Breakfast was nice, but if provide more choices or varieties of of local breakfast with small portion also will be better. Appreciate all staff and management of this 56 Hotel on the excellent services. Great job & well done. All my family members really enjoyed or 2 nights stay at 56 Hotel.

Many varieties of food including local food like mee kolok and ample seats available. I ordered ala-carte and the staff were very polite and quick to respond.

nil

My favourite hotel to stay whenever im in town. The price is affordable and its very near to Vivacity Mall.

不错

没有泳池和健身防

Personeel

Het ontbijt eenzijdig, geen vruit, voor 6dagen verblijf niet leuk

Cleanliness

Pressure water

冷气不冷。卫生不清洁

地板肮脏

Front desk staffs are helpful and warm. The room is cozy, nice set of tv with clear picture. Sufficient power point with universal socket for literally every device in the world, adding USB socket will be nice. Nice hospitable housekeeping staffs with warm smiles. The room is almost sound proof. Toiletries and sanitary supplies are plenty at disposal and can always be replenished as needed.

While the coffee machine offers a variety of choices, which is great, there is only one machine available, an extra machine or two may help with the line and time consumed to get your cup of coffee. I love coffee, messing me with my coffee means messing with my mood. Traditionally brewed coffee may help as addition for the tea. I missed my omelet at the egg station.

Always my fav place to stay!

Clean and very comfortable for family

clean

staff ambil balik towel sebb bilik lain tak cukup towel mandi , kami yang booking rugi …Tandas pun satu saja kena beratur nak pergi tandas dalam bilik

The property is near to the clinic where i went.

The room got bad humid smell and at night, cooking odour from outside slip-in the room cause the room smells bad.

Staff were polite and helpful

Large room

Breakfast was excellent with very tasty food .

Clean and Hotel room quite big..

The staff was friendly, hotel was in strategic location in between airport and city. Grab service easily available, nearby restaurants, nearby convenience store, place is quiet, rooms are clean. Value for money.

Nothing to highlight.

quiet, serene

- Near to the office and to the places we wanted to visit - Near to restaurants - The room is nice & beautifully organized

Spaciuos parking, spacious room the cleanliness are excellent

Breakfast was great. The meals were kid-friendly and suitable for them too. The menu isn’t the same every day, so we get to enjoy something different each morning. One thing I love the most is the coffee machine — just what I need. Grab a cup, press one button, and my espresso shot is served! One thing I would highly suggest is adding some sweet treats — cakes, or even traditional kuih. It would be perfect to have them as dessert, served with coffee or tea.

On the first night of our arrival, we noticed that while the room was clean, the air-conditioner in the main bedroom was not cooling properly. We assumed it might take some time, so we left it on while we went out for dinner. When we returned, it was still not cooling, so we slept in the living room and contacted the hotel. The staff responded very quickly and offered to change our room immediately, but we were already very tired and the children were asleep, so we chose to change rooms the next day instead. Even though it was inconvenient, we really appreciated how promptly and professionally the hotel handled the situation.

Breakfast is good.Maybe increase some noddle sup like Sarawak Laksa and etc.

so far so good

Big room for 1 king & 2 twin bed, got minibar & sofa, can sleep comfortably

Limited breakfast and not top up immediately especially during New Year. Drinking water 350ml/bottle, good if 500ml.

the hotel location is great, staff is super helpful and friendly they are ready to help whenever we have questions or queries. overall its a good experience for the whole family staying there. definitely would choose them again the next time we are visiting kuching.

none

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

There were no bath towels in the room. And the toilet paper and tissues were left in short supply. Other than that, everything else is excellent.

早餐没有什么选择，重点真的不好吃😅 然后酒店大厅应该准备一个称重器给顾客称行李
