Ruim comfortabel appartement centrum Breda MET restaurant!

Zeer royale woonkamer. Licht, fris met veel ramen. Eettafel gedeelte, TV en banken. De keuken compleet en goed ingericht en bood toegang tot een leuk terras. Slaapkamer 1: ruim van opzet met een kingsize bed, slaapkamer 2 kleiner met smaller bed (niet erg). Separaat toilet en badkamer. Communicatie met de host verliep probleemloos en goed. Locatie uitstekend.

Je moet een behoorlijke trap naar boven op, wellicht voor ouderen een opgave. Je kunt je toilettas nergens kwijt in de badkamer.

Locatie, woonruimte en 1 slaapkamer. Alles is er wat je nodig hebt. Balkon met tafel en stoelen is een plus. Je zit zo in het centrum van Breda. 5 minuten fietsen en 20 minuten lopen. Gratis parkeren in de omgeving is ook prima te doen.

Badkamer en 2e slaapkamer zijn erg klein, maar meer dan voldoende voor een kort verblijf.

Contact met de eigenaars, zeer vlot, vriendelijk en klaar om te helpen. Goede bedden, ruim appartement, fijn dat er fietsen ter beschikking stonden!

Vreselijke stank in de douche. Badkamer is voor 4 personen erg klein.

Balkonu çok güzeldi. Salon çok geniş ve 2 tane 17 yaşında genç oğullarımızın yatabileceği rahat koltuklara sahipti. Konumu oldukça güzeldi ve yakında bir park vardı. Orada yürüyüş çok keyifliydi. 2 adet bisiklet verildi ve oğullarımız onu sürerek şehri keşfettiler. Kalabalık konaklamalar için klozet ile duşu ayırmaları iyi olmuş ama klozetin yanına lavabo koymamışlar maalesef. O yüzden çok işe yaramadı ayrılması. Mutfağı çok kullanmadık ama kahve ve çay için aletleri çalışıyordu.

Bir odası aşırı küçüktü. Bazı insanlar daralabilir. Bavulları koyacak yer yoktu. Ayrıca klima yerine vantilatör vardı. Yazın asla idare etmezdi. Biz mayıs sonu gittik ve salon güneş alıyordu. Tavandaki pervaneler uyumamıza yardımcı oldu. Balkona çıktığımızda yan komşular balkonda oturup normal ses tonuyla konuşmamıza öksürükleriyle tepki verdiler. Bizde kısık sesle konuşmaya çalıştık. O biraz sıkıntıydı. Giriş aşağıdan yapılıyordu. Karşınıza dar bir merdiven çıkıyor. Bu da bavulları taşımanızı zorlaştırıyor ama imkansız değil. Vergi ödemesi ücrete dahil olarak alınsa iyi olur. Nakit ödemek durumunda kaldık ve bunun için birkaç mesaj atılması gerekti.

This fully appointed apartment catered for everything our group of five needed, especially the washing facilities. A washer and dryer are in the kitchen and we inadvertently selected the 3hr cycle but managed to get it all done. Our host from the restaurant below greeted us warmly on arrival, and our bikes were safely stored overnight. The rooms are comfortable, the living area is spacious, bathroom is modern, and kitchen facilities allowed us to make a meal from food bought at the supermarket 50m away. We would love to try the restaurant next visit. The instructions to check in and check out were detailed and easy.

The Apartment was beautifully decorated and very luxurious with everything we needed. We slept so well. The area is great too with local bakeries.

Er was geen ontbijt hadden we ook niet gevraagd. Makkelijk bereikbaar prima locatie veel gratis parkeermogelijkheid. Attente verhuurder, goed uitgerust appartement, duidelijke informatie. Zeker een aanrader

Beide banken hebben een balk die je voelt. Is met kussens op te lossen maar toch. De fauteuil was uitstekend. De douche en toilet zijn verhoogd tov de gangvloer. Dat was vervelend omdat je het niet goed ziet en je je daardoor verstapt

Mooi ingericht appartement, alle gemakken voorzien. Goed contact met eigenaar. Er staan fietsen bij het appartement waardoor je met 10 minuten in het centrum bent.

Prachtig appartement, sfeervol ingericht in een hele mooie wijk. Alles voorhanden, alles netjes en schoon. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen. Genoten, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ruim appartement , vriendelijke beheerder

Er was een kortingsbon voor het restaurant van dezelfde eigenaar . Die bon zagen we pas nadat we al hadden gegeten . En ondanks dat de eigenaar ons kwam groeten tijdens het eten heeft hij ons niet op de korting gewezen of gegeven . Dat was niet fijn.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement gebruikt om ons klaar te maken voor mijn trouwdag. We mochten iets later uitchecken. Mooi appartement,zeker een aanrader.

I appreciated the attention to detail and level of service. We got dinner served directly to our dinner table from their restaurant; that was a special treat. The location was also great; ease of parking and supermarket within 5min. walking.

I am doing my best to find something that wasn't likeable; I guess I will have to go again and look more carefully. i just stayed 1 night.

Super leuk en gezellig appartement, was van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij als gezin hebben ervan genoten.

Heel ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust appartement, ideaal gelegen dicht bij het centrum van Breda en vlak bij een natuurgebied. De hosts informeerden ons op voorhand duidelijk, en zowel de check-in als check-out verliepen vlot. Het terras was een mooi pluspunt en alles was tiptop in orde. We komen zeker terug!

Steile Treppe

Perfect place in the suburbs of BREDA, with everything inside (well furnished, clean, etc.. with no flaw) and outside. Bus station at 200 m . Supermarket at 100 m The hosts are especially friendly (special mention for the bike service !). A splendid stay.

The room was very clean and warmly decorated. The owner was very thoughtful. When we arrived, we didn't expect that the owner had prepared a bottle of white wine in the refrigerator. Thank you for the surprise. I highly recommend it.

So cozy place, everything is available for comfort living. The restaurant on the first floor with delicious food.

Gorgeous apartment, really beautifully decorated and very good links to Breda centre via the bus stop a couple of minutes away or bike routes. A great supermarket is right next door, loads of choice and free parking right outside. Very clean and lots of kitchen facilities like tea, coffee etc plus towels and toiletries provided. It's fantastic!!

There are incredibly steep stairs directly into the apartment and no door or gate at the top. With a toddler this was very stressful because it did feel quite dangerous. We blocked off the stairs with a stool and bin, but a stairgate or door would have been preferable. That not withstanding, the apartment was still beautiful and big so plenty of space to enjoy.

Clean and confortable apartment. Free car parking . Coffee available for breakfast.

We had a lovely stay here, it was clean, just like on the pictures, and it was equipped with everything you could need. A really good price-quality ratio! I also enjoyed the closeness to the free big parking.

They offer two bikes to borrow, which is great, but one of them only had a number lock and we did not know the code. Thus we couldnt use it as we didnt want it to be stolen. But this is an easy fix of course :)

The apartment is wonderful, just as you see them in the photographs. A perfect place to stay in Breda. Richard was a very nice host and he even gave us the keys to the back of his restaurant to leave our luggage. Also, they left a cold bottle of champagne in the fridge as a token of hospitality. Possibly, the best private apartment we have ever been to.

The balcony could be more private. You could see though the privacy fence. Easy fix. Everything else was great.

The place was very neat and cozy. A lot of room in the living room, nice terrace as well.

The shower was getting a bit floody due to no barrier in between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, otherwise everything was great!

Bikes available to use. Best way to see the city. Prosecco was a pleasant surprise. Very cosy feel. Fully equipped kitchen with little extras like salt/oil…

Awesome furnished apartments in Dutch style. Preserved old floor and windows. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you need. Easy to find a parking spot, which is free of charge as of 2024. And for us it was a nice walk to reach city Center in around 30 mins. Communication was clear. Key access via locker.

The second small bed room is a bit dusty / was uncomfortable to sleep in. No window, just the one in the ceiling.

There was a double booking, so the apartment was occupied when I made my reservation . The owner made all the arrangements to find a solution and arranged another place in Breda. Though I would have preferred to stay there, I am very happy how she dealt with the situation and the solution given to me. Hope next time in Breda I can stay in their apartment.
