Reviewed Aug 26, 2025我們自駕前往飯店路途中發生車禍，抵達飯店後請飯店幫忙報警，飯店代為報警，因處理車禍故錯過晚餐，飯店幫我們把晚餐放在房間。真的太貼心了！雖然櫃台中文不好，但是處理非常好。

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025自助式早晚餐蔬菜很新鮮，餐食也很有地方特色，但若入住多日可能會吃膩😅工作人員盡力說中文，服務態度親切。三人房的床很大，還有躺椅及山景十分舒適。週圍走路到便利商店有一段距離，旅館附設商店賣的多是紀念品，建議可先採買好再回旅館

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Hotel immerso tra le bellissime colline verdeggianti, baciate dalle nuvole, del parco Aso e le vaste risaie corcostanti. Ottimo servizio e perfetta accoglienza: avrò sempre un buon ricordo del sig. Yoshioka per il supporto reso in quei giorni di meteo non favorevoli. Camere spaziose, gran bell'onsen, nuovo di zecca e ricca colazione. C'è anche il servizio cena buffet per la quale non abbiamo optato dato il prezzo non irrisorio: abbiamo trovato un posticino poco distante gestito da una vecchietta che cucina carne e nteriora alla brace più udon. Comodo il trenino rosso che ti porta alla fermata Higo-Ozu dove è possibile prendere il bus gratuito per l'aeroporto di Kumamoto.
Segnalerei solo la precisione un pò eccessiva nel chiudere la sala breakfast alle ore 9.00 che non consente di fare colazione in relax (meglio recarsi alle 8)

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025附近沒有什麼商店及餐廳，所以在入住的時候就加訂了當天的晚餐，雖然不便宜，但整題而言，不錯吃，有當地的特色（馬肉..）也有焗烤龍蝦，餐廳服務也很好。大浴池整體很乾淨整潔，期待冬季的時候再去入住一次。
如果泡湯之後有販賣鮮奶的話那就更好了。

Room only 상품이 없어서 조식을 4박모두포함했는데 메뉴가 내내 똑같아서 좀 아쉬웠음 편의점 마트등 메뉴가 많고 근처식당도 예약만 하면 다양함 구마모토까지 내려가면 예약없이 저녁식사 가능하니 참고하시기바람

本來是沒有缺點，不過在浴室的垃圾桶發現上一位住客未清的垃圾，因為我想休息，沒有請人來清理，而且我的垃圾還放得進去，便算了。

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025設備が新しく清潔だったこと。窓からの眺めがとてもよかったこと（雲がかかってはいましたが）。お料理をとても工夫して用意されていたことです。おいしかったです。お風呂も、大変いいお湯でした。
レストランでのバイキングの動線に、工夫の余地ありかな？という気がしました。 ホテル内の売店の品ぞろえも、ホテル独自のものですとか、阿蘇ならではのものですとか、もう少し目を引かれるものがあると楽しみが増えるかなと思いました。

食事のレストランのスタッフが少ないのでは、追加注文をしたいのになかなかスタッフが居なかった待たされました、入場口のスタッフに声をかけるとスタッフに言ってくださいと言われました、貴方もスタッフではないのかな。スタッフが教育されてない！

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025This was a comfortable hotel but be aware, it's not really near any of the bigger towns or facilities of Aso. It does however, have a car park, which was an important factor in our decision making. Room was comfortable if a little small from other places we stayed on Kyushu, wifi was good and breakfst is included. If you want to have dinner at the hotel, it costs over $60 AUD a person so you may want to think about having a big lunch or bringing some snacks back to the hotel. There is an onsen included in the hotel price however we didn't take a look as we didn't have time.
Everything was fine, if a little far from services and facilities.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2025The location and the view from the room is wonderful. We booked a room with dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed the food provided by the hotel. There is also an Onsen where you can bath in water with 40-41 degree Celsius. There are plenty of parking space in front of the hotel.
There are some small insects on the curtain of the bathroom. Please check and get rid of them. The pillow is too hard and too high, causing neck pain.

Reviewed May 26, 2025I didn't have high expectations for this hotel as most of the photos of it showed the parking lot, but once you are there you see that it is in the flats surrounded by beautiful mountains. It is clean, comfortable and the staff is excellent. It's a good hotel from which to explore this beautiful area.

お部屋のベットの上の壁に飾られたおしゃれなアートの額の上に沢山の埃が見えました。顔に埃が落ちてきそうで気になりました。後は、大変清潔感がありました。

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, um den Aso-Kuju-Nationalpark zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war zeitgemäß und ansprechend ausgestattet. Es gab einen Onsen, den wir nach einer Wanderung in den kalten Bergen sehr zu schätzen wussten. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut.
Die Gegend ist ein wenig tot. Wenn man abends irgendwo essen gehen möchte, gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025The rooms were roomy by Japan standards and the public onsen nice to use even though it was in an enclosed space (it didn’t feel like a basement). The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent, the grilled beef was so tender and sashimi nice and fresh. However there are no dinner options in the town itself, only in the next town over but they are small shops and can get fully booked so plan ahead or just eat at the accommodation for ease of planning.
