I liked nothing, they did not let me stay as forigner was not made aware of this before hand. Int brand and can't stay when every where else has had no problem with me.

Ich hätte die Kommentare hier vorher lesen sollen. Dann hätte ich gewusst, dass die Unterkunft keine Lizenz zum Beherbergen von Ausländern hat. Folge: Trotz Buchung via Booking.com wurde ich abgewiesen!

I had a confirmed booking and was refused check‑in only because I am a foreigner. Clear discrimination and completely unacceptable. I have reported this to Booking and warn all travellers to avoid this hotel.

I was unable to stay at this hotel because they cannot accommodate international tourists. I only discovered this after arriving at the hotel late in the afternoon, and it was very difficult to find alternative accommodation.

Nothing. It’s a dormitory and charges heavy price in cash only. Booking.com should remove this listing or list it as dormitory. List says exceptional breakfast, there was no breakfast.

It’s not a hotel, it’s a dormitory. It’s above tyre shop with no lift. Rooms has no phone, water jug and cup so dirty that one would feel vomit. Shower room was so small that it washed the toilet seat.

There was no parking space as mentioned in picture, and the roads were congested to park any 4wheeler. The mattress and beds were too high and uncomfortable.

Very bad experiance

We booked two nights here through Booking.com and received confirmation of our reservation. After a long journey, we arrived and were told that foreigners were not allowed. We then had to find alternative accommodation in a large city we were unfamiliar with at very short notice. We could have been told that foreigners were not allowed when we made the reservation. After all, it is obvious that we do not have Indian names.

Pathetic experience!! I booked a room for 2 people a week ago but at the time of check-in, they refused to consider booking, The receptionist said they are having a lot of booking because of the tourist season so they cancelled the previous registered booking without informing customers, he told me to talk to booking.com We end up searching for another hotel nearby

Nous avions réservé via Booking et avions demandé une arrivée tardive car notre train arrivait à 00h. Nous sommes arrivés sur place et l'hôtel a refusé de nous recevoir car nous ne sommes pas indiens (nous sommes français). Le réceptionniste n'a rien voulu entendre alors que nous allions nous retrouver à la rue, moi une jeune femme avec mon compagnon, à 00h30 dans une ville et un pays que nous ne connaissions pas. Je me suis sentie extrêmement en danger. Étrangers, fuyez ! Ne vous faites pas avoir par les hôtels Super O. C'est dangereux

The booking was accepted and confirmed by the hotel as well. I had already informed the management about my arrival time as 12 AM and got a confirmation. They dont have a proper number for communication. I had a struggle to identify the hotel, as the board was not visible with lights on.. Atlast When I showed up with my family, I was told the rooms are not available saying first come first serve, rooms were booked by others. What is the use of reservation then ? This was not informed with me earlier. This surprised us, as it was the unusual time to roam around and find an accommodation.. This behavior can't be justified and would like to inform the following customers to take note when you choose this hotel for accommodation. I would never trust and visit this again.

Firstly, the pictures in the booking.com does not completely same in real life. They used heavy editing and lighting in the picture for the rooms to look classy. This is a OYO room type. The reception boys are very young and does not show any hospitality. They were just using phones to check-in. The reception setup was very2 basic and the place is not suitable for family stay as we saw young couples checking in earlier. We went to check the room and the room looked nothing like in the picture. This property does not has a lift, only stairs so you have to carry your luggage up and with old people is very hard. They didn't state that earlier.

Crec que mai havia estat en una habitació tan bruta i especialment el lavabo que no semblava que l’haguessin rentat mai. No recomano gens l’experiència d’anar en aquest hotel.
