Willow Brooke Guest Suite

Lovely little suite and not too far away from town. Good value for money. Was very clean and cleaned everyday which was very nice. Easy and convenient to check in.

A tranquil oasis and within easy walking distance of Franschoek Main Street. Very comfortable accommodation and daily housekeeping. Good parking. We loved sitting outside with a glass of wine and listening to the birds.

The swimming pool area was lovely . The location was nicely situated.

Limited outdoor space. And the kitchenettes counter space was very small and the fridge was also small and didn't really work well.

Amazing host and staff - warm, welcoming and genuine. Great location - can’t be beat on location for all the wine valley has to offer. Pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s far better than it looks online!!!

Lovely upstairs porch overlooking the river through the trees. Accommodation very private and spacious.

Willow Brooke Guest Suite was very comfortable and clean. It is very private and so tranqil. In fact, there is nothing negative I could say about the place and was good value for money.

The venue is an easy, pleasant 20min walk into town. But without our own car, going out at night was a little challenging, as the location did not pick up on the Uber app. With your own transport, this little spot would be fantastic!

Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The place could have been a little cleaner in areas though. Just an extra little wipe around. A little too far to walk into franschoek at night but fine in the daytime. We didn’t use the pool but it looked quite nice. Staff were friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Only saw the time limitations once we had checked in. Certainly gave the impression that it was open to use longer. Got badly bitten by mozzies.

Such a beautiful little retreat! We felt so tucked away in nature and very much enjoyed a game of boules and a stroll by the stream watching the sunset on the mountains.

Only downside were mosquitoes but of course this isn’t a problem of Willow Brooke!

Very comfortable room with air conditioning. Nice amenities with coffee available for breakfast. Walkable distance from town for going out to dinner. Very nice hosts.

Not really equipped for self-catering as you can't cook anything and there isn't a sink other than the bathroom sink. The room was cleaned daily however.

It's a very cozy and charming place located in a very nice location by the river. We enjoyed the terrace and a swim in the pool.

It was really beautiful and quiet, the vanity and bathroom mirrors were perfect for doing my make-up and we felt safe. Despite it being a last minute booking, everything was ready and our room was warm when we arrived. I would definitely recommend going here!

We loved the tranquility of the place. We enjoyed the fact that the room was bigger than usual. It was lively sitting on the balcony and listening to the river flowing nearby.

Beautiful location, with just a short drive to town center. Comfortable beds and good cleaning. I like that the focused on the small details such as the coffee machine (with coffee pods, milk, cold drinking water). Didn’t have the opportunity to meet the hosts but they were very kind with providing all the info we needed for our stay.

Overall really good value for money. Spacious, comfortable, clean and affordable, close to amenities and with secure parking. The views are lovely and there is a generator. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and hospitable and the location is great. There is wi-fi, aircon/ heater, electric blanket, and it is comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Some tips for travellers: while it is self-catering there is not actually a kitchen (there is no sink), so while you can make tea/ coffee and maybe reheat something small in the microwave, you can't cook there and you can't wash up after yourself. So it's best suited to those who plan to eat out most or all of the time. Also, not a criticism so much as a note; there is quite a steep staircase so it's best suited to someone younger/ physically able. Lastly, you're also not allowed to change the TV channel, so if you're wanting to choose your entertainment, load up some series on your own device :)

Very neat and clean has everything you may need. nice and green and fresh smell from natural surroundings. Definitely very worth the stay. Michelle is very friendly and welcomed us. Thanks again for everything.

Only something small otherwise everything was perfect thanks. The tree branches was hanging over the staircase to get up to the door and had to bend to get under it. Other than that it was perfect.

The suite was beautiful and extremely comfortable and spacious, absolutely no complaints. The location is ideal as it's so peaceful, yet very central, so getting around the town is no problem. We really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean room in a beautiful location. We had a comfortable quiet sleep and it was easy to come and go without any hassles. Instructions were clearly communicated by the host.
