Location, beach front , early check in 2 hours before

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Please read. I’m not sure how this place is even a 4.5 star (I got catfished) but my experience with this hotel was horrible, upon arrival we came into loud construction, first look was horrific as they’re doing renovations im pretty sure.. also no front lobby just a desk, our room was okay, dirty windows, room smells like mold, the bed had bed bugs, I woke up at 2am and started scratching myself. The pool I don’t even want to talk about the pool area had a disgusting mildew smell that made me leave the area, you couldn’t enjoy swimming because it just smelled so bad. the pool was never cleaned, lots of workers walking around but never greeting or cleaning it seems like. the first day we got there they locked all entrances to get in, I then received a text saying don’t use front door entrance? That is the main entrance? We were locked out for 20 minutes untill someone opened the door for us to get in.. turns out key fob was in room that was never mentioned to me untill after I called them saying I’m locked out….. this place is very ran down, also what made me feel weird was I got a text saying, something like cover up in lobby to make guest feel comfortable.. we’re located on a beach, people will understand. You’re coming in and out sand everywhere, why do I have to be reminded to cover up, the beach is right there?? I only booked this place because it was a cheaper option because I was supposed to stay next door at Cape Coral towers, which I regret for not sticking with my original booking, construction and loud banging every day, bed bugs had us itching we had to end up sleeping on the couch, I just felt really dirty in the room and wanted to end the trip early. At some points with the elevator I’m not sure if I was going to make it out or be stuck on it, it was so dingey. Very disappointed with our stay here at raquet club jet set vacation, do not book here, spend that extra money to experience clean, quiet, and get yours money worth!!!!

We were there for eight days only got two rolls of toilet paper no trash bags. Lack of water and one day electricity went off before 8am and didn’t come on till after 10 at night so hot not able to open the windows and no water was horrible another night the lights went out at three in the morning and no water. Very horrible experience. Other places nearby had lights but not our building. Spoke to a couple of other guest as well and we’re not satisfied.

Water restrictions. Hot and cold shower. Water was either too hot or too cold. Needs to regulated.

Evaluar el check Out, al menos a la 1pm, ya que a las 11am por salir, no te permiten disfrutar de por lo menos la mañana en la playa y poder disfrutar con tranquilidad el último día de estancia.

Location was nice.

Did not like the false advertising through the booking.com site. Was quoted a price of $460 which included taxes and cleaning according to the website and $90 was added to the amount at booking. My expectation is that booking.com reimburses this amount or I plan to decline payment. On top of this I was contacted by Truvia which appears to be an outside security check claiming that if I didn't pay a $35 background check fee I would not be able to check in. Again none of this was shown at booking. My expecting is a $150 minimum reimbursement to cover additional charges and additional taxes as a result of these unadvertised charges.

1. The room pics are accurate. For this price, I was very surprised. 2. This property takes security VERY SERIOUSLY. Gates work and lock. No one is allowed onto this property unless the protocols are followed. It is right across a busy street from the beach...VERY CLOSE... a lot of foot traffic even after sundown. I see why ensuring proper distribution of keys is warranted. 2. We were able to walk to a Subway, Walgreens, Pizza Hut, convenience store, etc. 3. Beverage cooler, coffee maker, toaster oven, soaps/lotion/hair care, beach chair/ball, cooler (yes, really, and a football and a soccer ball), as well as about six beach towels. 4. $8 lyft/uber from property to airport. We were easy to find every time. 5. Didn't use the pool, but it looked great. 6. Everything was streamlined; no hiccups with the key system in and out of the room. 7. Spacious. Cool. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were top notch. 8. Reasonable price!!!!!! We spent money on something besides hotel expenses. Nice.

1. We arrived around 3:20pm; cannot enter the rooms before 4pm check in. Tired, but we checked out the beach during the wait. They may not have had time to de-sand our floors. 2. In the future, I'm sure the property owners will update the hallways to the level of the rooms. Seems like two different buildings when you compare the hallways to the VERY updated rooms. But it wasn't a big deal. 3. We used the beach towels as bath towels because we forgot to ask. There were plenty of wash cloths, though. 4. The air unit year the bed was a little noisy, and the futon may need an upgrade. My son and I swapped sleeping spaces, and I slept on the futon. Stayed to one side because of a center bump. But I was tired and slept well.

Location was perfect! Beachfront with white sand and close to everything - Walgreens, Pueblo Supermarket with laundry/cleaners. Staff were quick to respond to your needs. Room looked modern with lots of closet space and with a full kitchen that we took advantage of by cooking our own meals. Beach chairs were also provided if you don’t want to rent.

Had to play around with the water temperature in the shower. Wish there were more face and hand towels. Wish the welcome package was received before checking in or at the same time as receiving the PIN#.

The property was clean and the location was good. I also liked the security on site. The maintenance guy responded very quickly to our request and concerns.

The property needs to be taken care of, some tender loving care and updates will improve the quality. Pictures on the wall, put a TV on the wall in the bedroom, add a small dresser for clothes, and patch up the interior. Place a small flat cabinet under the sink for the towels and wash clothes. And add more towels and wash cloths in the unit.

We thought the bed was super comfortable. Entering and exiting the facility once you had the code was very easy. Right on the beach, with beach chairs in the room to use. Supermarket was under a 10 minute walk and a convenience store was across the street.

It would be nice if they had an extension cord for charging on both sides of the bed.

I liked the location, walking distance from the beach

The pool was open the first day we got there but it looked extremely dirty, it looked like pieces of ceramic was at the bottom of the pool. Then it was closed the rest of our time there. There was also a power outage but the locals let us know that power outages are normal.

The location was wonderful and the access to the beach was exceptional.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The building itself can be updated and maintained a bit more.

We used the pin system however it wasn’t clear , had issues opening lockbox , but we figured it out upon calling Front desk security is separate from air BnB

The room AC is too noisy. And It is not that I don't like,but I think the bathroom needs to be refurbished.. but everything is good. I am.ok, but some.ppl will find it old fashioned.

Near restaurants, stores , beachfront , felt safe , and the pool was a plus but we didn’t get to go in the pool .

The pillows had stains , the sofa very uncomfortable , the bed was too soft wasn’t able to sleep on it . The living room ceiling fan was not functioning . There were individuals who were smoking weed making noises outside the condo

Location and the security folks at entrance

The bed and couch were uncomfortable. The chairs for dining were not sturdy. Ceiling fans worked intermittently or not at all. Lamp broke, hot water in shower was either too hot or cold. Could use an area rug and pictures to make more homey. More cooking and dining supplies.
