Room was nice and clean, spacious and in a good location, I used to live on that road so I know my way around but for people that are new to the area its very close to the city centre, very close corner shops, restaurants and fast food places. There's a full kitchen too if you wanted to cook for yourself.
Bed and pillows were a little lumpy but I still had a good nights sleep.
The property was nice and clean lovely rooms and shower room
A little bit too far out of town centre to walk in
Parking was available right outside, I a quieter area, but able to get coffee and breakfast if venturing out. Communication was good from owners
I was a bit worried about my car, which was fine! The apartment servived the purpose and was clean, my only niggle would be to offer sweetner as well as sugar.
Property in good location but unfortunately there is smell in room, i don’t know where it come from
Location and separate secure
Better on the inside than outside , bed was comfy and clean , had everything you needed, fridge , iron, hairdryer, shower was fine
The area was a bit of a shock , we felt a bit nervous. Could have done with a blind for roof window , That is all , for the price paid it was fine for one night.
Easy access to room
Bed was not comfortable springs were raised !
We didn't stop in the room so couldn't really say
We didn't stop in the room as it was up 4 flights of stairs and with my disabilities I couldn't manage them and we thought we where to far away from the places we wanted to visit, also no blind on sky light and cigarette burn in and duvet cover, bathroom was too small for my disabilities.
Great location, including free on street parking Tea/ coffee, hair dryer, towels included
Seemed tired/ needing modernisation. Bed was creaky and not particularly comfortable Had to call to request check in details at check in time (although they did answer the call quickly and send details right away) Blinds were not great so allowed a lot of light in in the morning
Check in was easy enough.
Unfortunately I didn't stay the night. I didn't feel safe. The room from first impressions wasn't great, definitely in need of some TLC. And the mattress was very uncomfortable. I have since messaged the owners and they have kindly responded and said they would take on board my thoughts, so hopefully some improvements.
Parking was good and the fact the kitchen was equipped and good specious and clean
The water in shower was either freezing cold or boiling where it burnt you messed with dials but it was one or other told host whilst staying there and was told no one else complained. The water in sink was partially blocked also. The bed was very uncomfortable and springs was all out and at times in night felt bed was gonna collapse the pillows was next level and close to non exsistent they was as if they been put in washing machine and the filling had all spilt which gave even uncomfortable stay. We had quite few issues in room 6 and if im Honest for £70 I paid I wished I went elsewhere which I could for same price but then it was parking that was free was only reason we stayed
Nothing. Bad area and felt unsafe
Smelly and dated and a bad area and we wasted £75.00. Be very careful of this place . Not good
The area did not feel safe in the day or at night also quite a long walk into city centre
Not much
It was dirty and in a rough area
Room was just as described
Would have been nice to have a fan as we were on the top floor and it was during the heatwave so it was hot. Also the shower for some reason takes around 5 minutes to get warm, once it’s warm it’s fine but for some reason there is a delay.
Very close to Cathedral. Plenty of parking and a shop almost next door
Bit of rubbish on streets
Good location, very handy for the Georgian Quarter. Great to be able to park outside. Clean and comfortable.
Could have done with a blind for the rooflight as it was very bright int he mornings! Couldn't find the wifi password. No proper wardrobe (but plenty of hangers and a rail)
The location is great just a short walk from Hope Street where there are lots of bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop which takes you to the Center of town within a minute's walk
The room served a purpose and was in a good location. While the bed was comfortable enough it was a bit noisy from Springs. Decor left a bit to be desired and could do with touching up along with various bits of repairs needed. There was a loose plug socket on the wall which I didn't feel was safe to use. The bathroom was good
Location was very good
We were given completely different room to what we booked , no proper windows except in ceiling so no air and very stuffy considering we have had very hot summer, there was no fan provided which could of helped and bathroom fan didn’t work. Shower was also poor as either too hot or too cold
Suited my needs to work location
Unclean and in need of updating and comfort. Needs a good clean and mattress uncomfortable. No WiFi
Plenty of off street parking spots. Clean room, have hot water for shower. Have fridge which is unexpected. There is a communal area on the ground floor.
My room is on the ground floor next to all wheelies. Smelly when I open the windows.
Last minute booking as the nearby apartment did not have availability for the extra one day extended stay.
No WiFi, lots of noise from flatmates, the mattress is thin and not comfortable, could not get any sleep, wallpaper torn in places, dusty
Great location for walking into centre of Liverpool and free on street parking a bonus
Very clean but furniture and facilities a bit worn in areas but didn’t affect the stay! Could have done with a fan due to the weather
It's a HMO Should be advertised
Price, location
Shower was awful - couldn't control temperature
Room was a nice size and the neighbouring rooms were quiet. Instructions to enter building and room were easy to understand and the tea and coffee was a nice touch.
The room itself needs a paint refresh it had paint peeling of the wall and tea/coffee stains down the wall. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. It must of been the cheapest mattress ever and felt every spring when laid on it. Evertime I moved you could hear and feel the springs pinging and popping. We both woke up with back ache.
Location
Room 1 No WiFi and when queried was told it was in living room, it was not and left day two as a requirement. No ventilation in bathroom thus smell in room and room on ground floor, blind did not cover window. There are three key boxes by the front door - two are not required, you just enter the number on keypad, then push the door open, this was not made clear and took ages to figure it out as I arrived late after an exhausted drive. Note on inside of door saying push button to open the door, no arrow to show where the button was - it’s a green button in the hall. Ground floor very noisy when guests returned after night out and sat in kitchen by room 1.
Central location
Poor Housekeeping. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and desperately needs changing. There was a loose plug socket and the room walls had various stains and peeling paint. The clothes rail was damaged and collapsed when only a few items were paced on it.
Great location, not far from main town at all, cute places round the corner for a coffee, fab facilities and a peaceful nights sleep
The door is a little loose to the bedroom and the WiFi wasnt working but everything else perfect
Nothing bad experienced.
They didn’t accommodated me and I’m still expecting a refund. I left several messages to the property and haven’t received any response
No means of escape of there was a fire as window was locked and there was no hot water in the morning
Clean and very quiet despite proximity to two busy streets. Great hot water pressure. Helpful staff.
Ease of check in. Fridge in the room.
The communal areas were dirty, not a good first impression. The bed sheets were clean but the room needed a deep clean, the whole property does. It's in a very rough area which I wasn't aware of when booking. There was a police car driving around who we stopped for advice and he couldn't give reassurance and just said 'keep your wits about you and keep an eye on your car'. There's a mosque around the corner where we had to park. Smashed glass all over the pavements ect. There is a couple of halal shops on the street. As white British females, we were uneasy in this area.
Clean polite service
No issue clean and good location
No issues
Location was great, easy walk into centre of Liverpool. it was nice to have a microwave in the shared kitchen
overall cleanliness not good, occasional smell of drains, radiator leak in the bathroom, the bed sheet did not fit either.
The distance to the programme in M& S arena about 20 minutes walk, the car park is just an open space on the side of the accommodation but still worked well. Rooms were okay
No chair in the room and the shower drain wasn't working well so the water was pooling. Also the smell was so bad in the room and we couldn't leave the window open as were on the ground floor. It was expensive as well

It was not very clean and looked very different to the pictures online.
The bed was so comfortable
Easy to check in with self check in process. Very handy having a fridge in the room. Bed was comfortable enough.
Dead fly in shower tray Walls are in need of a spruce up- scuff marks and stains over the walls. For a so called deluxe room it was more like a standard room in a HMO. Some noise from other rooms was audible but not the worst.
Rooms clean decent size and quiet
Beds uncomfortable shower went cold half way through shower
Location ok. Fridge in the room good facility. Hair dryer and iron/board good.
Bed and pillows terrible. Sink blocking up. Communal areas smell fusty , room itself ok. Had evidence of a previous leak on ceiling. Gap around blinds on the windows.
Clean comfortable room with parking outside perfect location for the event we were attending. Have stayed there before had a different style room this time, smaller than previous one but good enough for our needs

Size of the room, fridge
It needs better cleaning, painting and refreshing, it is 30 min walk to center, on street free parking but i wasnt to sure how safe the car will be..
Noisy, roof window with no way of blocking light.. free parking was finding a space on the public road. Very run down area.
The property was clean and had nice white cotton sheets and also a kettle with tea, coffee, milk etc sachets and two mugs. The location though it didn’t look the nicest area, was not too far from the city centre and was walkable, though we used an Uber at times. We can’t comment on staff as we never met any staff member or saw anyone se in the building. The lady was pleasant though when I rang about gaining access.
The bed although having nice sheets and duvet, wasn’t too comfy, though we realise this is a more budget accommodation and for two nights it was fine…we didn’t obviously expect 4-5 star standards!. We thought the free parking perhaps meant a small carpark belong to the accommodation, though it was street parking and amongst litter over the street. We don’t know Liverpool but took it this was a run down area. One thing we would suggest was perhaps black out blinds or curtains as the vertical cream blinds let light in (with it now getting lighter in a morning) and let street lights shine through, so the room was never dark really, so we struggled to sleep. The most annoying thing, which is not any fault of the host at all is the fact on the Saturday night (2nd May), in the early hours of the Sunday…3-4am other inconsiderate guests were so noisy, screaming, shouting, swearing and talking very loudly at tops of their voices, clearly wearing heels on the wooden floors, stomping back and forth outside our room door. They must have gone upstairs as we could then hear them, or one person in walking about on we guessed wooden floors above us. This went on for hours, even when we got up at 7am, this noise was still going on!. So really it ruined our stay in the city as we were absolutely exhausted Sunday. We wished we had paid more and stayed where previously stayed Premier Inn at Albert Dock!.
Where it was
Power cut and no water when we woke up on check out day unable to have shower weren’t offered any alternative also they didn’t even give us any bottled water so we could at least brush our teeth and have a cold water wash asked for partial refund which they refused very poo customer service
Clean & presentation was lovely, perfect for our short break.
It was OK, not the best just OK
Free Car Parking is just the roadside, makes it sound like there is dedicated parking there isn't
Clean and easy check-in process
Uncomfortable bed. Noise easily audible from neighbouring rooms. Felt unsafe being in a house with other people in the other bedrooms.
close to the centre, easy access, everything you need for a place to sleep
mattress was a little uncomfortable but ok for one night
Not clean, lots of broken or chipped. No Wi-Fi. No response from property in our chat. Not comfortable mattress. Not nice smell. No stuff, no security so our neighbours came to their room at 1 am and were shouting and making noise with some glass bottles until 3 am. There’s “Paper” door — we could hear every single word and sound. Looks and feels much worse than on photos.
Good location
No batteries in remote control for TV in lounge .Also shower didn't work properly
Good location, free parking
Room had a sky light but no blind to block out the light. An easy fix that would make a huge difference. We wanted to check in early as we were going straight out to an event but we weren’t able to do that. This would’ve made it a more relaxed stay. Price was very inflated because of the event
Clean and in a good location for the venues we were going to. Good value for money overall
Bed a bit uncomfortable - could do with a new mattress.
Very clean well accommodating flat Reasonable prices bonus tea coffee in room Staff very helpful Great wee place for Liverpool City centre 5min from city centre
Very impressed with the room for the price we paid. Facilities in the room were good, bed was comfy.
Shower ran a bit hot & cold but that's about it.
Nice big room, very clean and lots of parking outside. Location very close to the cathedral and short-ish walk into the town centre
Whilst the room has blinds, would be good to have some curtains to keep it dark when the sun rises in the early morning
I booked last minute but location was ok, easy self check in and rooms were fair. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest red mould around shower tray. But overall not the worst stay. Place was very quiet rooms lovely and warm.
It was ok, overall satisfactory stay. Beds weren’t very comfy
Location, bed
No WiFi available noisy
Clean property in a residentual area. Great location - 10-15 mins walk to the centre. Free on street parking. Spacious room with tea & coffee facilities, fridge. Quiet.
There was no wardrobe in my room - just a clothes rail - which collapsed when I put my jacket on it! Wasn't an issue though.
Was clean and comfortable
Parking
Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean. Free parking straight outside. Sitting room to ourselves. Great location for walking to the cathedrals, the university and into town .
Bedroom quite small and a very lumpy mattress. A smell of drains in the room.
Self check in
Hair in bed, broken toilet seat and sink. No lamp. TV didn't work. Squeaky spring matress.
Plenty of street parking, easy to access, room size was fine. Adequate for a one night stay
The instructions could have included where the room actually was. I had assumed upstairs but room 1 was through the sitting room. The light in the corridor had a habit of going off which made it annoying when trying to get into the room at night. The room was very hot & I couldn't seem to turn the heating down. I also couldn't get the shower to work.
Price
Rooms were tired, furniture needs update
its quiet and the location is good
none
The property had clean amenities which includes kettle, ironing board, towels, bathroom, room floor and walls all clean and lovely to use
The mattress provided is very bad it doesn’t compliment the beauty of the room please change it I love to come back again
We like the location of this, and it's sister property, a few doors down. Have stayed in other rooms in both houses before and those were fine. Shared house Kitchen is clean, tidy and stocked to cook if you want. Parking is usually easy. Barely 200m is lovely food from the cafe called Bon Cafe and 3 little convenience shops all selling slightly different items. Easy to access house with code sent on day of arrival and room door key in a keylock box on wall beside room door.
Sadly, this one, room 6, at the top of the house, was strangely well below par compared to the other rooms we've had. Room door was hard to open. No bedtable lamps like in photo. Mattress was thin, could feel the springs and the springs were noisy as you moved. There was no mattress topper to help ease this. There were nitrous oxide canisters in the corner, no idea why or for what. There was a clock that wasn't working, simply irritating when just batteries are needed. Shower room had no radiator and was cold unless you left the door open. The toilet seat was too small and not fixed correctly and kept moving. Hubby tried to tighten it to no avail. Would definitely never have this room again.
Nice clean 👌 love it
Very nice room 👌
Cheap and beautifully clean. . The best £39 value possible. Free parking
The location. Toxteth is not a nice area and ii worried about my car. The stairs were so steep that it triggered chronic asthma and totally out of breath as I slumped into bed I phoned 999. I didn't sleep there but was taken to Liverpool Royal Hospital. Been their ever since! For fit young people not scared of a little locational edge it is ideal double accommodation not far from the attractions . NOWHERE COULD BE BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY. I THOUROUGHLY RECOMMEND TO YOUNG CITY EXPLORERS
Room had a fridge and a hairdryer, quiet, nice room and really clean
I had the boiler in my room which was a little noisy but not enough to disturb. Bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable.
Clean. Comfy. Central. Easy access
Could have had the WiFi code in the room.
Cheap and easy. Street parking directly opposite. 20 minute walk into main city
How can I make a tidy and modern it was?
The bed was very squeaky and mattress, very uncomfortable
The staff and the bed was comfy
There wasn’t any WiFi for ages and it wasn’t the best connection all night and the light wasn’t really bright at all.
