Reviewed Sep 6, 2026I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it easy to get food, shop for necessities and explore the area. The cleanliness was just nice—not too dirty and not overly spotless, but comfortable enough. It was also very easy to communicate with the owner. We even had an issue where one of the rooms got locked from the inside, and the owner quickly arranged for a team to come and help us open the door. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here ❤️

To provide the extra foot mat in front of the kitchen (sink area) area, infront of the bathroom door. The kitchen floor is quite sticky when we checked in. I think the cleaner not properly mopped the floor prior release the unit to us. The cuttlerry n plates provided also quite oily.. I think host need to ensure the proper clean up prior to the next customer to check in

B-25-03. The air-conditioning in the living room and bed room is not functioning, bathroom lights unable to switch on during night. Was using phone torches. and all this amenities that was advertised as part of the accommodation. I have already informed the property, but the issue has not been resolved. instead they offered 15% refund and extra hours stay . Bull shit.. The room is extremely uncomfortable and this has materially affected our stay in this extremely hot weather.

Целые сутки сидели без воды по причине коммунальной аварии, никак не было компенсирована данная проблема. Пришлось идти покупать воду в бутылках,чтобы попить и помыться. Номер был на 20 этаже, лифты не работали. Очень грязный бассейн общего пользования, с зелёной непрозрачной водой. Грязные лестничные пролеты в здании. В номере одна комната пригодна для проживания, вторая абсолютно без окон, двухъярусная кровать скрипит от малейшего движения. Пришлось перенести матрас на пол в гостиную. Диван в гостиной тоже не разбирается, спать на нём невозможно. Протекает кран у стиральной машины. Не работал чайник, пришел помощник и заменил его

Place did not match up to pictures. Unit was badly maintained with signs of cracks and damages all around. Signs of no maintenance. The whole feeling of the unit was also uncomfortable. Tiny ants could be seen. Tho it was 2 units with the same entrance, it still felt like 2 different units. Unit did not feel nice at all. #31-10

Pay for 700+ for 3D2N, total 4 aircond, but only 1 function, living hall, 2nd room(4pax) and the 3rd room (attached bathroom) all aircond are not cold Talk to the management name Jaystay, thy ask somebody come n check it and end up told me that day can't fix it , need time to fix it , by the time we ard stay in hot situation for the 1st night , since thy still can't fix the issue and all our family members was getting hot again for 2nd night. What the solution given from management is discount 10% wz many times of apologize. For me not good experience at all, management team not doing well for their management, this aircond issue the team may have weekly check or monthly check it before guest stay in, no guest complain doesn't mean everything is find , this is how maintain your quality, not to wait until get complain then use the discount to cover it, people who come for travel is to enjoy the trip, don't seems so huge for your 10% discount, management is using the 10% to spoil out experience only Pay what you get, if only living hall aircond issue , we are find , we can juz stay in room, but even room air-conditioning also issue , only the smallest room aircond function well, what I pay is shit experience spoiled our trip.

Unfortunately my stay was hampered by electrical maintenance works. Thus, no electricity for the night which was a major inconvenience to sleep through. Toilet floors had grout and fungi on the wall. The windows were musky.

I feel bad to write this, but it is what it is. Very late check in. Been postponed several times. Duration of stay advertised as standard 3pm - 11am. At around 430pm, was informed that the unit will only be ready around 540pm due to cleaning process. Initially only offered extended check out till 1pm, which is 2 hours extra despite delay almost 3 hours. Eventually agreed to extend till 2pm. 540pm, cleaning is still on progress.... Updated around 610pm, will take another half hour. No other counteroffer. I was so tired after long day, kids were cranky i just wanted to get a bath and relax man. Finally received check in instructions at 630pm.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The Unit was big enough to accommodate our large group so we were able to spend more time together. The uninterrupted sea-view from the balcony was amazing. There are rooftop bars and dining options within the same compound. Kids loved and enjoyed the foosball table provided in the unit.
The adjacent mall within the compound does not seem to have any tenants so that was a bit of a bummer. It would have been 10/10 if the living area was a little more spacious and wait time for lifts was little shorter.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The cleanliness of the house needs significant improvement. The toilet in the room had a very unpleasant smell, and the door was covered with black dirty spots. The other toilet floor also had many yellow stains, which made it seem like it had not been cleaned properly. The hot water was not consistently hot and would suddenly turn cold while showering, which was quite inconvenient. There were also many bugs on the walls, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. In addition, the TV remote was difficult to use and did not function properly. The Wi-Fi connection upstairs was also not working, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay. Furthermore, the air conditioner in the downstairs room was not working, making the room uncomfortable, especially during the night. Overall, this place is not worth the amount of money charged. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall experience.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The high floor is great with amazing view. Can fit my family of 12 and elderly plus kids friendly. Great karaoke set and table football set. Small children love the mini playground.
Lifts servicing limited to 2 and causing delayed timeline to move. Very upset with infinity pool closed during school holiday season. Aircon on one of the bedroom is not very cold. Ironing board should be standard standing one please with better irons.

The condo lift was terible only 2 working condition. Waited almost 1 hour to get down to ground floor to check out. Aircond remote only 2 working. Coway cannot use at all for hot water. No plastic bags. The bathroom water not flowing out after shower.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026The property has 6 lifts, but only 2 were functioning during our stay. We had to wait almost 1.5 hours just to get a lift, which was extremely frustrating. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and a significant amount of our time was wasted waiting for the lifts. At times, we even had to use the stairs from Level 28 down to the parking area on Level 6. This greatly affected our overall experience and convenience during the stay.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026To be honest, the price for this for a family of 8 is good but this is you are willing to put up with noticeable lack of maintenance. This unit is not directly managed by the Silverscape which is a limitation of the host
I can put up with the loose furniture like chairs, tables and cupboards given the price but what was really bad was that only 2 out of 6 lifts were operational which led to long waiting times which can be up to half an hour. The pool was also very dirty which was a disappointment to the children who were looking forward to it. Sadly I vacated after a night due to the deep unhappiness of everyone. Not putting photos as it is a waste of my data and storage

Reviewed May 26, 2026We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The view was amazing, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. All 9 of us stayed comfortably without any issues. We also enjoyed watching Netflix together, and the kids had a great time playing table soccer. Highly recommended for families and group stays!
The only thing we didn’t like was the swimming pool timing. It was stated that the pool opens at 8:00 AM, but we were only allowed to enter at 9:30 AM. The children were a bit disappointed about that.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Owners claimed that we damaged their bedsheet. Pics in app doesn't match for what we saw in real. Maintenance of the apartment was poor. There was a family room connected to a double room with a curtain. Since there was no privacy some of my guest had to rebook a place for themselves. This apartment was a scam.

1. Room should be ready check in at 3 pm but i check in at 7 pm still the room is not ready. Only given option of 1 hour additional late check out. 2. Last minute cleaning room floor was wet and toilet all wet. 3. There are no stores inside the mall except for 7E.
