zimmer war idyllisch. Man musste ein paar Abstriche machen (Strom z.B.), aber alles in allem war es traumhaft. Tolles Frühstück. Gute Empfehlungen der Gastgeberin.

Der naheliegende Strand war eine Baustelle. Das Bad war am Ende ein bisschen brüchig. Aber auch da wurde mir geholfen.

Staff gentile perché ci hanno fatto cancellare la prenotazione, accogliente da fuori perché tutto in legno e la famiglia è disponibilissima. Veramente gentili. E vicinissimo al mare, nella stagione giusta potrebbe essere una chicca.

Siamo andati via cancellando le restanti notti, perché in agosto sotto il tetto di legno era molto caldo, il condizionatore non faceva aria a sufficienza per coprire anche l’umidità del bagno che si generava dopo le doccia, perché il bagno era aperto. Bagno piccolissimo, le finestre non si chiudevano molto bene e fuori di notte sono 30 gradi, non proprio poco, quindi almeno l’isolamento in agosto deve essere buono, che non lo era.

Ondanks ruim van tevoren geboekt kwamen zij 1 dag van tevoren met de melding kamer heeft een kapotte airco dus is er geen plek. Wij hebben dus geen idee hoe het verblijf daar is. Wat ik wel weet dat het een smoes was.

A repülőgépünk késése miatt csak nagyon későn, hajnali 2 órakor tudtunk megérkezni, ennek ellenére nagyon szívélyesen fogadtak. Készségesen elintézték az esti programra való foglalást.

A tengerparton közvetlenül a szállásnál (50 m-re) éppen építkezés folyt, csak messzebb (400 m-re) volt strand, pedig épp a közeli strand miatt választottuk.

La maison est typique en bois très jolie et à côté de la mer La propriétaire est sympa.

Il y a des termites ou autre insectes qui grignotent le bois toute la journée et nuit on peut les entendre manger la maison… pas vraiment d’intimité j’avais des fenêtres vitrées partout et devait tirer les rideaux et m’enfermer car les enfants venaient jouer sur mon balcon. On a pris un massage le dimanche et les femmes n’étaient pas des professionnels, massage le plus horrible de toute ma vie. On avait le petit déjeuner inclus mais le premier jour les verres apportés étaient tellement sales que l’on est partie manger ailleurs.

Это НЕ рядом с пляжем. От слова совсем. Выхода к морю напрямую от отеля НЕТ. Точнее он есть, но там все перекопано, ведутся строительные работы, работают огромные экскаваторы и ооочень шумно. Я выбрала этот отель из-за местоположения. Я ошиблась. Фо на завтрак был на вкус как из пачки быстрого приготовления. Цена не соответствует качеству, увы.

У нас был очень аутентичный и фотогеничный номер. Все красиво и чисто. Пляж рядом.

Very close to a nice beach and excellent cafes. Great day spa attached to the property.

Very traditional building which was kind of fun, but had to sleep under mozzie net as room was not completely sealed. Also water was dripping from leaking pipes. Bed not super comfy, breakfast very basic but included in the price so I guess I shouldn’t complain about that.

L'endroit superbe et calme avec une très belle plage. Hoi An est vraiment à privilégier pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité.

Une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bains pendant 3 jours. Du linge soi-disant lavé et qui ne l'était pas ou alors très mal. Réception souvent sans personne.

Petit hotel tranquille, belle chambre, petit dej consistant mais pas très varié. S'occupe de la location de velo et scooter

Equipements defectueux (Salle de bain). Il suffirait d'un petit effort pour reparer les gros problemes de plomberies (robinet qui fuit, douche quaisment inutilisable).

The towels were very small.

It's a lovely setting of a location very near the beach. Daily breakfast was good.

For some reason it is very difficult for drivers to find. Apparently there are several places with the same name and pictures between them are intermingled. Weird. It would help if this facility updated its address or provide a better summary. It's not really on An Bang beach.

Voilà maintenant 5 ans que je séjourne au sein de ce charmant homestay - la première fois en plein COVID, j'y ai passé 2 semaines ressourçantes - et il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour moi à An Bang, Hoi An. A deux pas de la plage, les chambres et espaces communs, revêtus de bois et ornés de verdure, sont un véritable havre de paix qui évoque cet esprit zen. Les hôtes sont charmants, discrets mais extrêmement serviables.

Si possible, réservez les chambres de devant et à l'étage qui disposent d'un balcon.

Zarezerwowałem obiekt, po przybyciu na miejsce, poinformowano mnie że nie ma wolnych pokoji, widziałem przynajmniej 2 puste. Pani jeszcze powiedziała to nie problemem proszę anulować na booking, może dla pani to nie problem, dla mnie problemy się zaczęły, szukanie nowego obiektu, przemieszczanie się i stres.

Great communication from homestay before arrival, wonderful staff with plenty of local information, the room was very comfortable and private with great hot shower and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and our favourite part of our day was the lovely breakfast presented by a beautiful smiley lady, we are vegetarian and a scrummy noodle soup with tofu was prepared. Lovely chilled area friendly and close enough on foot for restaurants and hidden beach.

Leaving and some coat hangers would have been good in the wardrobe as we didn't have any, other than that perfect

Nära stranden

Rummet var mörkt ,ingen läslampa vid sängen ,blött överallt när man duscha ,vått på vår uteterass när det regna ,som var i markplan. Enkel frukost ,man valde från en lista .

Location was ideal with shops, restaurants and beach access. Liked the balcony on first floor. Staff were smiley and helpful. Good breakfast

Water was charged other homestays and hotels provided free water. Had to ask for coffee’s or buy own supply. Overlooked and didn’t feel private

From start to finish everything was outstanding. The host is super sweet and speaks perfect English. The beach is right outside of the accommodation and the whole house is made out of beautiful hard wood, inside and out. Everything is clean and there are a lot of communal places that can be enjoyed. Also - included breakfast was an unexpected bonus! We had the softest pancakes (bring your own Nutella if you're a lover like we are haha). We will surely be coming again :) Super bonus: a baldahin on the bed!

Beautiful property and the family who run the accomadation are extreamly friendly. Also right next to the beach with easy transportation to get to Hoi An centre

De uitstraling van de homestay ziet er erg leuk uit. Daarnaast was het een ruime kamer en ben je zo op het strand.

Helaas viel de hygiëne van de kamer erg tegen, en dan met name de badkamer en het beddengoed. Ook is het handig als je oordopjes mee hebt. Het pand is erg mooi van hout, maar dit maakt het gehorig.

Hon som drev stället var väldigt gullig och vänlig. Det fanns massage som vi provade och den var mycket bra. Frukosten var väldigt enkel och vi saknade frukt, grönsaker och smör till brödet. Juicen/shaken var god. Det var nära till stranden som var fin och trevlig med solstolar för 50000 Dong/stol.

Absolut så kunde frukosten varit bättre med väldigt enkla medel.

Dom jest przepiękny, z tarasu widać morze. (Ale tylko z jednej strony domu) rodzina która nas gościła była bardzo uprzejma, gościnna uśmiechnięta. Codziennie dostawaliśmy świeże śniadanie, które było wliczone w cenę. Na plażę 3 minuty spacerkiem. Świetne miejsce z daleka od miasta (chodź i do Hoi An chodziliśmy spacerkiem przez piękne pola ryżowe). Dom jest wiekowy i to jego wielka zaleta. Raczej dla osób które nie lubią nowoczesnych przestrzeni. Jest tam przytulnie i bardzo kameralnie.

Great location away from the centre and very close to the beach. Room was very big and comfy. Thu is lovely and very helpful. Easy to travel to Da Nang and monkey mountain and the marble mountain

Frühstück war sehr einfach für Gäste aus Europa, Ei, Brot, Tee oder Kaffee. Für alles andere musste man zahlen. Die Nähe zum Strand war das einzige Positive.

Je recommande les pancakes, qui en fait sont deux crèpes posées l'une sur l'autre avec une banane entre les deux= très bon. Petit déjeuner un peu cheap par rapport au prix de la chambre (la plus chère que j'ai eue dans la région, pour la moins bonne chambre). Il y a une smart TV, donc on peut connecter Netflix et Youtube (non-compris dans le prix de la chambre), et l'internet est rapide Pour le reste... Cet hébergement est mal placé. Les plages autour sont effondrées et difficilement accessibles sans passer par un resort, un bar de plage ou un restaurant. Il n'y a pas grand-chose autour et l'ambiance est assez glauque. La première grosse déception, c'est que pour voir la mer, il faut avoir de bons yeux et bien se positionner. Déjà, elle n'est pas visible par la chambre, et d'autre part on n'en voit qu'un tout petit bout. Le "balcon" n'est pas un balcon mais une coursive extérieure, donc ouverte à tous... Premier gros redflag. Deuxièmement, l'hébergement lui-même est loin de la charmante maison en bois présentée en photos (j'ai déjà réservé dans les maisons en bois, bien mieux entretenues que celle-ci, et avec des standards de conforts minimaux, contrairement à celle-ci) : ce n'est pas très propre (il y a de la poussière et des toiles d'araignées un peu partout), tout est plus ou moins vétuste ou cassé, et la chambre était bien loin de proposer 27m² comme annoncé dans l'annonce. La chambre est directement sous les tuiles, et rien n'est jointoyé, donc la moustiquaire est bienvenue! Les meubles sont usés, les chaises inconfortables (il n'y en avait qu'une dans la chambre d'ailleurs), et les équipements sont aussi usés, cassés ou vieux, le range serviette de la salle de bain est inutilisable. Les toilettes sont collées au mur, avec des fils électriques qui se baladent et un ballon d'eau chaude posé... sur un morceau de brique!

Articles de toilettes bas de gamme, qui se résument à deux brosses à dents (pour 4 jours) et du gel douche. Les serviettes sont râpeuses et n'essuient pas bien. Le premier soir, c'est un adolescent qui m'a reçu à mon arrivée et qui m'a donné les clefs de la chambre qui empestait l'humidité / le moisi, odeur atténuée après une bonne journée d'aération (est-ce bien mon travail, en tant que client?). Donc personne n’était là pour une arrivée « tardive » (19h30), mais ensuite, pour essayer de vous vendre des « tours » ou des transports etc, là, y’avait quelqu’un... Bref, le jour suivant, j’ai été réveillé par le bruit du personnel. Car oui, d’habitude, on se plaint des autres clients, mais là, c’est directement le personnel qui parle fort ou même se dispute en criant à n’importe quel heure du jour ou de la nuit... Pas professionnel pour deux sous. Dernier jour, j’apprends que les deux bouteilles d’1,5l d’eau n’étaient pas gratuites et qu’elles coûtent trois fois le prix de celles du mini-mart. La patronne a essayé de me faire le coup de « la machine à cartes bleues » ne fonctionne pas, mais je n’ai pas cédé. Alors évidemment, on peut payer par carte (comme indiqué sur le profil) mais il faut ajouter 3% à votre notre. Enfin, lessive faisable sur place, cher par rapport aux autres endroits, et j’ai récupéré mon linge froissé et mal plié. Bref, cet endroit est géré par des gens non-professionnels, l'hébergement n'est pas à la hauteur du prix, la description et les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, et c’est 30% plus cher qu’ailleurs pour 80% de prestations en moins. Sur mon échelle de notation, c’est donc un 3/20

It is an old rustic building so you can hear everything from the other rooms close by. The “garden view” isn’t really a garden more like a plant. But I would stay here again.

J'ai passé 12 jours dans cet hôtel formidable et familial ! La maison est toute en bois, colorée et chaque chambre est climatisée, on se sent chez soi et apaisé 😊. L'équipe est incroyable et toujours là pour aider, j'y retournerai !!

Bel emplacement, bel accueil, proximité avec plage et restaurants.

Présence de quelques insectes dans la chambre (rien de dramatique) et on entend des souris dans les murs (mais aucune dans la chambre). Air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas aussi bien que d'habitude dans la chambre.

Excellent séjour ! L'accueil est chaleureux, et on se sent bien dans cette magnifique maison en bois ! Foncez !

This felt like a true homestay experience. The family and staff were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, full of local recommendations. The accommodation was rustic but very clean and comfortable - just what we wanted!

Pokój "z widokiem na morze" okazal sie bez widoku bo dom nie jest przy samej plaży. Chatka z drewna, w której słychać absolutnie wszystko (pierwszej nocy któryś z domowników siedział pod naszym pokojem i oglądał coś na telefonie więc nie fajnie ). Śniadania skromne ale ok. Za tą cenę można mieć dużo lepszy standard

A nice location away from the busier parts of An Bang. Nice range of restaurants. The beach is nearby, maybe 100 meters walk away. Staff were very kind and helpful and we had free use of bicycles. You may need google translate at times if you have to request something.

Perhaps water pressure is low in the area, but the shower was not very powerful.

If you're looking for a relaxing time away from the busy night life of Hoi An this is a good and affordable option. Just beside the beach, in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they even let us check out a little bit late because we were coming back from a day trip in the area. The room was big.

Just keep in mind that if you want to go downtown Hoi An you'll need to take a taxi or rent a motorbike. Cleaning of the room could be improved.

Fantastic location , quite but so close to beach and restaurants. Relaxed, traditional style accommodation, lots of natural light and air. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Super safe and relaxed. We extended our stay from 7 nights to 10 . Breakfast also a big bonus.

The homestay is a very nicely designed, very beautiful building. With a lot of wood and bricks. It is located 100 meters from An Bang beach. We could also use the bicycles for free which was great.

The breakfast is poor, no fruits are served.

The accommodation is right on the beach and the wooden construction gives it a wonderfully homely beach feel. The hosts are super friendly and are happy to take the time to recommend various activities in the area as soon as you arrive. You can also rent scooters directly from the accommodation to get there. For breakfast you can choose between several dishes, which are freshly cooked and can be eaten either in the room or outside at the table. (Our recommendation is definitely the Pho, we ate it every morning) We liked it so much that we extended our stay by a few days immediately after our arrival. We would come back any time!

Room spacious, good air conditioning. Reception is ok . Beach is ok, water is clear

Toilet bowl need upgrade and repair. Sound proof unacceptable, you can hear voice , cough and walking steps from room above and beside since this homestay is built with wood . Restaurants are around but prices are much more expensive than in Hoi An. Reception table is also used for breakfast which I find a little uncomfortable.

I loved the old wood feel and the staff were wonderful! The bed was really comfortable too.

The bathroom is a tiny bit dingy - but that’s it! Everything else was fantastic.

It was my second time at Seaside An Bang and I love this place. It is cosy, charming and has a family vibe. I highly recommend it.

I prefer the rooms upstairs that are a bit more quiet.
