Reviewed Oct 22, 2025Pangsapuri ini benar-benar terasa seperti rumah kedua dgn bilik tidur yg bersih dan selesa, linen yg lembut serta dapur yg lengkap, dan kami suka dpt berjalan ke Vivacity Mall utk snek lewat malam atau kopi, sementara gim dan kolam renang kekal sunyi dan bersih sepanjang penginapan kami. Lokasi adalah satu kelebihan besar, terutama memandangkan betapa berhampirannya ia dgn tarikan seperti Kuching Waterfront dan The Spring Mall, kedua-duanya hanya dgn pemanduan singkat.

Soundproofing was decent, neighbours generally quiet, the furnishings were modern and clean, bathrooms well done and the bed comfortable. Building facilities such as secure parking, well kept pool, gym, gardens and plazas gave extra comfort, and the location is prime with quick access to Vivacity Megamall for food, shopping, entertainment, and even necessary services like pharmacies, cinemas and so on.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025The unit was clean, modern and very comfortable for our short stay, with strong Wi-Fi, a smart TV already connected to Netflix, and even a washing machine which was a lifesaver after island hopping, and the fact that we could pop downstairs for Starbucks, Sushi King, or groceries at Everrise without needing transport was incredibly convenient. The host also sent helpful maps via WhatsApp.
Although finding the exact entrance to the Jazz Suites from the mall was slightly confusing at first because signage wasn’t very clear, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly.

在高峰时段，尤其是晚上6点到8点，我们注意到电梯可能需要一些时间，因为其他居民和商场访客的需求很高。

The building is modern with great facilities like a beautiful pool and well maintained gym. The apartment was clean and well equipped with comfortable furniture and a fully functional kitchen. The building itself offers impressive amenities, including a pool, gym, and a designated parking area. However, one downside was the inconsistent WiFi connectivity, which made it difficult to work remotely during the day. The nearby attractions like the Sarawak River Cruise and the Kuching Cat Museum were easy to access.
The elevators can sometimes be slow especially during peak hours.

Facilities including swimming pool, gym, communal terrace were nice and well maintained. Being in Vivacity Megamall area meant many dining and shopping options just downstairs. Attractions like the Sarawak Museum, Kuching Waterfront, Darul Hana Bridge are relatively close drives.

The kitchen was very usable with good stove, basic cookware, microwave, kettle, everything in the unit was clean, living room spacious, AC cooling well, free parking, lifts worked well, and security was solid. The building facilities like pool, rooftop terrace, garden view areas, elevator and access to mall amenities like cinema, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant all made life very easy. Nearby attractions such as Kuching Waterfront for evening walks, Sarawak Museum for culture, and the mall itself for shopping and meals were all within easy reach.

The access card worked smoothly, and the unit had everything from a rice cooker to laundry detergent. The pool was large and not too crowded, and we also visited nearby attractions like the Borneo Cultures Museum and the local food courts around Jalan Song.

Vivacity Megamall memiliki segalanya dr Watsons, Uniqlo, Tealive, dn bahkan supermarket besar AEON. Ini juga hanya 10 - 15 menit berkendara dgn Grab ke Kuching Waterfront, Carpenter Street, dn Jembatan Darul Hana. Sangat nyaman. Tuan rumah sgt responsif dn memberikan instruksi check-in mandiri yg jelas.
Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah pintu masuk parkir, bisa sulit jika Anda dtg setelah jam buka mal.

Location is a standout feature. It's direct access above Vivacity Megamall with shops, dine-in restaurants, supermarket and even hardware and beauty stores right downstairs. From here, it’s just a short Grab ride to Kuching Waterfront, Carpenter Street, Main Bazaar, Fort Margherita and the Sarawak Museum.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2025Booked a 3 bdr unit and able to sleep up to 6 pax. 3 queen beds were provided. Clean beds and fresh bedsheet. Big balcony and the pool view was nice. Very huge unit and kitchen was well equipped. Easy to access mall downstairs. Parking was provided for free as well.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2024I had an amazing stay at Jazz Suite Vivacity Kuching! The location was perfect, close to many attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, and modern, with everything from a full kitchen to nice bedrooms. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening and taking in the city views. The garden and barbecue area were lovely extras, and so is the playground if you are traveling with kids.
