Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The lady who meets you is called Agnus and she is lovely. Really easy, you just call her 15 minutes before you arrive and she meets you when you get to the entrance and takes you to the room. It's perfect if you want access to the mall and surrounding activities. The outdoor tram ride at the mall was great for the kids. There's a boat too, but we ran our of time - next time.
Don't walk between the hotel and the mall at night with young kids, as it is a public area and quite dark at certain spots, so better to be safe and do the 5-minute drive around. Bonues tip; If you want the food court, park at the top in parking bay 10.

The sleeper couch was UNUSABLE, booked for 2 adults and 1 x child (sleeper couch), was completely unusable (not a sleeper couch) Unit needs maintenance, broken lamp, broken sliding door, leaking taps, broken desk. If you going to charge money you need to fix broken things sorry.

Some of the furniture pieces need to be updated. Overall, we had a lovely stay! Agnes was on top of everything and made sure our needs were met!

The wifi, for the limited time we spent in the apartment, was very poor. Squeeky doors. Don't want to disturb the neighbors. No safe, we travel a lot with passports, etc.

Warning: A Miserable Experience with a Hostile Host! This was my first time booking an apartment, we always book hotels, and thanks to Agnes, it will be my absolute last. Do yourself a favour and book a real hotel instead, because nothing beats professional service. Agnes is a completely unprofessional, miserable host who treated us like dirt from start to finish. Hostility from Day One: We explicitly agreed with Agnes beforehand that we would arrive early due to our flight schedule, and she promised to store our bags. Instead of a welcome, she greeted us with a disgusting, ugly attitude, demanding to know why we were early. Broken, Cheap Furniture: The apartment itself is a joke. One of the beds was literally missing a leg—propped up on just three legs. The sofa bed was completely uncomfortable and unusable. Subhuman Treatment: Agnes treated us like dogs and clearly could not wait for us to leave. She never once asked how our stay was. When we checked out, we found our bags carelessly thrown into storage, causing our water and drinks to spill all over our belongings. She didn't even say goodbye; she just pointed at our luggage and walked away. Because she rushed us out like garbage, we couldn't even retrieve our floating tube which was left behind in the room. Shady Deposit Holding: She will hold onto your money unless you chase her. When we sent our banking details for the deposit, she sent a blunt "thank you" and refused to say when we would get it back. We had to aggressively remind her after 7 days just to finally get our money returned. Nothing beats a hotel.
