Star Light Tropical Villa

Das war die beste Unterkunft unserer Rundreise. Super geschmackvolle Villa. Der viel gereiste, perfekt englisch sprechende, extrem nette Gastgeber hat uns bestens umsorgt. Es war sehr interessant einen Einblick in sein Leben zu erhalten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Pool wie auch das gesamte Anwesen waren sehr sauber. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!! Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Luxus Villa mit schönem Pool zu einem mehr als fairen Preis. Ruhig gelegen, von der Luftlinie nah gelegen Hauptstraße hört man fast nichts. Ideal um zu entspannen. Nala, der Gastgeber, ist hilfsbereit, entspannt und großzügig. Das Frühstück war der Wahnsinn, umfangreich, abwechslungsreich und nach unseren Wünschen. Die nah gelegenen Strände sind pur Postkartenidylle. Wir waren Ende März da und es gab wenig ausländische Touristen. Einheimische nutzen der kleineren Strand vor allem Abend und am Wochenende. Ich gebe 11 vom 10 Punkten! Danke Nala!

C'est une maison d'hôte singulière avec de grands espaces et 4 chambres individuelles trés confortables. Une piscine agréable et à peine 15 minutes à pieds de la plage. Les petits déjeuner sont bons et copieux. Le quartier est calme, le propriètaire est vraiment trés sympathique et disponible, (et petit plus c'est le sosie d'un acteur de cinéma, à vous de découvrir lequel :-) ).

It is a great location for the beach, easily walkable in 10 mins. The staff were super nice and made a lovely breakfast. The room was spacious.

The house was generally clean but we did feel some deep cleaning could really make the place shine. Also some provision of more soap in the bathroom and some small touches like extra water bottles after our first day.

Die Star Light Tropical Villa hat uns wirklich besonders gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr sauber und total schön eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wohl gefühlt.

Die Villa ist ein zauberhafter Ort, stilvoll eingerichtet und eingebettet in einen wunderschönen Garten mit erfrischendem Pool. Wenn man ein Auge für besondere Architektur hat, ist man hier genau richtig. Es gibt Anlehnungen an Geoffrey Bawa, den berühmten Architekten Sri Lankas. (Die schönen Tischsets inspirierten mich, danach die Barefoot-Gallery und Shop in Colombo aufzusuchen. 😉 ) Alle, - sowohl Nalaka, der Eigentümer als auch seine „Helfer:in“ waren aufmerksam, sobald man Wünsche äußerte. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar, dort gibt es einige gute gastronomische Möglichkeiten. Zur südlich vorgelagerten Halbinsel kann man schnell mit einem Boot gebracht werden.(5 Minuten Fahrt) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder…..🌴☀️

Everything! If you want to treat yourself this is the place to stay . Everything of a very high standard. A very beautiful villa with an amazing pool and tranquil garden.

Dejlig dejlig stor villa, med en flot indretning. Fine værelser og bad. Skøn pool og have.

Hvis jeg var vært for sådan et skønt sted, ville jeg sørge for: At der var en lidt mere rent alle steder, særligt i køkkenet. At tilbyde gæster rene håndklæder, sengelinned og rengøring af værelset, hvis de har mere en 2 overnatninger. Have morgenmad klart til det klokkeslæt som gæsterne ønsker det. Lade pumpe og filter køre konstant i poolen i dagtimerne, så vandet er altid er frisk og lækkert at se på. Vi kommer gerne igen :)

My stay at Villa was simply wonderful! The villa is very stylish, and my room was quiet, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the owner, along with his fantastic team, made my stay unforgettable. I felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

This was the best homestay we stayed in Sri Lanka. I can't express how amazing this place really is. The villa is gorgeous. Really big with beautiful furniture. Two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and air con. Both bedrooms have an en suite. The swimming pool is just what you need on a hot day to chill out and relax. The villa is located close to the beach. The hosts are wonderful who helped us with many things. We felt there like a part of a family. Simply amazing!!!

Absolutely perfect stay! This villa is hands down the cleanest place we’ve stayed in all of Sri Lanka. Every day, a lovely lady would come by to make sure everything was spotless, and it really showed in the attention to detail. The villa felt like a hidden gem, offering total privacy, and the private pool was a fantastic feature. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the start. This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way—would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat!
