Theres no shop nearby so if you dont have a car you have to walk 10-15mins or use only hotel services. Air conditioning in the room was very weak and it got pretty hot even when we switched the temperature.

Reviewed Aug 21, 20264年位前にも泊まったことがありますが 、和洋室がとても使い易く改装されていて良かったです。年寄りにはベッドは低めで 小上がりは低い位置になっていて使いやすかった。朝食はクオリティも有りとても美味しかった。
部屋の内装はかなり良くなっていたが、水回りで 水道の蛇口とか使い勝手の良い節水型の新しいものに改良の余地ありかと!?

L’hôtel est vieillissant Avec une forte odeur d’humidité dans les couloirs et les chambres côté Northwing Nous avons demandé à changer de chambres mais un supplément nous a été demandé pour être dans des chambres rénovées Dans ces 2 ailes les salles de bains sont les mêmes, d’un autre temps ! Le tarif, cette avec dîner inclus, était exorbitant étant donné l’état de l’hôtel Nous avons demandé un dédommagement que nous n’avons pas obtenu alors que nous sommes restés 3 nuits à 5 (soit 2 chambres)

The sauna was tiny! The curtains were dirty as well. I would stay again because it’s good value for what you get. Plus the location in Aso is perfect.

部屋の中の案内冊子にもう少しわかりやすい地図、周辺案内があるといいなと思いました。

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026櫃檯人員很親切，而且住到翻修後的房間，很舒適！車站到飯店有接駁車，但班次有點少，附近走路可以到動物園，超級親子自助友善！ 裡面有兒童遊樂區、泡湯、游泳等！ 一泊二食也好吃！小孩還可以自製小鬆餅，小朋友超愛！晚上的宵夜也好吃！！！整體很便宜，太滿意了

初日到着は土曜日の５時過ぎ。 食事時刻は19:30のみ空いていた。 行った時子供がとても多く、落ち着きのない雰囲気。 ８時ごろになると残り物を食べてる感じで、隅に寄せられた冷えてるものが多かった。 もう少し遅い時間まdr料理を補給して欲しい。 日曜は７時からだったが十分だった。

熊本熊的房間在八樓，要搭電梯到七樓再轉換有點麻煩，下次應該會住別的房型，會比熊本熊房間更大間

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026夕食も朝食も種類が多く、土地柄もあるのか何を食べても美味しかった。 大浴場のシャワーヘッドがリファで、クレンジングから化粧水、乳液まで揃っていた。 館内は比較的綺麗で特に気になる点はなかった。 レストランのスタッフさんが良い。
展望風呂の景色がそれほどでもなかった。 ６人（大人）部屋だったが、布団がギチギチで床はほぼ見えないし、全員が朝までほぼ眠れなかったと言っていた。

景観が良いお部屋と書いてありましたが、１階でした。テーブルの上に鏡がなく、不便でした。近辺には夕方には閉店するお食事店が基本なので、行きたいところは営業時間を調べるとよいと思います。

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026飯店有接駁的服務還不錯，但從阿蘇車站走路15分鐘左右也可以抵達。我們入住南翼，整體還可以。住了三晚，吃了三天一樣的晚餐和早餐。
大眾溫泉的環境真的很需要重新翻修，天花板和牆壁都發霉了，地板磁磚和浴池感覺都是陳年水垢

Reviewed May 31, 2026阿蘇の中心地から近く、働いている方の対応が良かったです。お風呂も気持ちよく、空いている時間に利用できラッキーでした。食事は美味しく好きな物を選んで食べる事が出来、良かったです。
本館2階に宿泊しました。洗面所の床が傷んでボコボコしていました。敷布団が薄く腰が痛かったのですが押し入れにスペアがあったので自分で敷けば良かったです。

Reviewed May 25, 2026Le confort de la chambre et la vue magnifique sur le mont Aso La formule demie pension, tout est délicieux , le buffet est gigantesque avec beaucoup de spécialités japonaises de la région. Comme il y a plusieurs onsens nous avons pu profiter sans trop de monde en ce mois de mai.
A partir de 9h jusqu’à 15h toutes les installations : piscine, onsens , la boutique, la restauration et même les massage sont fermés ! L’hôtel se vide on dirait un bâtiment fantôme. Si vous séjournez une nuit c’est frustrant, et pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits il vous faudra vous occuper en extérieur

私が見つけられなかったのかもしれませんが、テレビにネトフリとかディズニープラスとかに繋げられなかったことくらいです。ほんとにいいところでした。
