Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Great views, very close to malls, food truck area, weekend market and all transport, clean and cozy apartment with lovley front desk and security staff. Fast WiFi too!
Need another mug in the kitchen and a soap dish in the shower. Didn't have more bags for trash.

The room is infested with cockroaches specially in the kitchen and I found some living inside fridge. The shower floor is dirty and slippery my child almost got accident, it looks like never been scrubbed. The sink in the bathroom is also dirty. The bathroom without mirror which is inconvenient. The blanket is really uncomfortable, made from polyester. They provide two blankets, thin and the other is thick however we are not using the thick blankets because it smells bad and no cover or linen. The utensils in Kitchen is also dirty, specially the plates a lot of dust and some sort of powder. Strange but yes we cleaned it before using since I saw a lot of small cockroaches running around. The Balcony doors is not closing well, the street loud sound is extremely hearable inside the room. Due to this when we switched off the aircon the room fastly become warm. On the first day I reached out to the host related to cockroaches problem however he is away not in the country and promised to request his staff to comeby next day to re-clean the room. We were waiting but none arrived. then 3rd day i received missed calls its the staff however its useless as we are leaving on the next day. So I did not bother to respond since it was acted quite late. I been to many rental place/units and this disappoints me. It’s not worth the price.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Gerry was amazing in coordination and timely response! We travel a lot and deal with a lot of hosts, Gerry in in the top 10% for sure. Especially helpful was his coordinating early check in with my partner. The spacious apartment was at a great location, very clean and well provisioned. Amazing stay; will be my "go to" for any future stays in Manila.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2024Host was super friendly and provided extra amenities for our long stay. Very close to both shopping centres in the area. Aircon was strong. 1 in bed room and 1 in living room. Didn’t want to leave the property because it kept us nice and cool.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2024The location was convenient. There was a weekend bazaar close to the condo. The pool was fine and the gym as well.
The apartment is old and worn out. The reviews on the website seemed fake after I moved it. My stay was 2 weeks, and it was quite unpleasant due to many, many cockroaches, big and small, flying in the room. The kitchen tap was leaking, so there was water under the stove and all around the kitchen cabinets. At some point, I got tired of wiping it. The furniture was quite old with stains. The window blinds didn't really cover the windows, so the light was quite bright the whole night. I felt very unlucky having booked this property. I even thought of moving out in several days, but my budget was tight. Guys, this is not worth the price. Just add a bit more money and save yourself from stress and trauma.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2024Spacious room and good location. With Large TV for Netflix and a comfy sofa. Theres also a work desk area and small kitchen.
When we came in the floors were quite sticky from cleaning, probably the soap or cleaning product.
