Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Everything was great. Staff was welcoming, helpful and they can speak English. There were a lot of choices in breakfast. Location was convenient. It was close to railway station and Italian Style Street.

Не понравилось. Номера начинаются только с 16 этажа, чтобы попасть в номер нужно подниматься на двух лифтах. Пожарная лестница закрыта. Администрация говорить случае ЧП откроется автоматически, но моя супруга чувствовала себя не в безопасности, нам пришлось снять другой отель. Завтрак хороший, но выпечка была не свежая.

It wasn't as centrally located as I wanted to. There were no nearby restaurants or shops around the hotel. You'll need to walk a couple of blocks to find activity and places to eat at. Would be great if the hotel has a bigger convenience store or shop. Room service would have been nice too if in case you get hungry after getting back late.

There was no cold air conditioning in our room. The room had lots of sun and was very hot. The hotel provided a fan which gave us some relief.

To access the room one has to take a lift to 2nd floor walked through the restaurant then take a lift to where the room was !

Reviewed Jul 6, 2025The hotel is new with hi tech facilities. Once we enter the room, the lights are up, the curtain closes automatically, the switches on the walls are lighted up so you know exactly what you want to switch on. There is a small sofa to relax in front of the TV.
In the shower room, it would be good to provide a handle bar or contruct a seat for more comfortable and safer washing as the floor can be slippery.

The on-site self service laundry was very nice and convenient. The washing machine and dryers are nice size and look like brand new. Overall, the property was very clean and well maintained.

Reviewed May 28, 2025There are no restaurants around, but Luckin Coffee is next door. Rooms are normal. There are three bad points, and the first one is that the elevator is out of order and it is troublesome to move around. Second, the quality of cleaning is not good, and they sometimes forget to clean. Third, you can't ask for ice. The good thing is that they give us a lot of water.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2025天津一泊旅行で利用。高速鉄道で到着後荷物を預けてから観光したかったので駅から近くて、イタリア通に近く、もしかしたら海河が見えるかも知れないと期待して予約。 距離的には駅からかなり近かったですが、駅からの車道が工事中で、歩道が途切れていることもあってたどり着くのはやや大変でした。近そうに見えるバスターミナル側からではなく、世紀時計に出てから大通り沿いに行けばやや大回りですが簡単に着けますが、ショッピング街にはないのでその点は注意が必要です。 カジュアルな作りでしたが、シェラトンらしく設備は十分上質で綺麗、サービスもフレンドリーです。 朝食は値段に対してとても素晴らしく、中華、洋食ともに品数も多く、一泊では食べきれません。

Though a short 5 mins walk from the Tian Jin Station, it’s still rather inconvenient esp for families with young kids and old folks. The route can be very daunting when there are no traffic lights.

The breakfast was good, let us use the subsequent day coupon for our kids as we are leaving the hotel early in the morning the next day. The laundry & dryer in Level 2 provided free detergent. Love the air purifier provided in the hotel, releases a lot of negative ions and helps my kids sleep well.
