Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The staff at reception were friendly & helpful. They were very good with our kids. We arrived around 11pm for one night. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a good selection.
We requested a cot but was not available on arrival. There was no food available on arrival either, staff attempted to order in but was not successful. We had a 2 bedroom room - with 2 single beds & main bedroom. The 2 single beds were dirty & hadn't been changed. One had hairs on the sheet & the other had stains on the duvet. Only one toilet roll between 2 bathrooms. The fridge didn't keep drinks or milk cold. Next morning the new milk had curdled. The balcony door with the twin beds (where toddlers slept) would not lock. We were only staying for 1 night as transiting so didn't make a big deal but wouldn't be happy if staying longer.

The reception team scammed me to pay extra fee for breakfast which they promised to be great and after paying additional €200 and trying it for 1 day which was terrible experience I asked him to refund me the extra fee. When I came back to them they changed their position and confirmed that the breakfast is bad. I asked for refund but they kept stalling till my checkout date and talked in a rude way that no refund will happened and that is it. Ot recommended place to stay in Tunis.

What guests love
- •Friendly/helpful staff
- •Clean rooms
- •Spacious rooms
- •Convenient location (near airport/port)
- •Good value / regular-guest upgrades
- •Parking available nearby
Areas to consider
- •Breakfast quality/variety inconsistent
- •Air conditioning issues in some rooms
- •Occasional rude or aggressive staff (night shift) and isolated service lapses
- •Limited parking spaces at times
- •At least one report of hotel being dirty and one strict water-dispensing policy incident
Cleanliness
8.3/10Frequently praised as very clean in many reviews (e.g., 'very, very clean', Arabic 'النظافة'), but at least one guest reported the hotel as very dirty — overall mixed but leaning positive.
Service
8.6/10Staff repeatedly commended (friendly, helpful, named staff like Ezekiel, 'personnel génial'), with isolated complaints about an aggressive night shift, an indifferent manager, and one bar-staff incident.
Location
8.4/10Multiple guests note convenient locations (near airport, port, reachable to centre on foot); a few find it less ideal for their needs — generally positive and convenient.
Room Quality
8/10Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and well cared for, but several guests reported problematic air conditioning and one damaging service incident in the hall.
Amenities
7.6/10Parking and basic amenities are available and appreciated by some (parking nearby), but recurring issues with AC, limited parking places and a negative water-dispensing policy reduce the score.
Value for Money
8.3/10Often mentioned as good value (regulars sometimes upgraded, positive rapport qualité/prix), though a few incidents (paid water, service lapses) slightly detract.
Food and Beverage
7.8/10Breakfast receives mixed feedback — some guests praise a good/varied breakfast, while several reviews point to weak or repetitive buffet offerings and limited fruit options.
Overall Experience
7.8/10Many guests recommend the hotel and report excellent stays, but a number of negative incidents (cleanliness claim, AC failure, staff/service lapses) pull the overall experience slightly below the target.
