None..all good but just a small suggestion for improvement: it might be helpful to provide a broom and mop in the room so guests can easily do some basic cleaning during their stay. Thank you!

The parking is good Room very clean The Staff is great The location only 1km from Stutong BDC,which easy for me looking for restaurant and mart Close to airport and Kuching Sentral The bed super comfy.
I'm stay at room 402,so the stairs is killing me. The Aircond need to maintenance..and hot shower too when I'm using it,the raw sound coming out which is annoying. Overall the hotel is great.

Very old apartment, some water tap not working, switch for shower not working - you have to knock the switch and switch off while shower Curtain are dirty and dusty need to be cleaned regularly or change to blind Need to limit renovation from 10 am to 5 pm - renovation rubbish need to be inside roro need to upgrade the landscape and repair clogging drain for rainy season

Place badly needs renovation, right now it's dirty and looks like nobody has taken care for ages. Few outlets. We extended our stay for an extra night but nobody care to clean the room / take trash out / change towels, despite the request. Linens and towels were a little dirty, to the point we weren't sure if they're just old or not washed before. Staff on site was nice but that's not nearly enough to make up for the old facilities.
