Spacious bedroom and bathroom. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. Check in was quick and easy and they gave my son a colouring in book which was great.

La ubicacion y el servicio. Nos ayudaron con un malentendido sobre el número de camas y nos dieron un apartamento más amplio por el mismo precio.

El olor del baño. Subía por las tuberías una pestilencia muy desagradable, a pesar de que el baño estaba razonablemente limpio.

Het appartement was lekker ruim. We hadden de 3-kamerappartement met 3 grote 2-persoonsbedden. De bank in de huiskamer bood ook extra slaapplek. Het appartement was precies wat je ook op de foto’s ziet. Prima verblijf voor 6 personen. Ook fijn dat er wasmachine/droger staan. De basics zoals drinkwater, afwasmiddel, waspoeder, douchegel etc waren aanwezig. Klein gebaar maar juist dat maakt het verschil! De ruimte was schoon, wat wij heel belangrijk vonden. Locatie is prima, je zit in D4 maar het grenst tegen D1 aan. Met een Grab (30-50k) ben je zo in het centrum. De buurt is levendig met veel restaurants, cafe’s en winkels op loopafstand. Ook fijn dat beneden bij het complex een supermarkt en Highland zitten! De host was ook top! Contact was duidelijk. Ze stond klaar om ons op te vangen en heeft veel tips. We moesten later uitchecken vanwege verlate vlucht en onze gastvrouw Thao heeft dit super opgelost 🙏🏼. Super service!

Minimaal. We hebben niet gekookt, maar als je dat wil doen is de uitzet wel basaal. Zwembad is vooral functioneel, om af te koelen, niet om gezellig te hangen maar dat zie je ook op de foto.

L’host presenta l’appartamento per 6 ospiti (noi eravamo 6) ma in realtà i letti sono 4 (due matrimoniali, non specificato in booking). L’host si è giustificato dicendo che la capienza è di 6 persone che possono stare nella casa, in realtà tutto è per 4 (asciugamani, sedie, bicchieri ecc.)così ci siamo ritrovate a dormire su un materasso di fortuna a terra. Molto difficile la comunicazione con l’host che parla poco inglese, abbiamo comunicato tramite traduttore e abbiamo atteso diverso tempo nella hall del palazzo nonostante avessimo comunicato l’orario di arrivo. Pessimo!!

Contacts hyper difficile avec le personnel de l’accueil. Juste une seule personne nous a aidé (la personne dont le numéro finissait par 7098)…Nous étions 5 dans l’appartement et il manquait des fournitures, juste assez pour 4. Cette personne m’a donné ce qu’il me manquait le lendemain lorsqu’il travaillait. Les autres membres de l’établissement (dont une jeune dame) n’ont rien fait pour nous. Personne non plus pour le Check-out à 7h du matin, j’ai dû payer au service de sécurité en prenant des photos de la transaction…

we were completely happy with our stay, we have stayed with you before, the location is ideal. The room was beautifully finished. The shower was spacious. The bathroom was beautifully finished. It was the nicest room I've stayed in in a long time.

The kitchen was functional but the equipment was basic, and the pool closes for a period in the middle of the day which was inconvenient. The location requires a taxi ride to visit the centre of town, otherwise it's a long, hot walk. From the reviews I'd expected it to be in a more inviting neighbourhood.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It was also very spacious. The manager/owner is very organized and attentive to the needs and requests of those who stay at his apartments. It was wonderful to have a swimming pool available after a long day of travel. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and learning a little more the lives and livelihoods of the people who lived in the area.

L' appartamento è spazioso e in una zona molto comoda. Con Grab in poco tempo si raggiungono le zone di interesse di Ho Chi Minh.

Conveinantly located right in the city centre. Modern but quirky and a very nice atmosphere! Excellent location for bars. Check in was so easy. Rooms were clean and comfy Would defo return for a girly trip in herre.

Relatively new apartment. Bedding and chairs were clean. Aircon, fridge, washer dryers were in very good condition. Kitchen was a full operating condition. Good well stocked minimart directly below makes it nice for 5 to 7 day stay. Check in process simple. Location is good between old District 1 and newer District 7, but you must take taxis to and fro.

Small improvement by simply making complete proper set of plates cups cutlery.

Căn hộ rất rộng, view đẹp và đầy đủ tiện nghi, có máy giặt sấy, TV, giường rất êm. Bên dưới toà nhà có siêu thị mini rất tiện lợi. Chị Thuỷ chủ nhà rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình.

The staff were pleasant and efficient. Property was in a great location We arrived early but were given a room immediately! The bed sheets were very clean, looked new. Overall we had a great stay.

It was big and spacious and had a small shop and a highlands coffee shop just underneath for a quick stop before we went travelling.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war sehr schlecht. Bei einer Selbstversorgung ist die Ausstattung der Küche sehr karg.

Das Appartment-Haus ist sehr modern und sehr sicher! Im Pool lässt sich wunderbar Schwimmen. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr modern. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig.

Das Appartment und die Aussicht ist nicht wie auf den Bildern. Es gibt keinerlei Grundausstattung (Waschmittel, Salz,...), außer Trinkwasser für 3 Tage.

Our host was so accommodating and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and looking after us! The apartments were comfortable and the gym and pool were both great. The location is away from the tourists but still near enough to Grab everywhere easily. We found lots of great local places to grab food and coffee.

There are quite a few rules around using the pool and the pool is by the road so it’s quite noisy. A great place for swimming but not really a spot for relaxing.

The ‘compound’ was so far from Mui Ne, requiring 10 to 15 minute taxi rides to do anything of interest. The buildings inside the compound were still under construction. 75% of the shop spaces were completely empty or closed. The staff seemed disjointed and confused by how things were running and therefore could be quite unhelpful. We felt stuck, with nothing cultural on offer.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr angenehm und bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool. Die Stadt selbst war etwas enttäuschend und konnte mit anderen Orten in Vietnam nicht ganz mithalten. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem lokalen Viertel, in dem wir die Menschen stets als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt haben.

Minuspunkte, da die Matratzen für meine Gruppe und mich zu hart waren.
