Escape Penthouse near Blue Mall - 4BR with Private Rooftop & City Views

This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property had no electricity or running water due to a building issue, and the owner failed to inform us in advance. Instead, we were allowed to arrive at night to a completely unlivable situation. We had children with us and had to climb seven stories without any utilities, which made things even more difficult. Since we arrived late, finding alternative accommodation was not an option. As a result, we had to cancel all our plans because we couldn’t even do basic things like shower. To make matters worse, the only time the building’s generator turned on, it was unbearably loud, making it impossible to rest. On top of that, the overall condition of the property was very poor. The decoration was outdated, worn, and felt neglected. The bedrooms had no proper curtains, so sunlight came in immediately at sunrise, making it difficult to rest. What made this experience even worse was the lack of support. We feel completely let down—not only by the owner, but also by the platform, as we were not adequately protected in this situation. The entire experience felt misleading and deeply frustrating. I will never stay at this property again, and after this experience, I will not be using this booking platform in the future. This situation has completely broken my trust.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Escape. The location was perfect—close to the mall, restaurants, and everything we needed, which made traveling around so easy and convenient. The space itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Escape to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a perfect location.

Great property location, you can walk to a lot of restaurants , big malls. This property is at a very safe location in Santo Domingo. It’s at a very luxury building. The property is two floors with a nice rooftop. You can grill and have great experience with friends. The rooftop is the place to be, you can have an amazing time. Overall we had a great time at this place.

The WiFi network is only available in one area. Of the property. WiFi needs improvements.
