Central location. Comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We arrived after midnight but the access code was provided and the room was ready - all good. The location is great with easy walking to cafes, restaurants and sights. The hotel is small and personal, and in a gated street. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The room facilities all function perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay.

Carinissimo hotel situato in ottima posiziona (1 minuti dalla metro e 5 minuti dal barrio lastarria). la camera era di dimensioni contenute, ma comunque grande sufficiente per le nostre valigie. arredamento moderno e tutto molto pulito. letto comodo e ambiente silenzioso. il personale è molto gentile e ci ha indicato dei ristoranti della zona in cui poter andare. consiglio!

Todo limpio y en orden. El sector muy tranquilo y céntrico. Esta en un pasaje sin salida, por lo que no llega ruido de la calle. Recomendado.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Stadtzentrum ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber ansprechend. Beheizt wird mit einer Klimaanlage, im Winter kann es doch kalt werden.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, aber ausreichend. Das Gebäude ist etwas älter, aber soweit ganz gut gepflegt.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to a lot of food and drink options and super close to the metro to get to other parts of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were great size and the shower was hot. We’d happily return here again!

O cafe da manhã era bom mas nao estava incluso. O quarto era limpo e confortavel.

Obrigaram a gente pagar o quarto no check in mesmo nós tendo dito que precisavamos chegar correndo e apenas deixar as malas pq estavamos com criancas famintas e estava tarde. Chegamos tarde da noite e nao tinha nenhum lugar para pegar agua potavel.

Localização excelente, muito próximo de restaurantes prestigiados.

Hotel sem café da manhã não incluído, não tinha reparado nesse detalhe. Sem frigobar no quarto.

Excelente localização, limpo, confortável, vale o custo x benefício. A cama era confortável, banheiro reformado. A portaria não é 24h mas pudemos entrar com facilidade de madrugada. Optamos pela estadia sem café da manhã, assim não podemos dizer quanto à qualidade deste quesito.

Chegamos muito tarde e não tinha opção de água para comprar, o que fez bastante falta. Acesso exclusivo aos quartos por escadas pode dificultar para alguns viajantes.

The location was very central and the short streets was filled with Sculptures. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room comfortable.

Ottima posizione, ottimo isolamento del rumore dall’area esterna e c’è condizione/riscaldamento autonomo su ogni stanza.

L’unico difetto è che l’acqua calda nella doccia non dura tantissimo, massimo 15 minuti.

Aunque no estaba frío, deben mejorar la calefacción, porque en Santiago no existem buenas fuentes de calefacción respecto a las olas de frío que hay ahora.

I loved the location. Bellas Artes is a great neighborhood, and this beautiful boutique hotel is in a quiet courtyard. Centrally located in the city near a Metro stop.

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, Simón, Mary y Melly, que respondieron de inmediato a todos mis pedidos y necesidades. Organizaron el taxi desde y hacia el aeropuerto, que cumplió con total puntualidad. La ubicación me resultó muy buena para mis necesidades, y el pasaje en donde está el hotel es muy lindo y tranquilo, a pesar de quedar en pleno centro. La cama era muy buena, importante en estos casos. La sensación de estar "como en casa" es real.

Tuve frío en el baño porque no tenía calefacción. No sé si la denominación "hotel boutique" realmente le cuadra, parece más bien un "bed and breakfast", ya que es como estar en una casa.

Washing machine is not available for use by guest, they can provide laundry service instead with a cost. This is not fit the description of their facility: washing machine in bathroom.

The location was good and I liked the private gated lane which fronted the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel was clean but very tired! The shower silocane was stained black from mould, the shower drain was an open pipe, no where to hang towels, my bed had a spring sticking into my ribs.

The location was fantastic, being close to so many sights and restaurants and activities. It was safe with a gated entrance. And the room was clean and comfortable. It was a small staff, but they were friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help at all times. They gave me a kettle to boil water for tea in my room, and any cutlery i needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location brilliant, next to all central activities and Bellas Artes metro a few metres away, so very accessible to Santa Cristóbal, St Lucía and so on. Breakfast provided at a fee, not just continental.

WiFi slightly unpredictable, however fine most of the time. I found this in many cafes as well so maybe a national issue

We had the last room available which was the budget room - and it was indeed a budget room. We also had the breakfast which was only 6500CP - for most people it would be OK but if you know about nutrition it isn't OK, processed salami, cheese, and everything else full of sugar (jelly, grapes, jam, commercial orange juice, rice crispies)

The room is clean, lovely and the hotel is centrally located. Breakfast provided is very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect: peaceful, yet close to everything you need. It was the ideal base to explore the city. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help and make our stay even better. We would absolutely recommend Los Nobles to anyone visiting Santiago and would love to come back.

Problème de communication avec la personne s'occupant des petits déjeuners car elle ne parle qu'espagnol et réception déserte le matin .Nous avons eu un.probleme d'électricité dans la salle d'eau et personne à qui s'adresser. Nous sommes restées dans la pénombre. D'après ce que nous avons vu,il n'y a que 2 personnes qui travaillent dans cet établissement.

Komplett verschimmelte Baddecke (Foto) Das Personal (c/i und Frühstück) kann an Freundlichkeit und Servicementalität zulegen. Die Dame beim Frühstück hatte die Ausstrahlung einer strengen Pflegerin im Altersheim und hat jede vorsichtige Nachfrage mit strengen Blicken gestraft. Wer darauf steht fühlt sich da sehr gut aufgehoben, uns hätte ein Lächeln besser gefallen.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Location was also good, near restos area. The place was safe.

Being called a ''boutique hotel'', I was expecting a more stylish lodging, original deco etc. Actually it's a clean and modest place, a little bit weary though. The room internet was not working well, we had to connect to the front desk for a better signal. We had a room at ground floor and it was noisy from people having good time right in front of our window. But at night it cooled down and we slept well.

The location offers maximum security as well as exceptionable location ,. I believe the British call it a close. Great breakfast and super staff

It was a convenient location, the room was spacious and comfortable.

When we arrived no one was there to register us. An employee who spoke no English showed us our room and gave us the key to our room but told us we still needed to check in with someone else when he returned, they didn’t know when this would be. This surprised me as they knew when we would be arriving as they arranged a car to pick us up at the airport. We went out and when we returned a few hours later and rang the bell no one answered. I had to message through the booking.com app for someone to come and let us in, who acted surprised no one had given us the code to the door. The lack of someone always at reception made us nervous about leaving our bags after checkout the next day and we returned earlier than we would have, although someone was there to give us back our bags.

The location was great and the hotel was nice. The bed was very comfy and the shower decent. I liked the seclusion of the hotel while still being very central.

A refresh in the room decor would not go amiss. Large damp area over shower (probably due to lack of decent paint quality for bathrooms given there was no extractor fan). It would be nice to have a comfy public sitting area. It's really more like a classy B&B than a hotel.
