Personale gentile e disponibile! Che dire?? Consigliatissimo! Torneremo!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Was taking a Viking Cruise the next day, very easy to leave the train station, seemed about 1 block distance to Laguna Blu and leaving the next morning the well supplied taxi stand made for easy transport to the ship with no prearranging, just walked the one block back to train station. The greeting was friendly and smooth, the room large and bright and spotless, the hostess offered to send someone to take my suitcase down the stairs at departure, was close to everything you might need. Coffee maker in lobby outside the room made great coffee and was well supplied.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026It is close to the train station and the accommodation is clean.
The host told me that parking was 10 euros for 24 hours, but if you stay past midnight, it is calculated as two days and costs 20 euros. Who checks out of a hotel before midnight on the same day? Don't be fooled. Also, they do not provide the location of the accommodation before check-in. They only sent the location and check-in instructions at a whopping 4:15 PM. I wandered around trying to find the hotel, and you will likely wander around for quite a while too.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026One overnight stay arrived late outside check in time but everything arranged and worked smoothly. Very clean!! Didnt meet any staff. Parking near bye quite expensive 22 euro per night but thats the way it is not the hotels fault but if staying for a week or more would need to be considered. Ate nearby in a small local bar, was nice. We would stay there again as we often go to Venice Lido by car from Germany after work and like to break the journey in Maestre, not least to shop the next day particularly if staying for a week or more.
Again not the hiotels fault but parking is an issue but its fine if just a night or two.

Reviewed May 23, 2026We chose the property because of its convenient location, just a short walk towards Venezia Mestre station, restaurants , stores, laundry and other travel necessities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property staff was very courteous and helpful. Checking in was easy even without the staff's assistance.
1. Property is at the 2nd floor and has no elevator so you have to drag your luggages on a quite steep stairway. 2. Shower cubicle was too small (as most in europe) and you most likely hit the shower handle and switch the shower to either too cold or too hot unintentionally.
