Reviewed Jul 16, 2026I had a wonderful stay at Homefort at S Residences. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to stay during my trip. One thing that stood out was the friendliness of everyone in the building. From the security personnel to the housekeeping staff, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and professional. While it's a little farther from SM Mall of Asia compared to some nearby residences, the walk is still very manageable. The building's facilities are also clean and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even better. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Some concerns (leaking faucets) but were promptly acknowledged by staff. Also, mobile signal is very weak in the area so it may be a consideration

I contact the inhouse personnel regarding the bathroom smelled like a cigarette smoke. We requested if we could get a new room but all thwy did was spray the room with refreshner. The smell didnt go away till the day we checked out.

internet on and off, we requested cooking equipment we stayed 4 days so atleast a rice cooker but despite several follow-up nothing was provided which we just truly understand they could have atleast replied if it's not allowed..bed area was warm also because it did not reach the air-conditioning.. over all our stay is okay

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026In the middle of nowhere. Awful view - just a wall of air con. One place to sit in the room was an ottoman, which was so old you felt every spring. At that I left. Within 5 mins of being in the room. I only stayed that long to find somewhere else. Went to the Eton Mini Suites - same price last minute and exquisite. Right in the middle of Makati. I don't know who this would suit. They really should warn people about the view. Or put stained glass in as a feature. But PLEASE RENEW THE FURNITURE ONCE ITS DEAD!

Stickig, Schimmel an der Decke, Kommunikation eher mittelmäßig. Wollte late Check out, der erst Vorort im Büro besprochen werden sollte. deposit von 1000 Pesos sollten vorab nach einer Nachricht überwiesen werden. Sollte man vielleicht bei Booking angeben?! Habe ich natürlich nicht gemacht und würde ich auch niemandem zu raten.

The unit, for the lack of a better term, is old. For amount I had paid for this property and other properties in the past(Shore & Shell residences), I’d rather stick with the latter. - Parts of the floor are practically coming apart. - The soap in the bathroom is VERY watered down. - Poor construction around fixtures meant that mold and grime were present in crevices.

Our stay was 14nights/days and for 2 people that would be an additional 4200php to use the pool everyday!

A bad experience that the owner did not get the authorization letter from the Administration office and share it to the guard before I reach the place. The guards blocked me & my family, we need to whatapps to tell the owner to complete the process and share us the authorization letter. Terrible!!!!

Water pressure was an issue. Take longer time to shower due to water pressure, i had to be closer to the wall just to get water or just grab the shower head and rinse yourself with it. Toilet was so low and small. Sink also has low water flow but overall room was cute.
