Very nice place to stay. Public transport is close. Some nice places to eat are 10 min walk from the place. Owner was super nice and helpfull. Parking is private and very safe which was very important for us since we traveled by car. Room very clean and cosy.

Már másodszor voltunk, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A szállás nagyon jó, Claudia, a házigazda kedves és segítőkész A környék nagyon hangulatos és a közlekedés is jó. Nagyon szeretjük, biztos, hogy vissza fogunk térni.

De perfecte ligging om te fietsen naar Wenen. Een prima bed. Uitstekend sanitair. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Mooi balkon. Private parking.

Iets betere keuken. Het is tenslotte geen hotelkamer wel een appartement. Gezien de hitte zou iets meer zonnewering wel handig zijn.

Ruhige Lage, mit der Straßenbahn schnell im Zentrum. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befand sich ein schönes persisches Restaurant oder man konnte abends zum Heutigen gehen.

Alles bestens

Bécs belvárosához közel, Döblingben volt az apartman, mégis csendes, nyugodt volt a környék. Szép, ízléses, kényelmes volt a berendezés, az ágy is nagyon jó volt. A terasz az udvarra, szép kertre nézett, mókust is láttunk a ház melletti fenyőfán!

Sajnos főzőlap nem volt a konyhában.

Tolle Lage. Sehr bequeme Betten. Ausreichend Schrank-/Regalfläche. Sehr ruhig. Großer Balkon. Bad und WC separat. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Falls man selber kochen möchte: die Küchenzeile ist recht klein. Es gibt keinen Herd/Ofen (stattdessen aber einen Elektrotopf) und auch das Spülbecken ist klein. Für uns war es gar kein Problem, da wir eh auswärts in den vielen ausgezeichneten Gastronomien vor Ort gegessen haben.

Die Küchenzeile ist etwas unpraktisch

Die Wohnung ist super gut gelegen und wir konnten Wanderungen in den Weinbergen mit Hochkultur in der Stadt gut verbinden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr moderne, neue Wohnung im Villenviertel von Wien. Ruhig gelegen mit Blick ins Grüne. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Direkt an den Weinbergen und mit Blick in den Garten haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen und wurden morgens immer vom Eichhörnchen begrüßt, das in der großen Kiefer gegenüber wohnt. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 30 Minuten mitten in Wien - die perfekte Anbindung, während das Auto auf dem Hausgrundstück stehenbleiben kann. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Fewo und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für das schöne Zuhause auf Zeit.

Bardzo ładny i wygodny apartament. Ma wszystko czego potrzeba podczas pobytu. Pięknie położony i z ogromnym gustem urządzony. Czuliśmy się tam jak w domu i z przyjemnością do niego wracaliśmy po całym dniu zwiedzania. Położony poza centrum miasta ale 5 min dalej znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy do głównych atrakcji.

Emplacement au calme à quelques minutes de la ligne de tramway. Très bien desservi pour visiter la ville.

Escogimos ese apartamento por estar cerca del muelle para el crucero fluvial por el Danubio. Aunque está a 30 minutos del centro de Viena, tiene muy buena comunicación con la línea D del tranvía y es una zona muy tranquila. El apartamento tiene escaleras, en una primera planta, y al entrar es cómodo y acogedor. Tiene muchos ventanales y está muy bien aclimatado. La dueña nos dejó unas galletas, infusiones y cápsulas de café que nos vino muy bien. Además, también tiene una carpeta preparada con todo lo que puedas necesitar: farmacias, dónde comer o comprar, dónde pasear, etc. También nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del checkin, bien temprano.

Faltaba microondas y una placa para cocinar, aunque al final no nos hizo falta. Lo suple con una cafetera de cápsulas, un hervidor, una tostadora y una freidora.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage und trotzdem viele Restaurants in der Nähe waren für uns perfekt. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Die Lage ist super. Es ist sehr ruhig und es gibt vieles in der Gegend zu erkunden. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Zeitraum benötigt. Bin sehr erholsam zu meinem Geschäftstermin gekommen.

A tulajdonos nagyon kedves volt. A szálláshely gyönyörű környezetben van Az apartman tiszta, világos, csak ajánlani tudom.

Sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr schöne Lage

Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig für Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen.

Gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und trotzdem gab es eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Außerdem lag die Wohnung direkt am Wanderweg zum Kahlenberg. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon.

Wer Wert legt auf TV oder Radio wird es vermissen. Uns war das egal.

Schönes Apartment, netter Empfang, danke

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage, grün und ruhig, aber nah an der Straßenbahn. Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf unserer Donauradtour da, aber hier könnte man sich auch länger aufhalten. Heurige für den Abend und Bäcker zum Frühstücken fußläufig erreichbar.

Als einziges fällt mir ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch auf der Toilette ein. Sonst alles prima.

Die FeWo ist in einem Haus am grünen Stadtrand von Wien und so eine wunderbare Abwechslung zur sehr belebten und lebendigen Innenstadt. Mit der Line D kommt man aber problemlos hin und her.

Eine kleine Mikrowelle wäre nicht schlecht, um auch mal was aufwärmen zu können

Very nicely furnished, cosy, clean and spacious appartement in a calm and green neighbourhood of Vienna. The host, Claudia was very welcoming and helpful. I felt like home, right away and will for sure come back. Also the breakfast place Claudia recommended was wonderful.

Nothing to say, everything was perfect.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. It offers a private parking space and convenient access, even during late hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the communication with the host is outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for accommodation in the area!

Very kind owner, nice apartment, wonderful location. It is very pleasant to walk around the area, but the city center can also be easily reached by tram. We would love to come back.

Classy place, comfortable and convenient

The location is very attractive and quiet and a short walk to Tram D (direct access city centre) and beautiful vineyards. The apartment is immaculate, very comfortable with a lovely balcony. Very helpful and friendly host.

No complaints at all!

An excellent place for classical music lovers. Schreiberbach and Beethovengang are right next to the house. The apartment is large, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed and arranged, thus a very pleasant place for a-few-day stay in the suburb of Vienna. The host is kind and nice as well.

It would be better to provide a detailed map (e.g., how to get here from train/tram/car driving) for guests before their coming. It was a bit confusing for me to find the way here.

Very kind and accommodating host. I was met by her to receive the keys, she was flexible with the time arrangement and ready to provide information about the neighbourhood. The flat is comfortable and spacious. Great surrounding, nice walks. Definitely recommended.

For longer stay cooking facilities might be useful and for cold winter some heating facilities such as radiators rather than the electronic fan, though for a short visit these did not matter.

Great neighbourhood, quiet and clean! The host, Claudia, was super friendly, and even allowed us to leave our car in the driveway after we checked out so that we don't need to pay for public parking. How cool is that?? Super cool:) Thank you, Claudia!!! We used public transport, the tram, to get to the city centre was super easy and convenient! I would recommend this place!!!

The absence of any television! A refreshing change. The designated smoking area on the balcony.

On two or three occasions the WiFi went off line, but only for a few minutes.

Claudia was amazing. The place is 30 min only by tram to the center, quiet neighborhood but with restaurants and store 5 min walk away. Same as with the tram station, 5 min walk. The place is great, newly renovated with great taste. The terrace is delicious for hot summer night as the one we spent there. Espresso machine with capsules were great for the morning. Free parking also a great feature.

There is nothing to complain about

The apartment was nicely decorated, Claudia (the host) was so lovely and accommodating. Location was good, parking and had a fridge.

Majority of the place was clean but there were a few hairs on the bed and the bathroom floor when we arrived. Sofa bed was also not very comfortable, but would stay again.
