Lomavekarit Apartments

Ruim appartement met ook ruime parkeergelenheid op rustige plek aan het water.. Ideaal als laatste avond voordat we onze gehuurde camper weer moesten inleveren. Ligt op ca 5 min rijden van het centrum van Rovaniemi.

Weinig. Het appartement was misschien iets te warm gestookt.

Everything was clean, tidy, quiet, I really love it and would come back. So thankful for the stay :)

The bed was a bit too soft and worn-out. I prefer firmer mattress but the couch is great.

Sijainti lähellä kaupunkia.😊👍 Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Todella siistit maisemat, kun joki vieressä. Ilmastointi huoneessa. Auton sai lähelle. Sauna ja led-valot.👍 Revontulitaulu olohuoneen seinällä oli hieno. 🤩👍 Omistajan kanssa viestittely oli nopeaa.

Asunnossa paljon tuoksuja. (Jos ei ole allerginen, niin majoittuminen onnistuu.) Microaaltouuni piti ihmeellistä ääntä.

Viihtyisä paikka joen rannassa. Siisti ja rauhallinen.

Alles war großartig! Tolle Lage und Ausstattung des Appartements. Keine Wünsche blieben offen! Sogar Polarlichter waren sichtbar.

The property was exceptionally clean, cozy, and very well maintained. It felt warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

No se puede pedir algo más idílico a este lugar. Rio a ambos lados, bosque enfrente. Un pequeño complejo que te da la tranquilidad de no estar solo sin la necesidad de la star en medio de la ciudad. Encima vinos auroras!!! Espero volver en unos años a este lugar

Everything basically, location, facilities inside, checkin, checkout process was so simple. We found everything we needed inside the apartment. So convenient to reach to the town, super markets are nearby, next to the river, you could probably see northern lights deom the apartment if you are lucky. Thanks Tahir the host for everything

Nothing to be specific. Only if the entrance was bit slippery due to melted ice, faced little difficult when took our sleeping son late night.

Good quality fittings in well designed and roomy cottages. Didn't have that bland corporate feel you get in so many places. I could really relax in the Stressless armchair with its footstool and my own personal sauna. Friendly owner and nice calm surroundings.

静かな環境で、各ツアーのお迎えも指定できて、また宿の送迎も便利でした。

タオルが毎日交換ならありがたい。言ったらすぐ変えてくれてましたが。

2連泊した。部屋が広くて快適。リラックスできる。食器や電子レンジは一通り揃っていて自由に使うことができる。サウナも暖めるのに40分くらい時間が必要だが、使うことができる。周囲には何もないので落ち着いて過ごすことができる。宿泊中は天気が良くなかったのでオーロラは見えなかったが天気が良ければ見えるような気がする。空港や市内への送迎を前もって（20分程度だった）依頼すれば対応してもらえる。費用は€20程度でお願いできる。空港からホテルへ向かう際には、近くのスーパーに追加費用を支払って寄っていただけたのでUberより安く済んだ。

市内からは少し距離がある。オーロラツアーに初日参加したが、帰りは深夜だったため、Uber見つけるのには苦労したのでそこだけ市内のほうがよかったかなと少し後悔した。ただ、連泊だったのでチェックアウトの時間も気にせず、午後まで快適に寝ることができたので結果的には良かったかもしれない。その日は午後からサンタクロース村へ行きました

Very helpful staff - private area, but not secluded. Easy drive to/from all the activities. Easy to get a little further out to see the Auroras!

We had the best view of the frozen lake. The owner gave us a drive whenever we needed and made suggestions of places to see. Always willing to help us! The place was so peaceful, and the house had everything we needed. When I came back to Finland, I will stay here again!!!

Ubicación perfecta, en un entorno muy bonito. Buena atención de los propietarios. Repetiremos. Es recomendable tener coche para tener mayor independencia, pero si no, también ofrecen servicio de traslados.

The facilities and equipment were excellent, everything was well thought out and comfortable. It’s a very peaceful place — close to the city center, yet still outside the busy area, which makes it even more special. We would definitely love to come back. Mr. Tahir was incredibly attentive and helpful, and he assisted us with transportation everywhere at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Nice scenery and really quiet and peaceful location. Outside was -30 degrees C but indoors very warm.

The provided kitchen utensils were ok but kind of worn out, and we had some problems with the sauna. There were no instructions for anything and we saw no staff anywhere.

- amazing location very close to main attractions and activities but also within a beautiful nature - sauna is great, especially if you’re with a small child - you can use it while being in the same space - beautiful views with aurora just outside the windows - well equipped kitchen - very spacious, comfortable for the family, with eating area, comfortable sofa and smart TV - outside space is just amazing - with playground, sleds to be used by everyone, exciting hill for the children to sled down on - very attentive owner that will notify you when aurora is visible so that you don’t miss it

Great apartment and host. Didn’t need much support. Everything was well explained and easily accessible. Will recommend to others visiting especially with car and need a quiet home close to popular attractions.

O proprietário é muito simpático e prestativo. A acomodação estava em excelente estado, exatamente como nas fotografias. Não tenho nada a reclamar.

서비스와 호스트가 친절했습니다. 가격 대비 너무 좋은 숙박 시설에 겨울에는 약간 외곽이라 오로라도 볼 수 있고 주요 시설까지 차량으로 10분이면 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

성수기에는 늦은 체크아웃이 안 된다는점이 조금 아쉬웠으나 가격대비 너무 좋은 숙박 시설을 해서 만족스러운 여행이었습니다.

It was a bit far away from the city, near a lake. Its a perfect place to just get away from the lights and buzz. It was completely equipped with everything you need, even your own sauna. You just need to bring your own food! And at night you could even get lucky with the northern lights! They were really nice to ring my bell telling me that there are auroras in the sky

Casa molto ampia, con cucina attrezzata, sauna interna, terrazzino stupendo. Comoda al centro città (serve comunque l’auto).

Temperatura generale della casa, l’host è stato gentile a venire ad aumentarla manualmente ma la situazione non è cambiata molto, viste le temperature esterne avremmo apprezzato un po’ più di 20 gradi circa. Temperatura sauna, anche dopo 1:30h di accensione non supera i 40 gradi. Pulizia generale della casa da rivedere. Coperte non da letto matrimoniale.

房间非常干净，设施齐全，特别暖和，有厨房，如果你愿意的话还可以自己弄点东西吃。房子是自助入住，非常方便。我们是半夜入住的，刚好在下雪，院子整个像童话一样，让孩子欣喜若狂！

Great location with a beautiful view and convenient access to the city center, the airport, and Santa Claus Village. The hotel owner, Tahir, provided excellent transfer services between the hotel and the airport, city center, and Santa Claus Village at a very reasonable price. We truly loved our stay and the overall experience. Thank you, Tahir!

These apartments were exceptional, we were greeted on arrival by the owners and taken to our apartment. It was lovely, clean warm and very cosy. We also got lots of lovely treats on arrival, chocolates, fruit wine etc as it was new years eve. It had a sauna which was excellent after a cold day.A sledge was also provided which my kids loved. They played on it for ages outside. The owners also took us to all our visits and picked us up making things very easy. This was essential given how cold it was and having two children. Would highly recommend

Everything about the place was perfect, rooms were large, well furnished with everything you needed, homely and perfectly clean, the views were amazing the whole place is so nice and peaceful the pictures dont do it justice, I went alone with my son and we felt safe and secure and very welcomed by Tahir and Victoria they are the best hosts.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was beautiful.

Tahir the owner was super helpful and lovely, it was so convenient as he helped us get to places, the location was excellent, and we highly recommend this place.

Uber from Santa’s village around €17and from Rovaniemi around €15. Remember to take all supplies needed - milk, tea/coffee etc as shops not within walking distance.

Tahir is a great host. We booked last minute because of the flight delay. Highly recommended for long stays too.

The property was extremely clean and very warm and has all that you’d need for a peaceful stay . We had an amazing host called Tahir he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was always helping us and collecting us when we needed. He also had a present for our kids because my daughter had Birthday. I will definitely be back and contact Tahir again. I was happy to be in a beauty area not busy and very quiet.

Tahir, is such a lovely person!!!! He picked us up from the airport and stopped in lidl so we could get supplies then dropped uw home showed us how everything works in the apartment and told us to text him if we needed anything! We bumped into him.one night when we were outside the house playing in the snow and enjoying the aurora and he stopped and made a family picture for us which was such a kind thing to do. He also dropped us to the airport. He is a truly lovely person and the place is exceptional. Clean! So warm even in -17 we were toasty warm all night! The sauna is a lovely bonus and it's lovely to be able to wash and dry ypur clothes at the apartment! It also has a dishwasher and basic things like tea coffee, toast maker, fridge, dishwasher, oven some toiletries, hairdryer everything ypu need you can cook meals and shower and everything is perfect! He had thought of everything. You can sign in to your netflix or YouTube account on the TV so you can cozy up at night on the couch as a family. Distance from town is like 5 minutes in a car and airport is like 10 yet ypu can see the aurora! My kids loved playing in the snow outside the apartment and there were other kids in the other apartments to play with and little sleighs all around it was heaven!!!

Die Lage war perfekt.12 Min.Autofahrt vom Flughafen.Fast alle Atraktionen in höchstens 15 Min.mit dem Auto erreichbar.Die Unterkunft war auch sehr gemütlich und schön.Wunderschöne verschneite Terasse.Wir konnten Polarlichter schon am ersten abend direkt vom Unterkunft aus bewundern. Waschmaschine,Spüllmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Wir hätten uns über etwas mehr Weihnachtsstimmung in der Wohnung gefreut.Wir sind 11-15 Dezember da gewesen. Sonst war alles super.

Just back from our stay here and loved it. Will definitely be back. The accommodation was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we would need. Tahir was very friendly and accommodating. Kids loved playing in the snow with the sledges. Was lovely that it wasn’t in the city centre and busy we could enjoy the quiet and scenery. We never travelled more than 15mins with a local supermarket very close by.

Incredibly close to everything but far enough away that we felt secluded. A gorgeous setting! So clean & comfortable with everything available that you would need to have a great stay! Owner is so lovely & helpful too!
