É a minha segunda vez neste Riad e não será a última! O Riad é magnífico, muito autêntico e super confortável! A localização é Excelente, numa rua tranquila e a um passo da Talaa Sghira! Pequeno almoço excelente! Obrigado Ayoub, pela hospitalidade, atenção e por teres tornado a nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Desde o primeiro momento fez-nos sentir verdadeiramente em casa, sempre atencioso, disponível e preocupado em que tudo estivesse bem, mas de uma forma super natural!

Heel vriendelijk personeel, rustige locatie, mooie ligging; hele fijne plek. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt.

Er zou een televisie op de kamer zijn maar die bleek er niet te zijn. Zet het dan niet op je site! Het voelt een beetje als voor de gek worden gehouden.

I really enjoyed my stay. I loved the design of the raid, it is spacious and very comfortable, and I slept extremely well. The breakfast is plentiful, and the service is exceptionally attentive. The host went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended

Riad autentico ed elegante a pochi passi da una delle due vie principali della Medina. Ayoub ci ha accolto e fatto sentire a casa per l'intera durata del soggiorno.

The location is really convenient and very easy to remember the way back. As a solo traveller I felt very safe in the location as well as the riad. The room was really good and comfortable.everything was clean and spacious. Communication with Ayoub was seamless and he went out of his way to accommodate my requests for early breakfast.

Bellissimo riad nella medina di Fez ma molto vicino ad un punto raggiungibile dalle auto. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ayoud ed Hassan gestiscono al meglio la struttura e fanno sentire sempre a propri agio i loro ospiti. Camere pulite e spaziose. Colazione varia e ricca e possibilità anche di cenare ottimamente con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

مكان نظيف جداً و قريب من السوق ويستحق الزياره مرات والاخ/ أيوب و هو الشخص المسؤول كان متعاون جدا و ساعدنا بكل التفاصيل .

كل شي كان ممتاز

Allereerst complimenten voor de gastvrijheid van de medewerkers van het verblijf, echt top. Er werd met alles rekening gehouden. Omdat wij op de begane grond verbleven, vlakbij de keuken, hielden zij extra rekening met geluid, waardoor we nergens last van hebben gehad. Alles was erg rustig, netjes en goed verzorgd. Daarnaast was het ontbijt uitgebreid, vers en erg lekker. Zeker een aanrader en wij komen hier absoluut nog eens terug!

An immersive Riad experience inside the Medina and also close to blue gate area where all the actions are centred around. Also easy to travel outside the Medina. The hospitality by Ayoob the Riad manager was awesome. Always ready to help. I had a great time in Fez. This place is safe and value for money.

La distanza tra la struttura e il parcheggio.

Alles. De slaapplek is fantastisch. Het interieur van de Riad is ronduit majestueus. De setting is koninklijk en dus waan je je als een koningin. Zo word je ook door Ayoub en de lieve vrouwen ontvangen. Elke vraag wordt heel vriendelijk beantwoord en niks is teveel. Altijd word je met dezelfde beleefdheid bejegend. De bediening van het ontbijt is fenomenaal. Zoveel lekkers dat elke ochtend op tafel wordt getoverd. De locatie is eveneens top. Je zit overal op wandelafstand en je leert de weg heel snel kennen. De rust die de Riad uitstraalt heeft ons veel deugd gedaan. ‘s Avonds wordt de stilte gerespecteerd en dat is echt een meerwaarde. De douche, de bedden, de grote en prachtig aangeklede ruimtes zijn ongelooflijk comfortabel. Elke ochtend koffie en thee op de kamer. Heerlijk. Kortom; ik kan stellen dat ik al veel reiservaring heb maar dat dit verblijf wel de kroon spant wat betreft service. Hartelijk dank aan Ayoub en aan iedereen die dit heerlijke verblijf mee mogelijk heeft gemaakt!!!

La amabilidad del anfitrión, en todo momento intentando ayudar, hablando con el taxista que me llevaba desde el aeropuerto y luego me gestionó la vuelta al aeropuerto. Desayuno y cena excelente. Habla inglés y además lo intentaba con el español. Llegué por la tarde y me recibió donde me dejó el taxista y luego me invitó a un te con dulces marroquíes. Cama muy cómoda. Agua caliente sale enseguida. Es mi tercer viaje a Marruecos y es el mejor Ryad que he probado. Arquitectura y decoración exquisita. Relación calidad precio excepcional. Admitía euros dirham o tarjeta. Un sitio para repetir. A la entrada prácticamente de la Medina y cerquísima de la puerta azul. Lo recomendaré siempre. Cuando uno viaja solo es fundamental sentirse acogido y acompañado.

Todo bien. Por poner una pega , los armarios un poco viejos. Recomiendo un silloncito para sentarse en el dormitorio, sería perfecto.

Very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, beautiful courtyard, close to everything.

Bathroom is cramped - couldn’t stand up in shower. Room opens onto courtyard so it’s loud if other guests stay up late, also lots of noise from the street. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.

La struttura è molto bella, ci sono venuti a prendere in Aereoporto e il tutto ha funzionato benissimo. Nella struttura, anche se siamo arrivati alle 8, siamo stati accolti con cortesia e gentilezza, ci hanno offerto un tè e la colazione gratuitamente e ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni per rendere la nostra esperienza ricca e divertente. I had an upgrade to my room and I felt like a King , the breakfast was excellent , the riad was like a palace , in a quiet ' road ', only 3 minutes walking to bab boujloud , definitely I would stay there again.

Our stay at Riad Lalla Zoubida was truly wonderful. We spent three nights there and felt completely at home — more like staying in the house of a close friend than in a hotel. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning decoration and a very authentic atmosphere. Our room was extremely spacious, especially the bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location IA awesome, near everyrhing, blue gate, restaurants and ahoppings!!! The breakfast was genuinely amazing. Every morning they brought a tray filled with a great variety of local specialties — fresh breads and a traditional Moroccan pancake, all warm and clearly prepared with care and love. Ayoub, who manages the riad, is simply exceptional. He took care of us from beginning to end — from our arrival to our departure — always making sure everything was perfect. He provided valuable advice on where to go, what to avoid, and important tips to enjoy Fez safely. He even walked us to our taxi at 5:00 in the morning when we left. His kindness, attention, and dedication are truly outstanding. If I return to Fez, I would absolutely stay here again. Riad Lalla Zoubida is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning interior full of charm. Our room was large, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and very abundant, with a wide variety of options — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Ayoub, the manager, was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he helped us with everything and made sure we felt comfortable and welcome at all times. Highly recommended — we would happily stay here again.

The location was excellent and very near to hotel batha and the blue gate, not too deep into the medina of fes. The host was exceptional, Mr. Ahmed made sure everything was comfortable and pleasant. The room was good and warm water, warm blankets were provided for the cold weather. Food prepared by the staff was tasty too and it was plentiful. Lastly, the guide arranged by the riad Mr. Mohammad was excellent and helpful in understanding the medina of fes and many other things. I would definitely recommend him as a guide for anyone wanting to know about fes.

There's nothing much to not like regarding the place or the stay experience really. It's just that it's not a 'riad' in the true sense, A traditional riad translates to "garden" and technically must feature an interior garden or courtyard with trees/plants. A Dar translates to "house." It is generally smaller, and might not have a garden or, sometimes, even a fountain in its courtyard. But, most places in fes and Marrakech use the term riad and dar loosely.

Un Riad bellissimo, una stanza grande con letto a baldacchino ed un letto matrimoniale. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Unica pecca, i materassi durissimi, ma perché sono tipici fatti di lana berbera Colazione tipica, dolce e salata. Staff sorridente, cordiale, sempre disponibile!! A pochi passi dal parcheggio per le auto ma dentro la medina! Super consigliato!!

Manca solo una luce nella sala principale quando si rientra la sera. Ma è davvero un dettaglio..

Beautiful, palatial riad, felt four-star hotel in many aspects. Close to a cheap underground parkin, the staff met us there. Really friendly feeling overall. The room was spacious and everything well kept and clean.

El Riad Lalla Zoubida nos hizo sentir como en casa. Desde el primer momento, la acogida fue cercana y atenta, como si llegáramos a casa de un amigo. Cada rincón del riad transmite calma y han cuidando los detalles sin perder la autenticidad. El ambiente es tranquilo, el personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, y el desayuno, delicioso. Nos sentimos muy bien acogidos. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver en Fez A escasos minutos de la puerta azul, principal para entrar en la Medina de Fez, el trayecto es tranquilo, sin sobresaltos

Las habitaciones son tradicionales, tal vez no estamos acostumbrados a este tipo de estancias, pero tienen su encanto.

La atención del personal siempre llego as Fez a última hora del día tenían la habitación caliente eso es de agradecer ,habitación amplia muy limpia y el desayuno excepcional.Gracias por cuidarme de hecho vuelvo dentro de pocos dias

We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. We were flying in from Agadir, the Riad was very helpful in organising a private taxi to meet us at the airport and bring us to the Riad for 200 MAD - we were really glad we did that. The host met the taxi and walked us down to the Riad which was a few hundred metres inside the Medina, at the quieter side. We then got given a choice of rooms and took a free upgrade to a family suite on the 2nd floor, which was absolutely beautiful! We were given free tea on arrival and a photocopied map of Fes, on which our host showed us the best places to go and see while we were there. As we wandered around, we started to appreciate what a fantastic location the Riad is in - both nights we had dinner outside the Medina near the Riad and both meals were amazing and so reasonable - much better than the tourist spots inside the Medina. Our host also organised a private taxi for us on our departure to the CTM bus station for 100 MAD and was very transparent about the costings, because we could have also flagged down a red taxi for ourselves, but our preference was to have the trip guaranteed with a set price. Breakfast was typical Moroccan and a good start to both days. We had heating in our room which we could control because it was quite chilly for January , and the bedding was warm. Lovely, friendly staff. We can't recommend this Riad enough!

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und mit allem was man benötig ausgestattet. Frühstück sehr lecker. Lage nah an die Altstadt, Parkplatz in der Nähe vorhande.

The stay would be completely different without the amazing Ayoub! Not only was his English amazing, but he was also extremely helpful with the stay and local recommendations, and he was super proactive and responsive! He even went the extra mile to pack us breakfast when we had a day trip and had to leave super early. The riad is clean, well furnished with everything you need including umbrella, great internet connection and the location was very central. The breakfasts were amazing and the ladies were kind and helpful. This was our best stay in Morocco and highly recommend eo everyone!

Our stay in Fes was absolutely perfect. The accommodation was stunning, but what truly made the difference was our host. Their hospitality was second to none, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Everything was spotless, the atmosphere was magical, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are visiting Fes, this is the place to be!

Iyub was friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms were spacious and had a large bathroom with hot water.
