Serendipity Suite at S Residences

The space was comfortable for a single traveller. Location was convinient to move around to spots I planned to go.

Nothing to point out because my stay was exceptional and I would book again.

The room was fitting and very convenient for me to move around.

The bed was comfortable but the mattress was abit soft for me.

Close proximity to MOA. Several convenient stores nearby. Close to tourists attractions.

There was no parking and they asked us to park somewhere which the charge of the parking is quite costly

No Parking space, quite tricky and paid extra for the parking facility.

Clean, safe, easy access, in good working order, easy booking, good communication from owner. It would have been very good if we had 3 beds with sheets like expected .

We were expecting 3 beds. We really had 2. We knew one of the bed was futon, but there were no bed sheets or blankets for it. I sacrificed myself to sleep there, but without bed sheets, it was not comfortable at all... I don't mind small futon bed, but we need bed sheets or at very least some blankets. The sofa bed had sheets, so that was ok. Since we were a group of 4, it really made our stay much less comfortable. Another important detail is that there was no shower curtain. After someone showers the whole washroom was wet. Other small things: there was only one toilet paper roll with no extra if we run out. It would have been nice to have a towel to dry our hands in the washroom.

Location, responsive & polite owner, helpful staff, cleanliness, comfy bed & pillows, safety, and the list goes on…

If noise from passing-by airplanes could bother you then it might be a slight problem, but it’s actually fine with me.

Just saw 1 small cockroach once.

It was clean and the host responded quickly with what we needed. Very helpful!

لاشي المكان جدا قذر من فتح باب الغرفة والحشرات في كل مكان لم ابقى في مكان الاقامة خرجت منها

وصلت إلى الفندق بعد رحلة طيران طويلة وكنت في غاية التعب وأحتاج للراحة، لكنني صُدمت عند دخول الغرفة بوجود حشرات كثيرة في كل مكان، الأمر الذي جعل من المستحيل أن أبقى فيها. اضطررت لمغادرة الفندق فورًا وحجز فندق آخر، رغم أنني كنت منهكة تمامًا وأتطلع فقط إلى مكان نظيف وهادئ أرتاح فيه

The location. It’s close to everything.

There was a smell in the closet. Like a dried fish smell that smells more horrible than a dried fish.

Very quiet room, close to restaurants and coffee, good WiFi, it has AC, fan, refrigerator, and hot water shower. I recommend it!

Clear instructions to access property. Great area, clean, facilities excellent.

Excellent location...short walk to MOA and close to Redemptionist LRT station for riding to Luneta, Chinatown. Also close to supermarket.

Nothing negative. Complex is in take off flight path of airport but appears limited flights late at night and so sleep was not disturbed.

10-15 minute walk to Mall of Asia, grocery stores and easy access to airport and other Manila attractions. Host was very responsive. AirBnb was well stocked with items. It had good Internet, and streaming services like Netflix, Disney Plus etc. Staff of the bldg were very friendly and polite.

Nice apartament, everything what you need to get rest. Walking distance to Mall of Asia. Safety area. Not far from Airport.

It’s good that it’s very accessible and convenient . The unit is clean and tidy.

I like the stable wifi, ambiance of the room especially the simple yet classy interior design.

I guess the pool was still under maintenance when we stayed. There's no convenience store in the building (downstairs) like other properties but there are few stores that are very near since walking few meters away are fine with us. 😅

The staff is very helpful, easy to approach and.so easy to contact 👏 the location is close for everything. The place is so clean my kids appreciate it much, especially when you just arrived from your flight and still you don't have time to buy something but this condo they have few free mineral water, some coffee and snacks box for the guests that is already in the table. The building is very clean and smell good and very comfortable lounge in the reception area. I am gonna book this one again when I am going home.

A/C

The host had me checked in late at 4pm but told me that I could extend my stay to make up for the late check in time. However, next day, he/she told me to check out at 12noon (std check out time) and gave me no extra time even for just an hour despite the late check in. The room also smelled bad and there was no soap in the bathroom. I messaged the owner/management to air my issues, but I did not get any response, not even a short sorry.

The location was excellent- right at the bottom of the building are places to eat at... a small mall is right across and MOA is walking distance. Finding complimentary snacks and water on the table in a container upon arrival was pleasant (we arrived at alnost midnight). The main bed was comfy (a noiseless mattress is always awesome in a small space).There were available extra toilet papers and paper towels in the cabinet next to the bed.The children used the pool once the day before we left and enjoyed it. The smart tv was great and there were available microwave, pots and pans, fridge, plates, cups, glasses, forks and spoons etc. in the kitchenette. The kids enjoyed playing with the table games that are in the unit.The AC worked well and the wifi was excellent.

Not enough storage. An ikea bed with storage bins underneath would be ideal for this little condo. The towels were not absorbent, because the material was more for dusting. Three females came knocking two days prior to our check out. Without identifying themselves the lady who looked liked the mother of the two younger ones asked if we were checking out. I said we weren't due for checkout and that I expected someone to come an hour later to exchange our towels. The lady seemed like she had no idea and kept apologizing. She knew the code to the towel cabinet and gave me towels. It was a strange encounter. Also: The security guard was a bit arrogant. At first I thought maybe because it was late when we arrived but he never once cracked a smile . Furthermore, there was no broom which I hated because I like to sweep daily. The floor "thing" in the bathroom isn't efficient to help with splashes from the shower. The material is harder than it should be... feels alnost like cement. A little mop would be better. The bathroom mat feels and looks more like a door entrance mat. No ambient light option available in this room but lots of ceiling lights.

I highly recommend this unit for a staycation here in Metro! The staffs from the lobby area & the host of the unit are very accommodating to my queries, very approachable! Thank you so much! I will definitely book again here. We had a great stay.
