I received such a great hospitality by the host and his staff since the first check in, and in the period of I was staying here.

The cleanliness always in check and looks organized whether in the common area, showers and toilet, even in the bedroom which consistently cleaned.

The general manager is very friendly and cheerful, which made the atmosphere even more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Iam writing to file a formal complaint and urgent report against this hostel based on my recent stay. Aside from its location, this was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in Kuala Lumpur, involving serious illegal activities and safety hazards. Below are the critical violations observed during my stay: Sexual Harassment: The owner of the hostel continuously harassed me and several other guests. He targets and makes inappropriate sexual advances toward guests, creating an unsafe and hostile environment. Theft and Lack of Security: A sum of money was stolen from me inside the premises. When I reported the incident, both the owner and the reception staff completely ignored me and refused to take any action. The hostel is filled with individuals looking for opportunities to steal. Personal belongings are not safe anywhere, not even inside the lockers or personal luggage. Illegal Employment & Unprofessional Staff: The owner constantly hires undocumented/illegal immigrants and fires them weekly to avoid fair compensation. Because of this high turnover, the reception is managed by untrained individuals who lack basic knowledge of check-in and check-out procedures. Miserable Room Conditions: There is a total lack of privacy in the small, overcrowded dorms. When I upgraded to a private room for safety and privacy, it was heavily infested with insects. Health and Safety Hazards: The rooftop area is completely unusable at night due to an infestation of rats, posing a severe health and hygiene risk. This establishment is operating illegally on multiple levels, engaging in labor exploitation, harboring thieves, and its owner is a predator who sexually harasses guests. I strongly urge the authorities and booking platforms to investigate this hostel immediately, audit their staff's legal status, and shut down this establishment for the safety of tourists.

You stilling my deposit money The Afghan guy at the reception is completely useless. There is absolutely no professionalism in their handling. I have been scammed. This is the worst experience ever; I will never come back, and I do not recommend anyone to book here. They are a bunch of scammers."

The manager informed me that I could stay for two or three hours after the checkout time at the hostel and that there was no problem with that until my flight. However, I discovered later that the Malaysian and Afghan staff had confiscated my deposit. When I asked them about the manager and what he had said, the Afghan staff member told me that the manager was asleep and could not be woken up. All of this for just 50 Ringgit! Go to hell! I do not recommend anyone to come to this place; you will be scammed."

Good location, great staff

A wonderful stay in every way. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly, respectful, and have excellent manners. The hotel manager is also an excellent person—very helpful and attentive, and genuinely cares about the comfort of the guests. A very pleasant and comfortable experience. Thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent service. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La ubicación, estaba aceptablemente limpio. La gente que trabaja ahí (a excepción del gerente) Me cuidaron la mochila desde las 12 pm (check out) hasta las 20:00 pm que la recogí, pero se ve que les molestaba también porque por la tarde ya me escribieron al WhatsApp que fuera a por ella, una mochila que dejé en una habitación vacía y vigilada por cámaras de seguridad.

El gerente. Me habló de forma desagradable varias veces y en días diferentes, bastante arrogante. No le gustó que lavase mi ropa (4 camisetas y ropa interior) utilizando el detergente que tenía para los platos, yo me apaño así. Las paredes son de papel, dormí en una habitación individual y se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que ocurría en las habitaciones contiguas. No me cambiaron las sábanas en 5 días de estancia. Irrespetuoso al preguntar cualquier cosa, cero tacto con el cliente. La habitación cuesta casi 20€ por noche, el colchón está sobre el suelo y en el espacio de suelo que queda libre cabe la mochila con suerte, muy pequeña, sensación de estar en una celda.

窓のない部屋は狭くて閉塞感がありました。

- it was good located and there was kind of a rooftop - staff was friendly in general - there was a water dispenser

- rooms were tiny (it was almost not possible to walking in there) - beds not really comfy and wobbly (the metal-bedframe) - showers and toilets weren’t that clean - not really a common area there - there was a strange atmosphere and also some strange people around

Best hostel! If you are looking for a quiet, clean, and perfect location close to everything this is it. Exceptionally clean, Highly recommend!

Very near to public transport (Monorail & MRT), restaurants & cafes (along Jalan Bukit Bintang & Jalan Alor), shopping malls (Lot 10, Fahrenheit, Pavilion, TRX, Berjaya Times Square & Lalaport BBCC), & Lowyatt ICT Mall. Hot & cold water dispenser, fridge & a locker was provided for our use.

The place was pretty clean, especially considering how small it is. The staff, especially the guys who spoke little English, I kinda think they are not Malaysians... I could be wrong though! If you like quiet places with mature people, you'll find them here. I saw old men and younger people, which is a plus for older folks who might want to connect with people their own age.

I booked a single room because the dorms were full, and it only has a single mattress that's super close to the floor.it was very uncomfortable , I could barely move in there, it's so tiny and has no window. I booked two days and instantly regretted it once I saw how small it was. check out the pics and pay attention.... The place is super small, and when I was there, there were quite a few guests. The common area where people sit on bar stools is an arm's length from the sink. The showers are so tiny there's no room to put a sink inside the bathroom. The wall between my room and my neighbor was thin, so I had to be mindful not to hit it by mistake, making noise for my neighbor. I honestly don't recommend the single room. It's not worth it. I suspect dorms are even better, and you'll pay less.

Location is the big win for this hostel - right in the centre close to stations, restaurants and shops. The rooms are very small but as a budget option they did the job. No controlled AC in rooms but there is a vent which did keep it at a good temperature as it’s linked to the hallway AC.

Shared showers/toilets need more attention, toilet paper wasn’t refilled in one of the toilets the entire time we were staying here.

Th staff was welcoming and friendly so I felt at ease. Right next to MRT Bukit Bintang Exit C so easy to get around. Of course it's in Bukit Bintang so you'll be spoiled for food. 7-Eleven downstairs.

The water dispenser in the pantry could be put down on the floor instead on the table, it's quite hard to measure your drinks when you can't see (and I'm short). No stairs.

Very near Mrt station.. Clean n cozy... I will come back when visit KL 💯😁

I think it's worth of money If you are looking for cheaper and comfortable place to stay...overall it's a pleasant place because it's in the centre of city and public transportation was easy to access too

The room is quite small and I hope the locker is located in the room to keep your valuable stuff...you don't need to go outside to take your stuff..

Location is good, but no lift.

You need to go up 3 flights of stairs as there is no lift. I had two suitcases so this was a struggle. Shared dormitory rooms as standard meant little privacy.

Nice comfy place in the city centre. Ming manager played for me nice nice music and he was kind to me.

The receptionist Mr Luqman was the highlight of the stay, he is very friendly and helps me through out my stay. His willingness to go extra miles in making sure the customer felt welcome and getting some local area knowledge is commendable. The facilities and cleanliness of the place is another level too. It is definitely not like a typical rundown hostel in Malaysia. This place is well designed and super comfortable, location is a big plus being in the heart of the action of KL city centre.

Location is in the center activity. It's easy to get everywhere. Stuff was polite and friendly. It's a very clean place.

Only small place for meal or connection with someone.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I said I hadn’t seen how 10-cent coin looks like, the front desk guy gave me two as a gift; my iPhone was not working, one staff showed me the Apple Store nearby, the other one Ali searched solution on YouTube and helped me fix it. Such nice people, I’ll stay there again when I’m back.

Most affordable private room in KL and staff were very helpful. Offering local recommendations and assistance if asked. Popular/delicious roti place outside was perfect for breakfast.

An issue with running water early in the morning, but I have experienced at other hostels in KL, so it’s fairly common.

cheap with a bit privacy

the single room is one and a half bed size. have "centralize" air cond which sucks cold air from outside into the room. but it helps to block other noise. without it u can hear even footsteps. oya, shared bathroom...bed needs to change.

This place is fabulous, friendly, clean, safe and perfectly functional. Stayed previously in many places in KL, this one was about the best, as it was quiet, nobody shouting or disturbing others (a very common problem these days everywhere, KL included). Well managed and taken care of by friendly and helpful staff and in superb location. Simply fantastic.
