Die kleine Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster ist hervorragend, um sich selbst ein Frühstück zu machen. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hatte im Wesentlichen alles was wir gebraucht haben. Sehr unkompliziertes Einchecken mit Batch und Codes und Erklärvideos. Sehr gute Lage, um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

Schade, dass wir das Appartement im Erdgeschoss hatten. Dadurch schläft man quasi auf dem Bürgersteig. Es ist weniger störend als zunächst befürchtet, aber empfindsame Personen sollten unbedingt die Appartments in den oberen Stockwerken buchen. Beim nächsten mal werden wir daran denken, darauf hinweisen. Im Bad könnte noch ein weiterer Haken sein. Einer der beiden Garderobenhaken an der Tür war etwas ausgerissen und locker und die Türen des Sideboards sollten nachjustiert werden. Die Küchenlampe stört bei Öffnung der oberen Schranktür. Ein Set Geschirr und Besteck mehr wäre angenehm gewesen

Het heeft iets studentikoos, niks mis mee, maar doet wat aan als een studenten appartement.

Petit studio design très bien équipé.

Le système pour ouvrir la porte du studio avec le cadran numérique. Le cadran est assez récalcitrant (il faut parfois s’y prendre à plusieurs fois avant qu’il ne s’affiche complètement et que l’on puisse encoder son code d’entrée personnel). Il manque l’air-co. Le ventilateur peut cependant faire le taff en fonction de la période de l’année.

Fortissimo odore di umidità a causa del bagno senza finestra e della muffa. La finestra della stanza non poteva restare aperta di notte perché si trovava all’altezza della strada. La parete di vetro satinato è la parete che separa la stanza dalla strada.

They take care of making it welcoming and comfortable. The instructions are also very clear.

It's on a very busy road - it didn't bother me, but bring your earplugs (they also provide basic once, which is very good) and sleeping masks.

A clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped. There was also water and Coke waiting in the apartment as a welcome gesture. The stairs are indeed steep, so it is worth keeping that in mind. Very close to the European Parliament.

Everything met my expectations. One small thing to improve would be to replace the batteries in the remote controls.

Good location, very clean, stocked shop 20 m., bus stop 50 m. Equipped kitchen with everything you need. Big TV with many programs. Fast internet. They had left us a welcome compliment - chips, water and Coca Cola. There were new slippers, three types of towels and even new toothbrushes and toothpaste. We will visit the place again!

There is nothing we didn't like. Too bad we didn't have a few more days to stay.

Great location close to European zone. Studio style space with cooking zone, bathroom, shower. Owner readily available in case of problems. Clear instructions for key pick up provided.

Je fais relmarquer cela à la femme du propriétaire qui, gênée a aussitôt proposé l'annulation. Je fais au total 2'. Jebme demande comment vius pouvez attribuer à R&NB sans chaises la note de 4 étoiles? Prière de leur demander d'honorer leur engagement pour me rembourser. Je pense que vius ne savez pas ce que vous faites. Pour votre info, pour 126€, j' ai dormi dans de très bonnes conditions à Steingerberger. Merci

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais unenmaisln d'habitation dans laquelle une chambre pour enfant est donnée en location, et laquelle vius avez attribué 4 étoiles pour favoriser l''escroquerie.

L'appartamento è molto pulito, ben arredato e silenzioso. Direi che c'è tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno di qualche giorno a Bruxelles.

Una cosa non va assolutamente bene: 1. l'appartamento è su due piani, la camera da letto è al piano supriore e per l'accesso alla camera da letto c'è una scala in legno che è decisamente fatta male. i gradini non sono orizzontali e sono pericolosi soprattutto quando si scende, il corrimano è inadeguato perchè NON sufficientemente solido: Se scivoli e ti aggrappi ad esso credo che si potrebbe staccare e cadere. A mio parere questa cosa va decisamente risolta con una scala che abbia i gradini in piano e un corrimano sufficientemente solido. Questa situazione dovrebbe essere meglio espressa nell'annuncio 2. L'appartamento è al terzo piano (forse non l'avevo letto nell'annuncio, altrimenti non l'avrei preso) e la scala di accesso è strettissima. Non è assolutamente agevole se hai dei bagagli a mano.

Scale per salire all’appartamento un po’ ripide e scomode

Appartement très bien agencé et bien équipé, propre, moderne Petites attentions appréciables avec eau, café et petite cannettes de coca à disposition. Très belle hauteur sous-plafond. Belle luminosité Accès facile via un code l'Hôte répond rapidement si besoin Nous avons pu nous garer sans problème dans la rue, en pleine journée comme en soirée. Place de parking payante, mais qui peut se faire via une application comme Easy park donc très pratique.

Nous avons loué 2 studios pour 1 nuit. Le studio du rez-de-chaussée avait une très forte odeur de cigarette vraiment indisposante, et il était compliqué de laisser la fenêtre ouverte car le studio donne sur la rue... On a du s'accomoder de cette odeur vraiment très désagréable. L'hôte devrait préciser que les locations sont NON-FUMEUR. Comme cela a déjà été précisé, l'accès pour accéder au studio du second étage n'est vraiment pas facile, il se fait par un escalier très étroit et assez raide, donc avec les bagages ce n'est pas simple, et pour les personnes avec surpoids ou problème de santé, ce n'est pas conseillé. Il est vrai qu'à Bruxelles cela est très fréquent, mais l'hôte devrait peut être le préciser pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise! Pour moi, ce qui a vraiment été problématique c'est les rideaux qui ne sont pas occultants et il pourrait y avoir des voilages aux fenêtres car vis à vis important, donc on laisse les doubles rideaux fermés, ce qui est dommage. Accès aux appartements se fait via un code ce qui est très pratique, mais une petite video explicative serait la bien venue! Enfin pas mal de circulation donc un peu bruyant

-H εξωτερική σκάλα ήταν υπερβολικά στενή, δε χωρούσε τη βαλίτσα. Χρειάστηκε να την έχουμε στον αέρα για 3 ορόφους! -Η εσωτερική σκάλα είχε κλίση προς τα έξω και ήταν επικίνδυνη για πτώση. - Το wi fi δεν δούλευε.

El sistema de check in, las escaleras tan peligrosas para subir al apartamento, la falta de algunos utensilios de cocina, que no haya almohadas (solo hay cojines de sofá) ni tabla de planchar, las sábanas con manchas, un par de zapatillas de baño usadas, sofá y mesa de comer muy incómodos, mesa de la cocina muy manchada y sucia

Location, comfortable place for one week or even more. Very beautiful and new apartment. There’s a Carrefour on the corner, a pharmacy and a bus stop in front of the building. Brussels-Luxembourg train station which leads to Zaventeem Airport is two stops from the property.

When I arrived there was a different code and I couldn’t enter the property but once I contacted the administrator he/ she immediately sent me another code. I don’t have complaints at all. Once I entered the property there was a mini box of chocolate, snacks, water and soda waiting for me. And the table was beautifully set up. I strongly recommend the place ( however the stairs are a big challenge).

Warm cosy space with necessary amnetities for a short stay.

There were no tea mugs, only small espresso cups. The sofa and the rug could do with a clean.

Our apartment was on the 2nd floor. This would be an issue with heavy luggage. There are apartments at ground and first floor. Check which floor before booking if luggage is as concern. The apartment was recently refurbished with Ikea style fittings. Not exactly "luxury" but everything worked and was functional.

The place is nice and cozy, and it was very clean. Snacks and drinks were provided and there were instructions on how to use the TV. Instructions on how to get in were provided well in advance. There's a grocery store right around the corner and lots of restaurants in the area. It's a 15-minute walk to the train or metro station. I asked to check-in early and was told it was possible. The room was ready and clean when I arrived, even though I was hours early and asked last minute.

The stairs. My apartment was on the 3rd floor, there are 63 steps to get to it. The staircase gets narrower at the top and it's hard to move with luggage. The bedroom is on another floor and only accessible by stairs that are more akin to a ladder. They are quite steep and awkward, especially going down. Not for people with back/knees/hips problems or a lot of luggage.

It was pleasantly furnished and had a coffee and tea machines and complimentary refreshments. The towels were clean and smelled good. Toiletries were available as well.

I particularly didn’t like the location. Despite it is close to the EU institutions, the area was scary by 21:00 with junkies browsing around. The apartment was at the ground floor and it was noisy. The curtains did not close and the lights from cars were visible all night. In contrast to the towels, the bed sheets and pillows looked used and unpleasant.

Estética de los apartamentos moderna y funcional, nuevos. Cerca de autobus para ir al centro.

Las escaleras, son imposibles de subir con una maleta. Estuvimos en el tercer piso, sin ascensor y cada vez que las bajábamos o subíamos nos jugábamos la vida, y no te digo con maletas. Además el apartamento era un duplex y para subir al dormitorio otra ves escaleras muy empinadas, no pudimos subir las maletas.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, top Lage, perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Sehr nette kleine Aufmerksamkeiten - ich würde wiederkommen.

Durch die Fenster zur Straße ist es in der Nacht sehr laut, auch aus dem Treppenhaus hört man alles. Der Geruch im Treppenhaus war sehr streng.
