Luxurious Villa Snow with Jacuzzi

Villa is very well equipped and comfortable, situated on lovely place (shore of the quiet lake) close to Rovaniemi. Sauna, jacuzzi, swimming in the lake - absolutely perfect. Very easy communication with the owners. Def recommending for stay.

The position on the lake is amazing, giving a sense of space and peace without being completely isolated with the few neighbours on the same area. The house itself is very comfortable and is well equipped. It gave us a great place to switch off and escape it all surrounded by such calm. The owner, cleaner and janitor were all lovely and super helpful and responsive when we needed some help to sort out the hot tub.

The only thing missing is anywhere to unpack your case in the bedrooms, some shelves or drawers would be really useful for those staying a little while rather than having to live out of a suitcase or put clothes out on the floor.

Perfect, perfect, perfect! This place and the experience we had here were absolutely unforgettable. Throughout our stay in Rovaniemi, we kept saying “we’re so glad we chose this place.” The house was extremely clean, cozy, warm, and thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail. We truly felt at home from the very first moment. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, offering a magical atmosphere. Waking up to snowy landscapes, enjoying the silence, and even watching the Northern Lights made our stay truly special. The house is especially perfect for families and children—very comfortable, safe, and well-organized. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and the thoughtful little surprises really touched us. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality and care. Leaving this place was honestly hard—we already miss it. If we ever return to Rovaniemi (which we definitely will), we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Highly, highly recommended. The location of the villa by the lake, jacuzzi, small but nice sauna and modern looking villa with comfortable beds. Best suited for a group of 6-7 people. We were a family of 6 people and everyone including kids aged 8 &14 enjoyed the stay.

Kitchen cutlery and cooking pans/pots were limited. Specifically, coffee spoons were not there. Basic kitchen towels were also missing. These are quite small deficiencies, but rather simple/basic things that can be improved.

Wonderful Villa close to Rovaniemi with the finest peace and view. We had a great time staying there and I recommend it 100%.

It was quite cold in the villa in the morning, the heating was set to a minimum of 21 degrees, it was not possible to increase it.

Quiet place with all the amenities you need. Jacuzzi, sauna, full kitchen, washing machine, etc. Plenty of space to park the car. Very spacious, very good location, very nice views. Everything is in perfect shape. Easy to find.

Some lamps are low and are a little prone to hit with the head... But nothing really important. The stairs wiggle a little, but again not a important thing.

Location and amenities were excellent. Host was very responsive.

Villa lacked scissors and a corkscrew which made it difficult to open tetra packs for cooking and wine bottles, respectively.

We had a wonderful winter stay close to the frozen lake. The serene atmosphere, snowy beauty, and warm hospitality made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend it, especially for the chance to witness the aurora borealis.

Location was great. We had beautiful view over the sky from jacuzzi. In the morning we were able to see tracks of raindeers. there was a lot of snow. The sauna even it is quite small there was enough room for at least 4 people.

the only thing that might need some atention is the acces door towards jacuzzi. it would be good for it not to get blocked every time someone close it, so anyone could enter inside from jacuzzi without problems.

Beautiful location, lovely view of lake from house and outdoor hot tub. Easy to go from shower to hot tub outside and back into shower then sauna, perfect. (If there was a hole in the ice, I could have gone into the lake as well). Surrounded by forest as well. Comfortable and spacious. (this villa probably has one of the best panaramas of the lake as it is on a bit that juts out into the lake). Spacious and well equipped.

Great Location on the lake shores. Even with a couple of properties close by you did get the feeling of isolation and being able to chill. Great Hot tub with views over the lake. The property was clean and most things were easy to find.

Nothing with the property. When leaving the main road you will need your wits about you driving to the property in the winter months, the last 8km relied on other road users to crush the snow and ice. The property could have come with a welcome pack- simple how to guide for sauna etc.

Beautiful waterfront house with ample space, a jacuzzi, a wooden sauna, two bathrooms, and cozy bedding. The house was clean, but it's just a shame that the owner didn't have time to unload the dishes from the dishwasher.Special thanks to him for the jacuzzi that was already prepared. It's a perfect place for an extended stay, and the location is excellent. We stayed with six people for one night, and everyone was delighted.
