The location of the hotel is at the center of the city, Easily accessible for many temples. Room is ok, Cleaniness is good, but the washroom handle is very tight to the door. The waste water in the Washbasin got stagged every time.

Great location walking distance from the temple area. Staff very diligent. Rooms well equipped and air-conditioned. Lovely roof-terrace with great views and nice food. Great breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one seemed to tick all the boxes and we didn't do wrong!

May be there was too much bulky furniture in the room which was obstructing the space.

The room size was too small, the bathroom was even smaller, probably the size given on the site was wrong. The window view was zero. AC was not effective

The beds were comfortable, though the sheets were not clean

General cleanliness was lacking. Someone had peed on the toilet seat, but the cleaners has not sanitized it though they placed a table above the toilet. There were small needles/thorns on the towel. Appears they have dried the towels on a bush and folded without checking. I asked for an extra key card, so one of us can r3st while the other goes out - but an elderly gentleman at the reception rudely denied it saying its not hotel policy. If someone is in the room, they should open the door - irrespective of if they want to sleepin or not.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The overall facilities were far below acceptable standards. The room was infested with mosquitoes and cockroaches, making the stay very uncomfortable. There was a persistent foul odor throughout the room, and the level of cleanliness was poor. The hygiene and maintenance standards were clearly lacking, which significantly affected the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness, pest control, and guest comfort.

It’s very small space the cabinet just a length 12 inches only can’t put any clothes in side it’s very very limited not suitable for family and couples even can’t walk freely in room too small limit space. no parking at all. it was one way road. because of this, they had to hurry things to get down and keep car in parking. because of this, our luggage also got mixed up by the hotel people. as we were alert, we were able to retrieve this in time. this happened even before we register ourselves in the lobby.

The main purpose of my travel is to see Temples. Madurai is Temple city. Also the food taste is very traditional and its like Grandma style Cooking. Breakfast is excellent. Temples are near to hotel and the hotel is surrounded by temples, shops and all good things. Staffs are wonderful. Their friendliness and smiles are still in our Mind. Restaurants in hotel is exceptionally good. Tasty food. Many families stayed there with all happiness. Roof Top restaurant is like a feather in the cap. Good location and all facilities are Excellent.

The room was very dirty. Thought the cleaning staff visited both days but the cleaning was not even clean. The room is stuffy and smells bad. The reception staff was not cooperative. Overall had a very bad experience. Would not suggest this place. Very overpriced and zero value for money.

The passageway was very narrow...very little space between the lift door and our room door (might be because of the rooms we were given). Also the reception and dining areas could have been more aesthetically designed.

Pros: The location is excellent and very convenient for those visiting the temple.

.​Cons: I had a disappointing experience primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff, specifically a night shift receptionist named Vignesh. He was consistently rude and dismissive. In one instance, he told me the restaurant was closed; however, when I went to the 6th floor myself, the restaurant staff was helpful and happy to take my order. ​On another occasion, I called for water and was told to contact housekeeping. When no one picked up the phone, I had to go downstairs and get the bottles myself. When I tried to raise these concerns with other staff members, they were defensive of his behavior rather than being helpful. For a hospitality business, the front desk tone and service were unacceptable. ​Regarding the room (Room 301), it was very small and felt congested. To make matters worse, the AC was not functioning properly during my stay. ​While the location is great, the management needs to focus on staff training and room maintenance. I would expect much better service for the price.

Not worth the money definitely. The amount of money you pay for the kind of property it is, is not justified. Looks quite old the way it is but the 3-star hotel rating doesn't definitely justify itself. The rooms were quite small firstly, we booked two rooms and requested for one of them to be changed, when they showed us the other room, we kept telling them if possible give us the rooms on the same floor which we understood was not possible for that day but we insisted that please try for the next day, to which the staff member started responding in an irritated tone. When we again talked to the guy on the front desk in the evening, he too wasn't very polite in the way he spoke. Then at night, we realised that our room door didn't lock because of which we had to change the room at 12am, which is way too late for my parents to be awake. Then in our other room the AC wasn't cooling properly, which they fixed the next day. Apart from all this, there weren't any fridges in the rooms which is fine but they didn't even have cold water to give us, if we wanted chilled water, we had to buy it from their restaurant. Funnily enough even in the restaurant, when we asked for ice, we were told its over. Lastly, the bathroom also stank. So overall not very happy with the stay, they shouldn't be charging 4000 a night, that's quite an oversell for this property. I don't think this hotel should charge more than 1500 per night. Oh and also, they took the complete payment at the time of check-in, so we couldn't even do anything.

Disappointed by the service and the cleanliness. My friend got a bad allergic reaction because of the dust in the room, and when we asked for it to be cleaned, we were met by a very rude member of staff. We ended up leaving a day early because of this.

Location was convenient and middle of the city and around 10 - 15 mnts walkable to the temple south entrance. This was convenient. Hotel and room was clean. meets requirements The staff in the travel desk was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us navigate around the city.

Food options. We reached in the evening after a long travel and were starving. While the reception advised us that snacks would be available in the restaurant, apart from plain coffee, there was nothing else. For a hotel of this stature, this is unacceptable

I stayed here with my family, and it was a very pleasant experience. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning—it was excellent. The room felt a bit congested and could have been more comfortable, but all the necessary amenities were provided. Overall, it was a very good stay. Thank you to all the staff and management.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

The first room allocated to us had a significant number of small cockroaches. Although we were moved to another room, we still noticed one cockroach on the second night. No iron box was provided in the room, which would have been a useful amenity.

Location was excellent, Meenakshi temple & market is very near. Rooms are very well maintained & hotel is also well maintained. View of the Temple & city from the rooftop is simply superb.

I stayed for 3 nights with family with two rooms. The only problem we faced was ,that in both the rooms the sliding door of the shower area was missing. Due to this after shower , water spilled near the wash basin area and was carried to the room. Hope the hotel gives attention to this problem. The property is slightly overpriced. Breakfast was good.😊 lunch & dinner was average.😔

Très bon hôtel à Madurai, très bien situé à proximité du temple principal et très proche de la gare. Chambre confortable et calme malgré la rue très animée. Très bon accueil du personnel du lobby. Petit-déjeuner banal.

Je déconseille le restaurant situé sur le toit de cet hôtel, le service est extrêmement long et la nourriture juste correcte.

Ma chambre était bien. Le rooftop c'est vraiment très bien. Le personnel est très très bien. Le petit déjeuner généreux.

J'avais la chambre 605, j'y mettrai du double vitrage à cause du bruit de circulation. La salle de bain a des petites fenêtres qui restent ouvertes, le matin il y avait une crotte parterre. Il faudrait empêcher qu'un oiseau, écureuil puisse y accéder.

Arrivés à 21h00, la chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avons été soi-disant surclassés mais il a fallu changer de chambre pour la deuxième nuit. Cette chambre, modeste en taille, s'est avéré bruyante (bruit dans l'hôtel et notamment l'ascenseur).

I appreciate the friendly, helpful and warm hospitality given by the staffs. Special mention to the staffs from reception, restaurant and helpers. The water heater and water pressure was very good and getting shower after a long day was so satisfying. On the 2nd day I forgot breakfast was being served from 7am to 10am only and I showed up at the restaurant at 10.30am. The restaurant staff still offered a simple breakfast instead of shunning me away. I really appreciate it.

The premise is undergoing renovation hence there were occasional elevator malfunction. However an alternative goods elevator was allowed to used. The varieties in menu could be improved as there's less choice for someone relying on hotel food.

Hôtel vieillot aucune rénovation en 15 ans, dédié aujourd’hui à la clientèle indienne, heureusement bien placé … Le service réservation plutôt compétent. le restaurant bénéficie d’une terrasse agréable et la cuisine est bonne malgré un service lent et des oublis systématiquement dans la commande. Les indiens sont servis avant les étrangers (peu nombreux aujourd’hui)

Le personnel masculin est particulièrement désagréable limite malpoli. Seules les 2 femmes sont aimables! Les chambres sont sales, l’odeur de moisi prégnante, le linge usé, cafards ds la salle d’eau
