Le riad était en travaux et on n a pas été prévenu. C est en arrivant sur place qu on a découvert. Aucune réponse au message et quand j ai appelé le numéro sur booking, on m a répondu faux numéro et ça a raccroché. Comportement non professionnel

La struttura era pulitissima, la proprietaria del riad veniva a pulire ogni giorno, cambiava se c’erano le tovaglie sporche. La colazione forse la migliore del viaggio. La gente accogliente… ci hanno trattati come una famiglia. Gentilissimi. Posizione perfetta: molto meglio dormire leggermente fuori dalla medina ma non lontani, piccolo consiglio. All’inizio ervamo confusi su dove fosse il riad ma poi abbiamo chiamato e ci hanno preso subito appena spiegato dove eravamo noi

The old couple who served the breakfast was nice and their the young son was nice.

The owners sister called around 4:30pm and screamed at us to get out of the property right away. We checked out in the morning and left our suitcase in the reception area, (no storage area) because we have a train to catch at 6:30 pm. It was a very hot day that day. We came back around 4:30pm from the sook and wanted to wait an hour in the reception before we take the taxi to the Train station. But the owners sister ( maybe she is part owner) called us and said we can not wait there. The checked out time is 12pm and we can not wait in the property. This is the most ridiculous explanation we got from a place we rented for 2 days. We are a frequent traveler and never felt so insulted from a property owner. She literally just kicked us out. I tried calling the actual owner, but he did not take our call or returned our call. The place is far from Medina. The place is very dark and felt very gloomy and depressing. Bathroom shower water doesn't go to the drain properly and it stays inside and flows in your feet. Felt very disgusting. It doesn't have any exhaust fan.

Tutto meraviglioso pulizia impeccabile, titolari non gentili di più sempre disponibili, colazione abbondante e molto buona quasi tutto fatto in casa, posizione strategica a 2 passi della medina.

Tous était parfait de l'accueil à l'aéroport pour 20€ (4 P) jusqu'à notre départ très tôt le matin avec nos petits paquets remplis de notre "petit" déjeuner. Nous nous sommes réellement senti comme à la maison grâce à Nassera et son mari Youssef, des gens formidables d'une gentillesse ainsi qu'une bienveillance à souligner. Un grand grand MERCI à eux.

RAS si nous devons retourner à Fez ce sera dans ce Riad, aucune raison d'essayer ailleurs.

Il Riad è molto bello, tradizionale e ti fa apprezzare l'atmosfera marocchina. La signora è gentilissima e ci ha sempre accontentato soprattutto x la colazione quando dovevamo partire presto x gite o partenza. Abbiamo avuto la camera rifatta tutti i giorni e gli asciugamani puliti. Quindi tutto bene, il Riad fornisce anche transfer e procura guide x la medina. Grazie mille

Prachtige riad en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Slaapkamer was ruim en goed onderhouden. Ook tijdens verblijf nog extra schoongemaakt. Goed bereikbaar met de auto en een publieke en bewaakte parkeergarage er tegenover. Mega vriendelijke host en goede wifi.

Wij hadden de 5 persoons kamer; ‘de woonkamer’ zoals beschreven, is in de patio. Dus wel binnen, maar wel in het publieke deel zonder privacy. Mocht je met kinderen reizen; is dat niet de perfecte speelplek ivm geluid. Er is geen buitenruimte.

L’emplacement du Riad est parfait pour visiter et proche des rendez vous pour les excursions. Les hôtes sont très aimables.

Piccolo e bellissimo Riad di 3 stanze appena fuori dalla Medina. Comunicazione con host rapida e chiara. Ci ha mandato la posizione su whatsapp. Pagamento alloggio in valuta locale o euro. Stanza impeccabile al 1• piano con un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli e balcone privato interno per la colazione. Colazione con tanti dolci, omelette, thè alla menta e caffè, miele, marmellata e olive. Parcheggio pubblico scoperto a 3€ al giorno 150 metri prima a sinistra.

Consigliati tappi per le orecchie per dormire perché le pareti del Riad sono sottili.

Praticamente tutto. L'accoglienza dell'host. La stanza spaziosa. La pulizia. La colazione abbondante. C'era il sapone nel bagno. La posizione vicinissima alla porta Blu. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle viuzze vicine oppure a 1 minuto a piedi c'è un parking gestito privatamente a 3€ al giorno.

Highly recommended! This place is incredibly cosy and welcoming. The owners are super kind and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They gave us excellent local tips at first, and then were so thoughtful that they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us when we needed it. Such amazing hospitality—we felt right at home!"

Mooie riad, goede ligging net buiten de medina. Vriendelijk personeel dat is tewerk gesteld.

Het personeel ter plaatse zijn niet de eigenaars. Hierdoor is er een wat afstandelijke sfeer. De eigenaresse van het hotel raadde ons een gids aan, wellicht een 'faux guide'.

Überaus freundliche Gastgeber (die Besitzer des Hauses). Tolles selbstgemachtes Frühstück. Wunderschöne Dekoration. Tolle Lage nah beim Haupttor zur Medina. Absolut ruhige Lage.

Hellhörig (aber das in allen Riads so). Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoß war ziemlich klein für 3 Personen und sehr dunkel (aber das hat uns nicht gestört da wir ohnehin nur zum Schlafen dort waren, und so wird es auch nicht so heiß).

Trochę mijają się z prawdą jeśli chodzi o wielkość pokoju.Napisane jest 25 M2 jest myślę 15. Brak szklanek kubków. To nie był mój pierwszy riad więc mam punkt odniesienia

Riad sencillo, bien situado para estar un día o dos. Destacaría el silencio, las camas, la limpieza y la amabilidad de los dueños. Un desayuno muy rico, también nos prepararon una bolsa con el desayuno para la excursión. Correcto.

Un poco oscuro.

La famiglia che ci ha ospitato è stata carinissima. Ci hanno dato una colazione strepitosa e prenotato un taxi la mattina presto per andare in aeroporto. La mattina della sveglia presto ci hanno anche dato la colazione da portare via. Purtroppo le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale non sembravano molto pulite, ci hanno invece cambiato gli asciugamani e rifatto i letti. Nel complesso siamo rimaste piacevolmente soddisfatte.

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza davvero speciale in questo Riad. Lo staff è semplicemente eccezionale: sempre disponibile, attento e capace di farci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Il Riad è pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e davvero accogliente. La camera era molto confortevole, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. La colazione è favolosa e abbondante, con prodotti freschi e tanta varietà, ideale per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Inoltre, l’ultimo giorno siamo dovuti partire presto e ci hanno preparato una colazione da portare via: un gesto davvero apprezzato. Tutto fantastico, super consigliato!

Buenas ubicación para ver la medina , hay parking privado enfrente, muy amables ..

Me encantó su ubicación porque está a 5 minutos de la entrada a la medina por la puerta azul y además tiene muchos restaurantes de moda al lado. El Riad es precioso y el trato fue muy agradable y respetuoso en todo momento, nos sentimos muy agusto. Y lo mejor de todo, el desayuno, fue el mejor de los que tuvimos en todo nuestro viaje a Marruecos. La mujer que lo sirve es un amor y te trae unas bandejas de cosas preparadas caseras buenísimas. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Fez, repetiré.

Etwas schwer zu finden die Beschreibung des Standorts auf Booking ist leider nicht korrekt. Wäre prima wenn eine Abholubg ein einem leichter zu findenden Ort anzubieten.

Находится возле Медины. Найти было трудно. Если бы не человек на улице, мы бы его долго искали. Вход на фото, дальше по "стрелке". Расположение отличное, завтрак вкусный, вода горячая была. Есть кондиционер, так что мы не замёрзли.

La situation géographique. Aimable dame de l'intendance (petit déjeuner, ménage), très agréable.

Nous nous attendions à plus d'aisance dans la chambre en réservant une suite, 4 couchages. Situation géographique parfaite, mais manque d'aisance au sein du "Dar" qui veut dire maison et non un "Riad" qui est plus spacieux incluant un jardin, ce qui n'est pas le cas de ce logement. Si vous recherchez l'efficacité, dodo et visites à l'extérieur c'est tout à fait convenable. Toutefois, l'expérience de l'habitation, espace convivial ce ne sera pas le bon endroit, même les coins repas sont expéditifs, à partir de 3 on est pas assis ensemble, sinon il faut manger dans les chambres mais il n'y rien de prévu à cet effet. La gérance n'est pas présente dans le Dar, alors posez toutes vos questions à l'arrivée sinon c'est par téléphone si vous avez le réseau.

Bonito Riad con habitación grande y cama cómoda, muy limpio, muy bien situado, sin estar dentro de la medina, esta muy cerca de la puerta azul. Es un lugar tranquilo. El personal muy amable, desde el señor que lo regenta a la mujer de la cocina, todos muy amables y pendientes de que te sientas cómodo. Contratamos Transfer con ellos, tanto para que nos recogieran en el aeropuerto como que nos devolvieran, muy bien gestionado y el chofer puntual y también muy agradable. Riad muy recomendable.

Riad súper bien situado, muy cerca de la puerta azul pero fuera del jaleo, esta en una zona muy tranquila pero cerca ade todo. Dormimos en un habitación en la planta baja con un buen tamaño, cama muy cómoda. Estaba todo muy limpio. El personal de 10, la cocinera muy agradable, muy maja .El señor mayor y muchacho joven del último día lo mismo, muy amables. Muy buen trato. Riad recomendable 100 x 100.

Excellent location. Very homey riad with a delicious breakfast prepared every morning. The rooms are comfortable and very clean.

The location is amazing. So close to the Blue gate and there are many tasty restaurants around. The breakfast was also amazing, you tell the yine and they prepare for you. And the most important one; it is very clean. They clean everyday! We were staying on the top floor so everything was amazing, very suspicious room and very silent.

Good place to stay for a couple of nights, close to the old market and old city, everything you need is only about 5 minutes to walk. Very good value for its price

Riad Dar Senhaji was a peaceful and authentic oasis in the heart of Fès. The riad itself is full of charm, with beautiful traditional architecture, cozy rooms, and a serene atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It’s ideally located, within walking distance of the medina’s main attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet.

The location was very close to medina, the building looks very authentic, and the furniture very nice and tipycal. The breakfast seems very fresh and the woman very kind. The staff in general was kind, the room size ok.

The room was a bit humid at the beginning, our room was at ground floor so has very little windows, but was ok, we had a good stay!!!

Great location, very tastefully decorated property, we had an entire floor to ourselves and plenty of space. The host & the housekeeper were very friendly & accommodating. I can’t recommend this property enough!!!

Everything was perfect!!

Very beautiful decor and bedding! The breakfast was 5 star served with delicious fresh orange juice, mint tea and coffee. Friendly and helpful reception and the location was perfect, also for catching a petit taxi. All this at a great price.

A really nice and clean riad, just outside the medina. Really well located, a nice spacious room and really good breakfast (probably the best one we've had in Morocco). The hosts are really nice and helpful.

We booked the riad since it was one of the few having a parking nearby, but the parking was fully occupied when we arrived. We ended up parking our rental car in the street, it was ok and safe, but just a slight inconvenience. Would be nice if it'd be possible to reserve a parking spot up front and be sure one would have the spot when they arrive.

We stayed there 3 nights and mostly used it as a base that is close to old town but at the same time easily reachable with a car. We had entire top floor for ourselves with nice big beds and private bathroom. Breakfast was traditional with many different types of white bread but at the same time it was really delicious and filling. Manager also spoke perfect english so communication was clear and quick.

I have nothing bad to say. Place is exactly as described in booking. Our breakfast table was maybe bit small for 4 persons, but its just a minor detail. Keep up good work and thank you.

The housekeeper there were friendly and make sure we got everything for breakfast.

Firstly, there were instances where our privacy was compromised when someone entered our rooms without prior notice. We understand the need to manage energy consumption, but it would have been appreciated if we were informed about this beforehand, especially considering we had children with us. Room temperature around 10 degrees Celsius on our arrival was quite uncomfortable especially for our children. Moreover, the communication following this incident took an unpleasant turn, and we experienced rudeness that left us disheartened. Effective communication is vital for a positive guest experience, and we believe there is room for improvement in this aspect. Additionally, we noticed an unpleasant odor resembling a sewer smell in the rooms. This, too, impacted our overall comfort during the stay.

Location, decoration, breakfast all very good clean and private, very good and pretty riad. Also they are always pending if you need something.

Th room in the first floor could be a little more of light.

Very clean, spacious room, towels were changed every day and the room was made up. Breakfast (7euro/person) was excellent and varied each day.

Check in was good, but cards not accepted- cash only. There was a lot of pressure put on us to book tours with the driver associated with the Riad.

The hosts were very welcoming and the room was super nice. The whole riad was beautiful and the hosts were really helpful in arranging us an early morning transfer to the airport.

Everything was perfect!

The location was ideal. Easy to get to and near everything. An amazing Riad, private terrace, good AC. The food was exceptional. The tagine was the best I have ever eaten and breakfast was huge with home made bread, etc. Secure parking for our motorcycles was pre arranged in a secure underground carpark across the road. Riyad wasn't easy to be found.

This wonderful riad is run by a very friendly local family, always helpful and willing to make you feel as if at home. The location is excellent, a couple of minutes walk from the Medina and with a car park just across the street. Great communication via WhatsApp for arrival instructions. The room (and private area) were very typical, clean and spacious. All necessary amenities at hand. We were served a delicious typical Moroccan breakfast in our private patio, every morning. Very quiet place very close to the Medina, this riad is perfectly located to explore the narrow streets of the Medina.
