Hotel céntrico perfecto para todo. Desayuno muy bueno en la playa, puedes coger una bici para recorrer la isla durante el día y vuelves para ver el atardecer y cenar. El personal era encantador. Volveremos!

Todo fue estupendo

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage direkt am Meer – näher am Wasser geht eigentlich kaum. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr lecker. Besonders schön fanden wir den BBQ-Grill und die tägliche Livemusik am Abend, die für eine richtig angenehme Urlaubsstimmung gesorgt hat. Sehr praktisch war außerdem, dass man die geliehenen E-Roller direkt im Hotel laden konnte. Die Zimmer waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer sauber und das Personal durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had to put our bed on the ground - didn’t help much - terrible bed if you’re sharing with someone, every single movement felt. Need better mattresses. Cheap.

L’hôtel est situé à quelques minutes du centre, des restaurants. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est bon. La plage est magnifique.

La robinetterie de la chambre, et la salle de bain de manière générale et vétuste. Une mise à neuf semble nécessaire.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war gut.

Es gab eine Überbuchung so dass ich zwei Nächte einen Ersatzraum bekam, der zur Straßenseite lag. Das war abends schon laut.

Gili Air is een heerlijk eiland en deze accommodatie was naar onze mening de allermooiste! Super vriendelijk en lief personeel, cute bungalows en direct aan het strand gelegen. Ook een prachtig zwembad en in de avond elke avond verse vis en live muziek! Ohja, en de mooiste zonsondergang zie je vanaf hier. In 1 woord; aanrader.

What I appreciated most was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. They were super nice and always happy to help. The location was also great, especially as it was only a 10-minute walk from the harbour, which was very convenient. Finally, the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall, and we appreciated the hospitality and the beautiful surroundings. I would, however, like to share a couple of points that could be improved. We found the breakfast selection a little disappointing, as there was not much variety and the quality could be improved. Also, we noticed that the water coming from the shower appeared to be seawater, which was a little unpleasant, especially when showering. These are just some points of feedback that I hope can be helpful in improving the experience for future guests. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Posizione ottima fronte mare e vicina al porto, staff molto gentile e disponibile, ottima colazione sia dolce che salata.

Una bella struttura accogliente. Ottima posizione sulla spiaggia perfetto per chi ama guardarsi il tramonto la sera in riva al mare. Personale molto gentile.

La colazione un po’ limitata in particolare per la scelta del dolce. La pulizia non accuratissima delle stanze, il primo giorno entri in una stanza perfetta che profuma di buono i giorni seguenti un po’ troppo frettolosa.

Staff cordialissimo, Galan il migliore! Si fa davvero in quattro per voi! Chef bravissimo! Era tutto molto buono!

L'hôtel dispose pourtant de très bons atouts de départ : une très bonne localisation, une belle piscine, des chambres spacieuses et un petit-déjeuner appréciable. Mais l'expérience globale est gâchée par une gestion lamentable.

Le soir, la musique est trop forte et vous empêche de dormir. Côté chambre et infrastructures, c'est vétuste, mal entretenu et franchement limite au niveau de la propreté. Payer un prix aussi élevé pour un tel niveau de prestation est scandaleux. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons été confrontés à une mauvaise foi déplorable : un serveur a "oublié" de me rendre ma monnaie après une commande, arguant ensuite l'avoir laissée dans sa poche... Un comportement très peu professionnel. Ayez conscience de ces points avant de réserver : pour ce tarif, vous trouverez bien mieux ailleurs.

Tudo incrível. Em cima da praia. Quarto muito confortável virado para a praia. Piscina grande com água quente. Espreguiçadeiras na praia para os hóspedes. Serviço de massagem impecável. A comida foi sempre deliciosa. Localização espetacular, a melhor da ilha sem dúvida. Funcionários sempre muito simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar.

La posizione è stupenda con accesso diretto alla spiaggia bellissimo per il tramonto. La struttura è pulita, il ristorante assolutamente di livello e anche i servizi offerti sono in linea

Tudo ótimo: pequeno almoço muito variado, quarto bastante grande, piscina de água quente, em cima da praia. Espreguiçadeiras para os hóspedes. Funcionários muito amáveis.

L’emplacement est parfait, tout proche de l’embarcadère et de la rue principale avec les commerces. Emplacement exceptionnel pour le sunset avec des transats réservés aux clients de l’hôtel.

Ottima posizione, in una zona molto carina e piacevole di Gili Air, vicina a negozietti e ristoranti. La struttura è davanti al mare e dispone di una bella spiaggia attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni e di un piccolo ristorante sulla spiaggia. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, anche se non tutti parlano bene inglese. La camera era accogliente e abbiamo apprezzato molto il portico e il piccolo giardino antistante. Buona anche la colazione.

La pulizia della camera potrebbe essere un po’ più accurata e manca un vero armadio, cosa che per un soggiorno di più giorni può risultare scomoda. Il principale problema riguarda però la biancheria: quella pulita arriva da Lombok e non sempre la struttura riesce a garantire tempestivamente il cambio degli asciugamani. Va comunque considerato che ci si trova su una piccola isola e alcuni servizi e approvvigionamenti possono essere più difficili da garantire rispetto a Bali.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Living Asia à Gili Air. L’hôtel est situé face à une très belle plage avec des transats privés, un vrai plaisir pour profiter de l’île. Les petits-déjeuners étaient excellents et nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes les petites attentions, eau gratuite à volonté et même 15 minutes de massage offertes. Le personnel était accueillant et attentionné et nous nous sommes vraiment sentis bien pendant notre séjour. Une très belle expérience à Gili Air que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Mooi zwembad en aan het strand met bedjes op het strand. Aardig persoon en prima ontbijt.

De familiekamers zijn aan de kant van het restaurant waar iedere avond tot 22u harde live muziek is en dat hoor je in de kamers erg hard. Ik raad echt aan om een kamer of bungalow rondom het zwembad te boeken waar je de live muziek niet hoort.

Struttura in una bella posizione, con musica tutte le sere e ampia spiaggia da cui si vede un bellissimo tramonto. Lo staff gentilissimo

Poca manutenzione e pulizia. Camere e bagni molto piccoli, un solo armadio, qualche cassetto e nessun posto dove potere appoggiare le valigie che abbiamo lasciato nel corridoio

The location was amazing. The outdoor area was gorgeous. The bed was super comfy. And the staff were very kind.

When getting out of the ocean I wanted normal water. Unfortunately the shower only had more salty water. Also there was no WhatsApp number shared for room service which was quite inconvenient to have to walk to the desk for everything. The last thing is there was no place to hang any clothing.

We loved that the property was beachfront. Some great restaurants within walking distance and the food at the hotel was good also. Pool was clean and plenty of bed. Staff friendly and helpful.

I felt the price point was too high for the standard/size of the room. The band that played nightly is extremely loud if you are going to bed before 10.30pm. We were travelling with our 5 year old and luckily she can sleep through anything! If you wanted to sit on your balcony at night and enjoy at chat and a drink it waa difficult with the music.

Notre hôtel préféré lors de nos 3 semaines à Bali. Magnifique piscine, immense et super propre. Les bungalows sont superbes! Lits confortables. Ambiance très chaleureuse et belle décoration Superbe salle de bains extérieure. Partie plage sublime avec eau turquoise, avec de superbes poufs et transat. Excellente soirée avec barbecue et orchestre live de qualité le soir. Personnel adorable. Nous avions oublié un bijou de valeur sentilentale dans la chambre et ils l'ont retrouvé et se sont arrangés pour que nous le récupérions. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe!

Personeel is super lief en doet alles voor je. Zowel de dames achter de receptie en het personeel in het restaurant. De ligging is perfect, je staat zo op het strand, waar het hotel ligbedden heeft.

Helaas mogen er ook vasten van buiten gebruik van maken (mits ze een consumptie nemen), dus soms kan je als hotelgast niet meer aan het strand liggen.

Amazing view, lovely staff and the pool was a great asset during low tide.

We loved the staff they were gorgeous, the location, beautiful beach out front, aqua water, lovely rooms and swimming pool. only 10 min walk to the port , in a quieter part of the island but a few restaurants around. beautifually maintained we would definitley stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was the mattress was a little hard. And the service at the beach was slow to non existant compared to other beach clubs. Considering we were paying guests it was annoying to get up go to the bar find a staff member to order a drink , then follow up 30 mins later. It wouldn't stop me staying , they would have made more money if there Beach service was better...

Resort ist in einer sehr guten Lage an einem sehr sauberen weißen Sandstrand. Das Wasser war herrlich warm. Kaum Plastik am Strand und Wasser.

Tolle Lage, schöner Strand, gute Preise an der Bar, gepflegte Anlage.

Schlechter Service an der Bar, es dauerte zum Teil 15-20 Minuten bis man bestellen konnte und es wurden sehr häufig Dinge vergessen oder die Tische verwechselt.

Très bel hôtel spacieux, convivial et très bien placè ! La chambre est très belle et j'ai beaucoup aimé le petit coin jardin de la Superior Private Garden. La chambre est super bien équipée, décorée avec goût et très confortable également !

L'irrespect des clients et les nuisances sonores. Je rejoins les commentaires concernant le bruit des voisins. Et je tiens à souligner l'irrespect total de mes voisins les jours où j'étais sur place. Je ne sais pas où les gens ont été éduqués mais faire autant de bruit à 1h du matin n'est tout simplement pas possible (portes coulissantes claquées à multiples reprises, gros coups dans les murs, musique, appels en haut parleur etc...). En tant que client, c'est juste invivable et très stressant. Je n'ai quasiment pas pu dormir. Je pense qu'il serait bon de rappeler aux clients les règles de respect d'autrui et de mettre une petite note dans chaque chambre pour le rappeler très clairement.

Amazing location, love the beach front and the close proximity to the harbour. The cats are sweet and playful. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

It’s very hard to enjoy the pool area with all the kids jumping in the water and screaming. I wish it was a little bit more regulated.

La situation géographique sur l’île, le coucher de soleil et la piscine pour les enfants

Mauvaise odeur d’égout dans la chambre qui a faillit nous faire partir de l’hôtel mais des travaux ont été effectués pour y remédier le lendemain. La musique live jusqu’à 22h est top mais le personnel qui fait la fête jusqu’à 1h du matin avec la musique à fond vous empêche de vous reposer. Le patron m’a annoncé un rabais de 50% pour s’excuser du désagrément mais rien n’a été fait. Que des paroles! Cet hôtel est comme le chocolat Kinder sauf que la surprise est pourrie !

The area was fabulous. Close to sea and the ferry Port.

Bathroom was a little tired but not enough to put me off.

Amazing hotel in front of the beach. The bungalows are beautiful and well decorated. Breakfast has plenty of options and is delicious.

Location and comfort

A band played music every night right below our window, it went from 6 till 10 pm. Very loud , even with my air pods in .

Goede locatie, direct aan het strand. Groot zwembad, maar veel te diep. Goed ontbijt, ruime keuze.

De badkamer was veel te klein. Als iemand aan het douchen was, kon je niet naar het toilet, want dan werd je kletsnat.

Location was great. Service was excellent. Good time of year to travel not overly busy.
