el sector por lo que llegamos en festivo se encontraba todo cerrado y se veía un poco solo. Ya después te das cuenta que es muy central la ubicación

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025El hotel es muy limpio, y ordenado, el desayuno es rico. La atención del personal es muy buena. La ubicación es estratégica si tú viaje es con fines de negocios y diligencias porque queda en el centro de la ciudad y está cerca a bancos y entidades.
Por estar ubicado en el centro se ve habitantes de calle por el sector y llegamos un domingo en la noche y estába un poco solo el sector.

When I place a do not disturb sign on the door knob, it is very clear that I do not want anyone in my room. None the less the cleaning staff entered my room and did their regular work. I advised the front desk about the issue and told them that I do not want anyone cleaning my room. The next day I also placed the do not disturb sign on the door. Later that day I went to my room and found the cleaning lady inside my room. The staff do not listen and invaded my privacy.

Breakfast does not have healthy options. The street is dark and scary at night. A lot of complications for visitors and making work meetings. Cable Tv didnt work well. No pool, bar or relax/social area

Reviewed Mar 8, 2020En general tuve una buena estadía. Lo que mas me gusta es la tranquilidad que se siente en las habitaciones, permitiéndote un buen descanso. Cama y almohadas cómodas, buena iluminación de la habitación, aire acondicionado, televisión por cable, refrigerador, wifi de buena velocidad, agua, infusiones y café. Y como siempre, personal muy amable.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2018Just a quick stop off for bus connections. It was clean, staff efficient and pleasant, and it had air conditioning which was good as its a hot town. And its in a convenient location to pop out to a nearby restaurant for quick bite, $COP6000 taxi ride from bus station. But we had a lot of street noise in our room, and the beeping smoke detector in the corridor added to it! So not highly recommended but couldn't really see any alternatives.
