⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Amazing Stay! I booked this accommodation through Booking.com for my daughter’s birthday, and honestly, I never imagined we would have such an amazing time, especially during winter! From the moment we arrived at Knightsbridge in Canal Walk, our host, Ashley, was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, welcoming and accommodating, and even offered to help us carry our belongings to the apartment. That level of hospitality immediately made us feel at home. We also booked spa treatments during our stay and were treated to complimentary chia tea. My daughter and I enjoyed our spa sessions so much, and Ashley went above and beyond by even arranging a cot for my grandson. 🥰 The apartment itself is beautiful and truly feels like a home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. There were even thoughtful little snacks waiting for us, which was such a lovely personal touch. We were so happy with our stay and really enjoyed the space, the comfort and, most importantly, the incredible hospitality. Ashley, thank you for being absolutely amazing and for making my daughter’s birthday so special. You went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate it. 💜 A definite 10/10 from me! Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Asking for the steam room and sauna too to be put on. Too little seating at pool

Everything was astounding from the check-in process communication was clear to the person taking us up to our apartment very friendly the service was good and spectacular and I enjoyed my stay the facilities the partner and everything about it

There's nothing to say that I did not like everything was perfect and made my stay very memorable

Near the Canal Walk Shopping Centre.

Only one heater provided. Given there are two bedrooms, one of the rooms was freezing. Was asked to pay a refunded deposit of ZAR 1500 which wasn't in the booking terms. My other friends who booked another two units at Knightsbridge didn't need to pay deposits. Although I got my deposit after I checked out but that means I didn't have enough cash while I was staying here and ended up having too much ZAR at the end of the stay. Although I booked for 3 adults, we only have one access card. This means we must always coordinate to come back together. There was no detergent provided for the washing machine. So it was very troublesome to buy the detergent and wasteful because we only washed once. The Jacuzzi downstairs was very dirty. The complimentary instant noodles tasted bad.

I arrived early and was happy to be granted early check in . The hostess Ashley and her husband went beyond to assist with everything . always available at anytime you call,this was really refreshing

Location

The location is great and the apartment was quiet which is always a bonus when you need to get some sleep when away from home.

The hosts communicated well with me as the guest but I do think there could be an improvement. The instructions on how to pick up the keys did not align with what actually happened. I was instructed that Shiela would meet me at the parking and she was told to meet me in the building. Just need to standardise their instructions.

I loved my host couple(Ashley and Jared) who made me feel at home. Loved the entire experience right from welcoming me to being there for me all through my stay in Cape Town. Beautiful view from the apartment! Excellent interiors with the every facility available! The swimming pool, gym and the way from the 9 th floor directly to the mall(Canal walk) was amazing.. They definitely are divine for me! I am so blessed to have them as my hosts. All my apprehensions of travelling alone got vanished with such warm people to host me! They were my go to option for any help I needed with just a call away. They took me around the city in their own vehicle and I was so lucky to get to watch the sunset with them! It just felt like I met some old friends of mine....felt like I was hanging out with freinds and having fun exploring...The final boat ride across the Intaka island was a real feast! Thanks to my hosts for making it happen! Just cant wait to join them back in the same apartment next time with my husband and son! Thanks to Ashley and Jared, Thanks to booking.com for making me have such a beautiful experience during my stay at Cape Town. Loads of love to them!

I love everything about the apartment Ashley and Sheila is the real definition of a real time luxury apartment I applaud them alot The apartment is a top notch

The host was very helpful and kind. She was able to give me some good guidance seeing as it was my first time to Cape Town and the apartment was very neat, clean and well kept. I enjoyed my stay.

Apartment is exceptionally clean and very carefully equipped. Excellent location connected to the Canal Walk Shopping complex, whilst still providing fantastic views out towards the distant mountains of Paarl and Stellenbosch.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the Canal Walk shopping centre. Access to swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna. The host was very polite and helpful.

Friendly and responsive team. Everything is labelled . The proximity to the mall is superb and it is next to parks. I loved the gym, sauna, steam, jacuzzi and heated swimming pool. My son enjoyed the stunning views

Prior to check out they do a count to check if anything has been broken, stolen or lost. Perhaps this is due to a previous bad experience but it was extremely uncomfortable since we are very reliable people.

The host was extremely helpful and went beyond the normal call to make everything as smooth as possible.She took her own personal time to show us all the facilities

Safe secure location lovely support staff small but fully kitted kitchen. A small cozy space but really lovely nonetheless

Maybe add a fan heater for cold days but that was pretty minor!
