There were pee stains around the toilet. Baby cockroaches on the kitchenette counter.

Water pressure for shower was terrible. No stove only cook top,but stated stove on website. Dining table was a side table so we decided to grab the outdoor table to put inside our room as it was bigger to eat off. Wardrobe was just a rail in the kitchen part with 2 hangers. The office where I collected the key for the room had a bad smell of spices.

The room was value for money. If you want a cheap nights stay, that's what you get.

The lady at the reception area wasn't over friendly, and I struggled to understand what she was saying because of her accent.⁸

Air conditioner noisy so didn.t leave it on during the night but only light blankets on the bed so I was chilly. Broken heated towel rail

Easy check in and check out, met our requirements for the night.

There was hardly any bed sheets / duvets to keep warm overnight. Had to sleep in a hoodie. Door to the bedroom also wouldn't open overnight so i had to go to the bathroom outside. Serious fire hazard

The staff there was super friendly, I booked last moment because of bad weather and since it was getting late, the nice lady(maybe kaur, I forgot her name sorry) at reception even offered me the food she cooked. That was so kind. I am happy with the room and the quick customer service they provided.

The shower wouldve preferred a closed in shower especially with kids watervunder the washbasin was leaking

the room was well laid out, had a small fridge and drink making facilities

there was used soap in the shower and other used pieces on the ledge above the shower, not picked up by the cleaner. there was a used plaster on the floor next to the door to the shower, also not picked up by the cleaner. the heat pump was required because of how cold the room was, however when it was on, there was a bad smell, maybe the filters are not regularly cleaned.

It was awesome for last minute inquiries on my part but overall my son and I we enjoyed our stay and will be quite happy to stay there again… 😊✅

Einfaches Ein- und Auschecken, beim Einchecken bekamen wir eine kleine Flasche Milch, was wir sehr nett fanden. Das Studio war sehr geräumig, besonders durch das extra Schlafzimmer. Die kleine Kochnische war super ausgestattet und auch das gratis Duschzubehör war super. Mithilfe des Heizlüfters wurde es im Zimmer auch schnell warm.

Clean tidy motel room. We had a good rest after a long drive around north island and travelling around Napier.

Rooms were fully booked and we were assigned a two double bed room. But we booked for 1 double bed and 2 single beds as we’re a trio. I called the owner, who responded promptly and arranged a single bed for the room. The single bed was a mattress one, good quality. The three of us were able to have a bed each and we all got good rest. Yes I will be visiting again.

Mirror in bedroom was filthy no spare blankets we arrived at 10.15 to find freezing room and no instruction on how to use the heat pump the screen on the remote was only partly readable (we don't have a heat pump at home) so that didn't help on day 2 we arrived to find nothing done to our room accept 3 of the 4 towels replaced the 4th used was not taken or replaced the flannels were not replaced but taken the tv was complicated the range hood was really low easy to dong your head on and sharp

It was a change from the usual Napier motel.

No Smoke alarm. poses a fire risk. Lack of maintenance in units. Tap didnt rotate in kitchen sink. Towel rail hanging off the wall in the bathroom. aerial socket hanging off in bedroom. Poorly closing windows be aware part of the check in process is they ask to see your drivers licenece.

There was hair in shower food under the bed, and condoms in the bedside drawer which my children found

The beds were comfortable and the room was big and well set up. The kitchen had everything we needed.

I reported a broken door handle on the bedroom, i hope they get this fixed as it could be dangerous if there was no-one in the main lounge to let you out. the door latch to the bathroom was also very sticky.

Staff were very friendly, the unit was ideal for our family, all very tidy. No hesitation rebooking in the future.

Central to needs and relatively quiet. Good for purpose needed. Shower water was hot and plentiful and bathroom clean. Able to make hot drink and cook on portable plug in stovetop.

Pillows hard and flat. One of beds used in the twin room of a 2 bedroom apartment didn't have a great mattress. My teenage son found it unsupportive and had alot of movement.

The lighting was abit dim for my liking. It was nice but not bright enough for me. Nothing that needs fixing but just my preference. The rrom was dark on arrival and with decent lighting might make the room warmer.

Quite noisy at night and hosts didn't seem to do anything about it (possibly the noisy guests were friends/family of owners?). To be fair it was Easter weekend but still, quite thin walls so tough to sleep with loud laughing and chatter past 10pm. Inside the rooms are old/tired compared to more fresh-looking exterior. Still functional though.

The parking was in front of the room right next to reception and that what I requested was not provided. The staff didn’t even ask me what was wrong when I cancelled and walked out after seeing the room. The reception area smelt like curry when I walked in. The property is old and outdated

Just what we needed. A place to come back to, to relax and chill while at a 🏀 tournament. Bonus for the kids was being able to have a spa after everyday of playing 🏀.
