No cleaning included even when we stayed there for 12 nights you have to pay for that , bed is too small for western people, everything is in Korean so it will take time to find out how everything works, no reception communication is by mail only, you have to dump your trash in a far away basement by elevator, only 2 elevators long waiting time…

Everything is in Korean so took some time to find out how everything works as all is high tech. There is no reception so not easy to communicate. Bed is small and uncomfortable is Korean size only not for Europeans. You hear the neighbors walking on the floor above even at night

Was so clean and oven very good too kitchen perfect size bed was comfortable and fast response for any questions

Sofa was not bad but it’s open tow pice was not stable and plates not available only small pices but was ok for little time we cook

If you need a place to stay on this side of Seoul, it's fine. If you plan to do a lot of tourist activities, stay on the other side of the river, as there is very little to do nearby (walking distance). The unit was clean and modern

While having a washing machine was a major reason why I chose this property, they should include basic operating instructions in the provided room guide. The QR-linked online information only provided a translation of the panel. I had to use ChatGPT to wash my 1st load. As for claiming to be soundproof, it was not. I could hear the people on the other side of the living room wall very clearly. I would have also liked to know beforehand that it's a no-toilet-paper-flushing property

The amenities were excellent, and the property was generally very well equipped. I especially appreciated the quality of the amenities and the products provided. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and many things to do nearby.

The room got quite warm very quickly whenever the air conditioning was turned off. Since our room was on a lower floor, it was also a little dark, although this may partly be a matter of preference. The biggest downside for us was the 4 PM check-in time, which feels quite late, especially when arriving earlier in the day. Early check-in was available, but at an additional cost of KRW 20,000 per hour.

Расположение нормальное, передвигались на такси. Рядом много круглосуточных магазинов.

Перед заездом пришла ссылка на имейл, понадобилось много времени чтобы с ней разобраться. Не могли понять ни номер квартиры ни код от двери. Написали им через сайт Букинг- ноль ответа. Пришлось постараться чтобы понять логику. надо было отдельно вводить номер паспорта, имя и тд. Сложно и неудобно. Но может кому-то и ок. В квартире пахло раменом от соседей. Так и не поняли откуда шел запах.

Very nice and clean stay. Having laundry and utilities to cook was a major plus side. Check in was easy and the area around the place was quiet. Would stay here again.

L'appartamento è grande e luminoso, dotato di un open space con cucina abitabile e sala con divano, tv a schermo piatto (gigante) con servizi streaming, una camera da letto (con letto matrimoniale di dimensioni normali) e un bagno con doccia. La cucina è dotata di macchina del caffè (con anche le cialde per la prima mattina) e c'è anche la lavatrice (con detersivo). E' tutto spiegato nel "libretto" che troverete sul tavolo. Il bagno ha un lavandino con un ampio piano d'appoggio, la doccia è perfettamente funzionante e il wc è uno di quelli intelligenti (perché non si può buttare la carta igienica). Arrivare all'appartamento dalla metro è facile e veloce e da lì si arriva in una ventina di minuti scarsi in centro a Seoul. Sulla via principale trovate anche la fermata dell'autobus che porta direttamente in aeroporto a Incheon, quindi è servitissimo. Nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi posti per mangiare e anche i konbini, oltre a un piccolo (ma sempre utile) Olive Young e un Paris Baguette. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per due persone!

This place like an apartment style place but it is not Air BNB. Since there is no front desk, checking in at first was a bit of a hassle. It is modern and well-equipped. To be honest, I struggled a bit at first because I didn't know how to use the cutting-edge system. It was very quiet, convenient and clean. I highly recommend it.

subway 8 min. bus stops 5 min.

it was so hot although it was November! so we had to turn on air condition. however remote control was not working well. and kitchen tools ( pot and pan) were skreches a lot; we did not used at all. and laundry machine were so tiny, and laundry dry rack was broken we could not use.

the room were not cleaned well, and we have to keep our trash during we staying. and noisy.

Loved the design of the room and the location. Close to the metro and easy check-in process. Liked the local feel of the area. Communication was good before and during the stay. Washer in the apartment was a huge help.

The bed was a little firm for my taste, but otherwise everything was great.

Very modern and spacious, the heating was great, everything clean, close to the metro and airport bus.

The kitchenware was almost missing, it was hard to cook because of this, they didn't even have salt.

스타일러, 전자렌지 등이 있어서 이용에 편했습니다. 예술의전당과 가까워서 공연, 전시보고 이동하기 좋았어요. 근처에 갈 일 있음 또 이용하고 싶어요.

Location and the price, convenience of having full size refrigerator, washing machine in the room was very convenient.

There was a stain on the floor of the front doorway and so we emailed the staff to come to clean the stain and they did not come Next morning went to the office and asked them again to come and clean the stain and they said they would but no one came to clean the stain. The stain was never removed. Staff was rude about the whole thing!!!

Good position close to Gangnam center. Easy to find and very clear directions how to get inside and use the facilities.

I’m from Europe and maybe they could improve the mattress. But is just my personal opinion

Lots of space. Perfect for storing luggage and things I bought. Clean and comfy. Modern build. Good thing the construction mentioned in previous reviews were gone or at least not as loud as I thought. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

It feels like it wasn't tested for livability. The bed was definitely not a queen. The extra sliding doors in the living room were very unnecessary and actually posed a tripping hazard instead. No place to hang towels. Shower door was SUPER squeaky and caused a loud annoyance. Could not be fixed with WD40. The coffee table top was not connected to the legs making it difficult to move the table to my comfortability. No proper dryer for clothes made drying washed clothes difficult. The fancy steamer was not producing soft clothes when drying.

Непонятная система сортировки мусора.( Не вполне разобрались, что к чему относится, разложив скорее всего интуитивно. Напротив ведется стройка, довольно шумно с самого утра.

Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst spärlich. Auch ein Tuch wäre nicht schlecht. Von Spülmittel möchte ich gar nicht sprechen!

This is the second time I’m staying in this place, this time it had a weird smell like a mould. Which was very strong.

It had a weird smell like a mould something old it was uncomfortable. I was only there for 2 nights so I was too tired.

Check in was easy, property was very clean, shower, air conditioning, floor heating etc everything was great. The bed/pillows/sofas were very very comfortable, the rooms were very nicely furnished with high quality stuff. Location was great as well.

All the messages i received were in Korean although i wrote to them in english, and early checkin was only available with an additional pay that was quite high(this is completely fair, but would have been nice if I was allowed to checkin early) That might be a standard in korea(because I took 2 hotels and both were like this, but the first one was very cheap) - no one came to tide/clean my room during the stay there(which was quite long, i think i stayed there for 6 nights) Again - in general it was a very good experience to stay in this hotel and I definitely recommend it

The plastic bed cover, as expected as other people mentioned it. not comfy, if hygiene is he reason it is better to use bed topper that can be washed. no sponge for washing the dishes at least provide one (yellow) plastic trash bag and information for dividing the trash, because each contry has its own system.

It was in a great location and it was exactly what I paid for.

For a 4 day stay I was a little disappointed that there was no cleaning service and if I needed one, I needed to pay an additional fee which I felt was a bit unfair especially considering the amount paid for a 4 night stay. Cleaning should’ve been included to make the stay more comfortable.

The pictures used to advertise were taken from a higher floor and the apartment we were staying had no view. Also, it was quite dirty in there - floors were dirty (hairs etc), sheets not properly washed. Bathroom floor drain had hair from previous guests. We found trash under the sofa as well.

It was well equipped and very clean. Easy self check in and check out.

There is no view, at least not the one in the pictures. They didn't change our towels for 3 nights and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper.

I absolutely love that they had an iron or a steamer closet which I absolutely used❤️

Afval zelf deponeren en je wordt volgens instructies gewezen op het zelf kopen van een afvalzak bij convenience store. Eigenlijk had dit in het appartement moeten liggen.
