De locatie vlakbij t Ginneken. De soepele communicatie. Het fijne bed. De ruimte. De airco en ventilator die het lekker koel maakten. In de ochtend koffie drinken op het dakterras. Fijne douchegel.

De gang is scheef, wat een beetje vervreemdend effect heeft...

The house was spacious and well organized. It had a complimentary wine in the fridge.

The temperature was 37 degrees in Breda and the house had only one aircondition in the living room that didn't work properly (maybe lack of maintenance). In the bedroom it had only one fan. The stairs to go to the apartment were not very comfortable.

Het appartement was erg compleet ingericht! Fijn dat er airco was. Heerlijk gegeren in het restaurant beneden. Vriiendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Mooie centrale locatie.

Misschien een beetje klein voor 4 personen, maar met zn twee was het goed te doen. De trap omhoog zorgde voor de nodige beweging.

Heerlijk bed, goede locatie en schoon

Heerlijk appartementje. Op de eerste etage boven een restaurantje. Het appartement had een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een keukentje met alles erop en eraan en een kleine huiskamer met tv en een slaap bankje. Er was gelukkig airco, want het was bloedheet. Het appartement ligt op de eerste etage boven een restaurantje en heeft een prachtige veranda waar je heerlijk rustig kunt zitten. In het restaurant kun je heerlijk eten en er is een terrasje waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Vanuit het terras van het restaurant kun je zo naar het appartement op de eerste verdieping lopen. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en het contact verliep prima.

Geen minpunten.

Gratis parkeren, appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon en huislijk ingericht. Prima bedden en duidelijke communicatie omtrent de check in en check out

Очень приятные апартаменты с терассой и симпатичным видом. Всё очень продуманно, порадовали разные необходмые мелочи на кухне, специи, масло, капсулы для кофе и т.п. В апартаментах две отдельные комнаты, так что удобно размещаться семьёй. В соседнем доме шикарный супермаркет. До центра полчаса пешком по очень красивым улочкам.

Personnel attentif et appartement mignon et doté avec tout le nécessaire. Environnement paisible, avec des rues commerciales à proximité.

Hartelijk dank voor het verhuren van dit prachtige appartement. De eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk en attent, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Het appartement is werkelijk onberispelijk, zowel qua uitrusting als qua netheid. Alles is tot in de kleinste details doordacht – ik heb zelden een plek gehuurd die zo goed georganiseerd is. De ligging is ideaal: rustig, maar toch dichtbij alles. Ik kan deze accommodatie zonder enige twijfel aanbevelen. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles!

Een heel gerieflijk appartement waaraan eigenlijk niets ontbreekt. Op de fietsen die we mochten gebruiken waren we zo in het centrum van Breda. Op de hoek van de straat zit een winkelplein met oa een grote supermarkt.

Het was een schoon en net ingericht appartement. Niet alleen het bakkertje en de supermarkt naast de deur zijn ook erg fijn, ook in het nabij gelegen Matsbos is het erg fijn wandelen/sporten. Zeer geschikt voor koppels.

Verwacht geen top afgewerkt appartement maar ruim voldoende voor een gezellig uitje in Breda. Alles deed het en alles was erg schoon!

The location was perfect, a short drive away from Eftling.

Everything was brilliant the only down side was we only booked for one night.

Super knusse airbnb op een fijne locatie. Er stonden fietsen voor ons klaar. We mochten wat later uitchecken. Communicatie met host was prettig, reageerde snel.

Het zag er super mooi uit! Je had alles wat je nodig had keuken met veel dingen. Ook voor meerde personen erg handig. Ook heel fijn dat er een supermarkt om de hoek was en dat je gratis kon parkeren. Het balkon was ook erg groot waar je zeker in de zomer lekker kan chillen.

Het was alleen beetje onduidelijk welke fietsen we mochten pakken. (misschien tip om te kijken of de fietsen allemaal oké waren) En we vonden iets te warm op de kamers dus hadden bij binnenkomst even de ramen open gezet.

Leuke gastvrouw met goede service! Warm welkom en we konden gratis fietsen lenen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig in het appartement.

Locatie

De verwarming van het appartement was niet zelfstandig te bedienen. Was aangesloten op de thermostaat van het restaurant en daardoor was het 's avonds erg koud. Geen ramp maar dat was minder positief.

Fijn plekje ,lekker ruim,heerlijk bed, goed ingerichte keuken. Perfect schoon.

Comfortabel, schoon

De verwarming maakte veel lawaai. Het ging wel goed als je in de keuken de verwarming voluit zette

Fijn en gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien!

Heerlijke plek in leuke wijk met goed bed, aparte woonkamer en heel goed uitgeruste keuken. Met zorg uitgezocht servies maakt t af. Eigen dakterras, waar ik nu geen gebruik van heb gemaakt, maar wat in de zomer heerlijk moet zijn. Gratis gebruik van een fiets was erg fijn. Eigenaar reageert zeer snel en vriendelijk op appjes. Beneden is een restaurant. Nu geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar volgende keer vast! Echt een aanrader!

Hele leuke, ingerichte ruimte. Alles aanwezig in dit appartement! Voorzien van veel handdoeken, lekker bed, lekkere fles wijn en gratis gebruik van fietsen waarmee je binnen 10 minuten in het centrum staat.

Voor ons een perfecte locatie omdat we een feestje in de buurt hadden en voor 1 nacht een onderkomen nodig hadden.

Lägenheten låg högst upp i huset med en mycket brant ståltrappa utomhus vilket inte stod i annonsen. Vi hade mycket bagage och pga hög ålder dålig balans. Som väl var fick vi hjälp med resväskorna....

Trapporna, sängen som man fick krypa i ( den var för bred för det lilla rummet så man kom inte i från sidan ) trångt badrum, litet tvättställ endast med kallt vatten, ingen vattenblandare i köket endast varmt vatten, dålig belysning.

L’appartement était très lumineux et fonctionnel, il y avait énormément d’équipements. Il était bien décoré. ll y avait également tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger et du café. Le quartier était très agréable.

Malheureusement il y avait de fortes odeurs du restaurant juste en bas qui étaient un peu gênantes. Les odeurs remontaient dans l’appartement. Il y également le dépôt du supermarché juste en dessous qui était bruyant.

Great facilities and a great location to spread out and relax. Highly recommend for a solo traveller or couple

Very pretty apartment and roof terrace, tastefully furnished. Had a fabulous dinner in their restaurant downstairs. Communication beforehand very smooth. Parking in front of building easy to find.

Niets alles aanwezig incl koffie voor de ochtend. Geen ontbijt, maar AH is 10 mtr om de hoek.

Appartamento pulito e ben arredato. La cucina super attrezzata ci ha consentito di cenare a casa sul terrazzo entrambe le sere (supermercato super fornito a due passi). Letti comodi (anche il divano letto). Noi eravamo in quattro e siamo stati comodi per un breve soggiorno. Abbiamo gradito la bottiglia di vino in frigo di benvenuto. Cialde e bustine del the per la colazione.

Alles was keurig en netjes verzorgd. Contact via telefoon en whats app. Snel, makkelijk en correct.

Het toilet was erg laag en zeer weinig ruimte. Bijzonder weinig druk op kraan ...

Het gezellige en huiselijke appartement met terras vlak aan het voortreffelijke restaurant.

La cucina è attrezzata per cucinare, c' è la lavastoviglie, the, caffè e spezie a disposizione. Nelle camere c'è l' aria condizionata e fuori un terrazzino. Parcheggio gratuito davanti alla casa. Supermercato vicinissimo.

Presenza di parecchie vespe che entrano in cucina da qualche foro nel muro, quindi anche con la finestra chiusa. Il bagno ha un lavandino minuscolo. La camera da letto è molto piccola e ci sono 3 ciabatte collegate una sull'altra per arrivare alla presa elettrica

Perfecte ligging t.o.v. de stad. Met de bus (op nog geen 5 minuten loopafstand) ben je snel in het centrum. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn prima.

Het enige minpunt is dat de van het restaurant onder het appartement wel wat vieze luchtjes hebt (schoonmaakmiddel o.i.d.). Verder geen minpunten te bedenken

The bed in the bedroom is so wide it is not possible to enter to the bed from sides

Apartment was extremely clean and well presented with many towels and toiletries you would need for a short stay. The gentleman who owns this place was extremely friendly and helpful and a bottle of champagne was waiting in our fridge on arrival (it's a shame neither one of us drinks it) and also unlimited tea and coffee pods. A 10 Euro voucher for the restaurant underneath was provided but we didn't have time to eat there. Overall a lovely place to stay

Location was out the way a bit but this cannot be held accountable to the owners.

Great spot with loads of facilities, only 15 minutes away from the city center of Breda by bus.

We stayed in the autumn and the apartment was quit cold. We tried heating it up by turning on the heating, but that didn’t help as much as we had hoped. Luckily they did have more than enough blankets and pillows to make up for it.

Quiet, clean, and well-equipped apartment with beautiful terrace. The apartment is rather small, but very cosy. We had a great time there!

Bathroom is a bit crammed.

Terrific apartment for two people - spacious and comfortable with a good range of facilities for self-catering. Especially helpful is the large supermarket next door to the apartment for supplies etc. Staff were very helpful in looking after our luggage until we were ready to leave in the evening. One of the reasons we booked the apartment for a couple of days was the invitation to use the two bicycles that were available - free of charge -to explore the local area.

Very disappointed with the quality of the bicycles which were not really road-worthy and actually presented some safety concerns. I had major problems as the [very rusty and clearly never maintained] bike chain kept coming off when we were several kilometres from the apartment meaning we had to abandon our ride and push the bike back over 3.5km. This tarnished our final day in the Netherlands.

The location was great - there's a free car park 50m away, next to a good supermarket. Only 30 mins from Efteling. The sofa bed was fine for our children.

Clean and tidy. Owners restaurant was excellent and staff were very friendly, informative and efficient. 6 course meal was fantastic.

The stylish apartment and fabulous balcony with wisteria growing all around it. the really exceptional 6 course tasting menu we had in the restaurant below. There is an Albert Hein supermarket very near.

The weather! Bed comfortable but tight. (Unavoidable I think)

The kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of tea and coffee supplied There was a lovely private sunny deck for afternoon drinks The hosts made bicycles available for us to enjoy AND the bottle of Cava in the fridge was a nice touch

There was no room for bags in the bedroom so we had our clothes in the lounge area

Very small thing: Side tables by the bed could be a bit bigger to put extra things on.

sleeping room was little bit small. But it is also caused because the bed is big, 180 x 200. I prefer big beds zo this was a +, Mattress was little bit to hard for me
