Close to Terminal 1 at NAIA Manila, the hotel is a clean comfortable room with a kitchenette, and a small balcony if you are a smoker. It's best feature is proximity to terminals 1 and 2 of the airport in Manila and the LRT station. Ideal if you have an early flight or are in transit with a few hours between flights.

The access road to the property is narrow and finding the property was not easy. It is not an area for walking, sightseeing or shopping.

לא יודעת איך המקום, כי לא פתחו לי את הדלת באמצע הלילה!! אחרי שבוטלה טיסה עקב סופה ונאלצתי לטוס למקום אחר, ולקחת מונית של עוד שעתיים טיסה. הגעתי בעיכוב של 3 שעות, ולא היה מענה במקום! ולא בטלפון, למרות שהודעתי על עיכוב בהודעות. נאלצתי לקחת מונית לשדה התעופה ולחכות עד לטיסה הבאה שלי כמה שעות. בושה וחרפה.

Not in the best part of town. Not too sure how this place has such high reviews….dirty and staff was a bit clueless.

The room was decorated nicely and was clean and comfortable. I was welcomed by a young man very late at night. The same guy also came and helped me with my SIM card.

Area was a bit sketchy but It was fine. For one night. Shower just too small and crowded, right in front of toilet.

Really lovely room. Everything we needed inklusing perfect clean towels, blankets and fridge, little coffee station, super comfy bed and so much more. Super friendly host. Chilly terrace to sit outside and some little shops in walking distance. Thank you

The property was clean, comfortable, equipped with a smart Tv and amenities provided. It also had a balcony with seating and kitchen equipment! Good location for the airport. The host was helpful and responded quickly.

There was quite a lot street noise coming through the door.

A very nice place to stay. It was clean and tidy. Also the air condition was very strong. There's a little kitchen right outside the door so you can make your breakfast or something else to eat. The WiFi connection was also very good. On top of that, the host was very helpful, no issue with check-in after midnight, no issue with leaving bags for the entire day after check-out. I can highly recommend this place to anyone.

Although we arrived late at night, the owner was onsite and helped us with everything we needed. He is such a nice guy and he helped us also on the next day organising things for our journey, getting taxis and even phone cards. The apartment was cozy and very clean, street life was audible. We felt welcome and fully pampered - thanks a lot!

We literally loved everything about our stay. It seems to stay in a hotel room, bed was really comfy but most important it was super clean 👌🏼. There is a small kitchen and even a balcony so you have plenty of space. The owner gave us a lot of tips and helped us with our taxi to the airport that is really close to the apartment. He also said goodbye to us at 4am ❤️. Highly recommended, thank you!

The apartment is very new and clean, having a standard of a hotel room. It is very close to the Terminal 1 and that is why we chose it to stay. Easily accessible by Grab that we recommend a lot for going around Manila.

Clean and comfy place and feels always welcome. They are so friendly and flexible staff. Good value for money. I will visit with my colleagues next time. Would definitely recommend, Thank you!

The location and room is beautiful.. you're in the heart of the Manila streets but a very good area by a highschool. Lots of street vendors and friendly people. The staff was great. This room was beautiful I can't say that enough. Good water pressure and hot water too

The studio was amazing, we stayed 1 night as we had to catch our flight the next day. Location wise its 15-19 min from NAIA T3 . The owner is really nice and she even offered to drop us at the airport. I would highly recommend staying here.
