Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgeststtet. Die Lage fanden wir sehr praktisch. Für uns eine sehr gute Wahl und sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank liebe Khaoula für deine Herzlichkeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder💐

Very limited kitchen utensils and cookware. Could have used a reading light in the bedrooms too.

Would highly reccomend this hotel apartment for a stay in Marrekech. Khawla was so lovely to recieve us and my family, and her team were so friendly and very helpful. Our stay was very comfortable. We stayed in the 5 bed apartment enough for 8 to 10 people. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities available, and if anything was needed you can ask. Everything is within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The local supermaket Carrefour is a 4 minute walk, Eden Crescent Mall is about 6 mins walk, and a lovely spa and hamman is about 4 mins walk. There is a lovely place next door called Mamti to get authentic Morroccan Tagines and Cooking Classes. The food was amazing! We mostly ate out, and went to supermarket for basics (tea, bottled water, breakfast and snacky bits). We had TVs in everyroon, and access to wifi and streaming service like Netflix. Access to rooftop was lovely to catch the sunset and view of the mountains and city. I would definitely love to come back again to Marrekech and would stay at Migdal Gueliz (Residence Hamza) again.

The yellow taxis, they didnt seem to know where the hotel apartment was situated, which was strange to me. Also didnt have sat navs or gps on their phones. Used ours! Also they inflated prices after drop off once agreed. Ubers were better to use and can be tracked.

L appartement est grand 1 grande entrée, salon, cuisine , 2 chambres 2 wc mais une douche minuscule.Pas très propre , cheveux et mouchoirs dans les placards, interrupteurs sales…J ai nettoyé. Le store de l chambre ne descend pas totalement car bloqué par le carrelage de la terrasse. La baie vitrée du salon ne ferme pas totalement. La rue où est située l appartement est sombre et en travaux.

The building quality was not the best, floors coming up, walls worn out but not horrible, doors squeaky, The main bathroom was a bit small, luckily the unit had an extra half bath 7-10min walk to the nearest convenience store if needing to pick up coffee or water In a slightly tucked away street

Everything about the apartment was exceptional. Squeaky clean, centrally air-conditioned, all amenities provided, everything catered for. One on-suite room with small bathroom and another with a common larger bathroom. Towels, shower gel, hand wash and washing liquid provided. Some kitchen equipments, cups and plates, cutleries and pan and pot available. Electric kettle also provided. There is a washing machine, an oven and a gas hob. A large fridge-freezer also provided. Large open-plan lounge with sitting and dining areas. Large smart flat TV in the lounge and smaller ones in the bedrooms. Beds comfy if a bit on the firmer side. Communication from and to anywhere is easily available and affordable. Takes 10-20 minutes to the airport and to the old city and should cost no more than 100-150 dirhams. Please get your own teabags/ coffee, washing powder, sugar, salt and buy milk and drinking water from nearby shops. The reception is manned 10-7 by a very charming, smily and most helpful young lady called Khawla.

الشقه مستهلكه السعر مقابل الجوده تعتبر غاليه الفوط مهترءه و قديمه جدا يوجد رائحه مجاري في الطابق الخامس بعد الخروج من المصعد يوجد رائحه سجاير في الشقه ماسك في الاثاث و المفارش و الوسادات الحمام كان قذر و وسخ عند الاستلام و تم تنظيفه بعد طلب منا في الأول طلبو منا دفع مبلغ التنظيف لكن بعد معاينه من الموظف تم التنظيف مجانا حجزنا 3 ليالي لكن لم نستطع الاكمال بسبب وضع الشقه و طلبنا من المديره الغاء حجز الليله الاخيره اقترحت لنا انها تلغي من طرفها و حاولت ارسال للبوكينج لكن لم استلم اي رد و راحت علينا سعر ليله لم يناسبنا طريقه المعامله أثناء تواجدنا في السكن تم طلب دفع مبلغ 15 يورو ضريبه وقت الدخول وجود حشرات في الشقه يوجد أصوات صيانه قريب من الشقه أثناء النهار لا تستطيع النوم لا يوجد أي مساعده في نقل الشنط حجزت الشقه اعتمادا على التقييمات الجيده جدا في بوكينج او جوجل لكن الواقع مخيب للأمال الصور في بوكينج يظهر الشقه جديده لكن الواقع جدا مستهلكه و الصوفات مبقعه لا يوجد شطاف

Area is nice you have a main street with couple of foos options and are like a 20 minute walk to the souk

The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful, the night security guard was also helpful. I visited with my mother. The apartment had good facilities, a fridge, a great seating area, big rooms - it was very clean, the WiFi was good, and it was very spacious! I also liked that they allowed you to order food to the room if you wished, really great place!

Away from centre marrakesh noise and hustle but area also noisy very dirty streets. Unit veey poorly cleabed and prepared with many missing items. Service was good however when asking for supplies.

We spent five nights at the Migda Gueliz (Hamza Residence). It was was outstanding. The spacious, bright apartment exceeded our expectations. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made our visit seamless, even accommodating our early arrival, particularly Zauhan who greeted us and showed the apartment. Located in a quiet yet convenient area, it’s close to shops, restaurants, and landmarks. We highly recommend this establishment for a memorable vacation and sincerely thank the team for their exceptional hospitalit

Was very secure, reception on ground level. Nice quiet location, away from the street noise. Very private, with air-conditioning and large Internet smart TV.

No toaster and microwave or coffee maker as advertised

Restaurant staff smoke every time, so all the smoke goes through a staircase to the top floor and penetrates the room. The door lock was not working at all.

I absolutely loved the apartment, how cosy yet spacious it was. The sofas, the flooring, the AC, the beds, the kitchen was all wonderful! We could really feel like home away from home and we loved every bit of it! The washing machine, fridge, kettle and hobs were exactly the ones we had at home which was funny to see and also comforting because again, it was just like being at home. The staff were so polite and so very helpful and fun to talk to! They were meticulous and so helpful even when we had gone during Ramadan (limited access to alcohol, shops, supermarkets) they helped us navigate and also helped make sure we didn't get ripped off with massive tourist-hiked prices from taxis. Zohair was FANTASTIC at reception. I don't think we would have had as much fun and security in all that we did from food recommendations to hammam and market recommendations - he was amazing in helping from the moment we stepped foot in there until we reached England - I could ask him anything whether day or night and he was quick to help/advise. It was also very convenient to reach all the main attractions and get picked up for tours. It was VERY quiet and away from the main street noises also - ALSO had blackout blinds!! And a fantastic view of Marrakech from the large bay windows in the bedrooms (that opened fully) We really could not recommend this place enough. All of us are already planning our return trip later this year to stay in the same place again as long as he is there!

Honestly, we didn't feel like we missed anything at all. 10/10 place.

Everything was good. European style apartment. Close to Jardin Majorelle.

Only stayed for one night, so can't go into too much detail. It's worth mentioning that the beds are comfy and that the apartment is decorated in a simple and nice fashion. Overall, it's a good spot to sleep at for a night during transfers.

Spacious appartment, clean and tidy with good balconies. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Very good wifi speed. Great to have 2 bedrooms. Plenty of food options nearby in Guilez.

The area is being rejuvinated so a lot of buildings nearby were building sites but they were not too noisy. Its also some distance from the medina, about 20 mins walk to the medina so very manageable but you couldnt pop back like you can if staying in the medina.

It felt like home, it was comfortable location We got an appartment that was high in which we had a good view of the area around, exactly as the name Migdal meaning tower in Hebrew. The guys working at the reception were good, Khaoula and the others are always there to help you or provide you with the needed things,

No cleaning service every day, so u should clean by yourslf You always should ask of what needed The balcony was cold, the design of balcony is preventing the sun from approaching. There is a problem of unclog sink drain in all

The girl from the reception, Khaoula, was super friendly and extremely helpful. We're so grateful that she was around.

This hotel ( located just North of Gueliz), is decent and clean; featuring confortable Queen size beds, an awesome Couch, a very large TV in the living room, and much more. But most outstanding is Mrs Khaoula, who is very kind, knowledgeable, attentive and very eager to help .

We stayed for 9 days an absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! It was bright, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Khoula, the host, was amazing one of the nicest and most helpful hosts we’ve ever met. She answered all our questions, made us feel very welcome, and went above and beyond to assist us. Her kindness and hospitality made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to this apartment again. Highly recommended

The receptionists were very welcoming, easily accessible to the city,a lot of food options all walkable.

I was there with my husband and two daughters on short vacations last week. THe experience was great. The location in the new area of Marrakech was perfect. The department was totally new super comfortable for the long days full of activities. Hawla, in the reception was amazing, taking care of us everyday with anything that we needed to know (restaurants, ...etc)

Very large and bright apartment, clean and recently renovated. The receptionist was great, always offering to help. Outstanding value for money for a family. Highly recommended.

The location is a 30-minute walk from the Medina (but we knew that when we booked), but a lot of shopping close by.

Nothing to dislike. Probably they could keep few coffee pods in the Apartment or sell at reception as it’s hard to find compatible coffee as a tourist. And keep extra toilet paper and kitchen tissues.
