It's unfair for customer, I book 3 bedroom apartments for 2 adults but they give me 2 rooms. Just becos I select 2 adults. I don't care how many adults as long as they give room that I agreed on.

The pool was out of order, under maintenance and in reserve, and therefore out of service. The reservation had a price written on it, and when I took the key, they told me an additional price, another price.

The location is very good, fast response from the person. Got a room upgrade, since it is on the top floor, the view was very good.

1. The pool is under maintenance (don't know since when and last how long ;⁠) , so we couldn't use it 2. There was loud refurbishment noise in the afternoon, although for a relatively short time, it is loud 3. Have to wait for the lift for a long time since there are for people from the whole building 4. The lobby sofa is quite dirty 5. Last thing and biggest issue is WiFi!!! It is really unstable and most of the time we have to use our own data

This is in KL's prime location, where Bukit Bintang, Changkat, and Jalan Alor are all nearby.

Everything was fine, it’s just that on the second day we didn’t get our water bottles which are supposed to be complimentary. I messaged the host about it, and he sent them the next day.

Location is the only good thing about this property

I wasn't given the room I booked. Instead I got a studio which was grossly inadequate.

This is a perfect location. Very nice and clean property i really loved it and enjoyed. Pool was awsom. And staff is very goid and very friendly. Security gurds are very good i suggest you to this hotel for stay.... Beautiful view

The location it's exceptional can go everywhere just by walking

I stayed there for 3 days the room wasn't cleaned during all my stay, even I asked for new towels I never got them, also if want use the swimming pool had to use the same towel as the one the clean myself after shower the Manager ask me for extra money for deposit, but when I checked out he didn't gave me the deposit money back, the internet connection in my room wasn't working to use the wifi only in the hotel lobby

Location and facilities were quite nice.

No proper sockets for hair dryer and iron. Shampoo, body wash and water bottles were provided only once at the time of check in. Luggage can not be left for couple of hours after check out even if you stay for a week.

Location is great and the view from the building is impressive.

The check-in process seems a bit illecit since you need to collect the keys hidden in a room in a side room paying cash. Long waiting time at the elevator (more than 5-10minutes each time). The property does not look luxurious or premium but seems an extremely busy and chaotic place.

It is located at a very strategic location. Staff is friendly.

Information from Booking.com shows there is on site parking available at RM25/day. We only discovered that there is no on site parking when we arrived. Ended up I have to park at Lot 10 that cost me average about RM40 per day.

Bathroom smells very bad

Eerst hadden we geen warm water en de airco kon niet uit bij binnenkomst in het Hotel moesten we afrekenen in konstant in een hoekje van het hotel bij iemand die niet van het hotel was erg bizar alsof het onderverhuurt was

Perfect location

The room was small and didn’t have a fridge. Thanks to the curtains it stayed somewhat cooler, but the windows were very hot and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The host was correct and polite, but the staff at the Sleeping Lion Hotel were extremely rude. According to the sign, the pool facilities are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., yet when we went for a swim at 8 a.m. we were shouted at by the pool guards and basically thrown out. They even took a picture of us as if we were some kind of criminals, which felt very unpleasant.

Booked for 5 ppl but only 2 queen sized bed was provided.

The view from our hotel room and from the pool in the Petronas towers was amazing. The pool area was very comfortable.

Great access for living in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The room we had was good and had everything you need. Very convenient to have a convenience (sic) store next door, we used it everyday. The team is also super quick to answer any question you have or help you with problems you may experience during your stay.

I did not like the fact that the price shown on the app is not the total price paid. You have to go to the PDF to realise that there is a 8% tax; plus a 16% one and daily tax to add. We ended up paying a lot more than expected. It was only possible to pay by cash, which meant that we had to go to an ATM that was charging way too much in fees... Really a painful way to start the stay. Also, be careful as the traffic can build up incredibly fast around the hotel, meaning that you could be blocked for a very long time (we were blocked for an hour once around 11AM).

I was surprised by the way we were treated upon our arrival at the hotel. We were informed that the room was not ready and that the air conditioning was not working. They also told me to look for another hotel. This is strange, as I arrived late. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

The best thing is its location, right in the city center, and very convenient for walking or taking public transport to anywhere in the city, whether it's KLCC or Chinatown. It's also a pick-up point for tours, so it's a good place to get to know the city. The views from the window were also very good.

They only accept cash payments. Be careful if you arrive at night without cash, as it can be problematic. Also, the building's biggest attraction is the Infinity Pool. It was under maintenance for a month, and we were only informed after we paid. So, make sure it's really open when you book. We weren't able to use it, and it cost the same to stay as if it was open. The pool would be the only thing that would justify the price of the hotel, as there are many other accommodations at better prices in the same area without pool.. Furthermore, the furniture quality is quite poor, and the cleanliness of the blankets and towels isn't the best.

Beware of hidden fees when staying here! We arrived from the airport at 21:30. The building also has people living there and the company own a few of the apartments. Therefore we arranged to meet someone in the lobby to check in. He said the room we had booked had something wrong with it so we would have to pay a discounted fee to stay in a better room. I expressed I wasn’t very happy with this as I would have rather have been informed beforehand and given the option to cancel and pay the extra money for somewhere better. He said we was lucky to be staying at all because his company were going to cancel our booking. What I didn’t see before booking is, this has happened to a few people. This makes it seem, if they can’t fill the larger rooms they will just tell you the smaller room is booked up or you will be left without a room. Furthermore there are groups of men hanging round the entrance. They are probably harmless but worth noting for women as I wouldn’t have felt comfortable without my boyfriend with me. Pool was also closed for 2 days of our stay.We wasn’t informed and this was one the main reasons I booked to stay here. Also as there are people living here lifts can get busy and sometimes can be waiting 15-20 minutes for a lift.

The pool wasn't available - for a hole month!! and the guy just told us after we pay! That wasn't fair as the infinity pool is one of the attractions for visiting the city and we could have chosen any other hotel. Was very unkind of his part

The property is spacious, in a great location, and clean. High value for money def! Many mentioned about the lift that is slow but we only experienced it 1 time during our 2 nights stay. A tip, always message the property owner to confirm your stay, we heard many booking got cancelled bc they didnt confirm.
