Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff. Almost facilities are setting well. I loved the space in each room. Besides it was in a good location and the receptionist was helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel before & it never disappoints Really nice large room. Good location for city centre and northern quarter. Nice hotel to stay with friendly staff, definitely stay again.

Room looked clean,toilets were also clean,staffs were good ,showed us the rooms before check in,location os also good

Even though the room was clean there were some cockroaches in the room , also the room was very small and did not have windows,but when i asked the receptionist for another room which was smaller but had a glass window she let me accommodate that.

Very poor air conditioning, couldn’t sleep due to the bright light beaming into the room, 1 staff lady was difficult to deal with.

Tiện đi lại ăn uống mua sắm. Nhân viên hỗ trợ trong quá trình ở và check-out gửi đồ rất cẩn thận và lịch sự. Phòng ở khá dễ chịu hợp mấy bạn trẻ trung thích lấp lánh đèn màu.

Có lựa chọn phòng nhưng ảnh minh hoạ trên app từng hạng giá và phòng ở tương ứng không có nên đến check in r vào ở luôn. Ko có nước lọc và bất tiện khu tắm rửa treo đồ. Phòng ko có ánh sáng bên ngoài do kính mờ hết cả rồi ko nhìn thấy sáng hay đêm :( . Nếu thiết kế basic đầy đủ thì 10/10

Room was clean, big and comfortable. Location was excellent with the walkway to the centre. The hotel lobby was gorgeous, clean and very welcoming. I would definitely stay as this hotel again.

We had an ant infestation in our room and staff didn’t do much to help. Just a bit of bug spray but it didn’t make a difference

The location of the hotel is just perfect in Ho Chi Minh, the rooms are clean and comfy as they have a variety of choices for the spaces and types.

Bugs and cockroaches in my room, lube, vibrators and condoms in my room for just me staying. Key card didn’t work and I had to go back downstairs 3 times in order for them to come change the door batteries which took half an hour because the “maintenance lady” was using the wrong screwdriver

This is a hotel by the hour. It's worth remembering that. 😉 The lack of windows is very disappointing.

The staff were very enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The room wasn't very soundproof, which I thought was a bit interesting, considering it's a hotel for couples.

Nous avons demandé à prolonger notre séjour et les réceptionniste se sont trompés. Ensuite ils ont fait des erreurs. Ils nous ont réveillé toutes les deux heures pour nous dire que la chambre n’était plus disponible alors que nous avons fait le nécessaire. Ensuite ils nous ont fait payer une amende à son était resté trop longtemps dans la chambre, alors que nous avons bien régler tout ce que nous devions. Ils ont dit qu’ils allaient appeler la police. Si nous payons pas cette amende, et comme nous n’avons pas le temps, nous avons dû nous exécuter. Ce n’était pas très honnête. Ils ont dit qu’ils allaient appeler la police. Although it's a love hotel, I didn't come across any "couples".

The hotel is clearly a hotel for people who want have “fun” shall we say . I was kept up all night for over 3-4 weeks of my stay till 3 am by people next door shouting screaming , I think it’s Also used by women to work. One girl was crying and screaming for 3 days, I reported it . The damp smell in the room was awful. There are no windows in the main rooms just black walls, and the showers are wet rooms no ventilation. Rooms so thin walls I could hear a whole movie at one point . Even smell the cigarette smoke from the next room as much as it’s meant to be non smoking, it’s great for couples and “working” women but definitely felt claustrophobic and the damp smells are awful. Be prepared to hear a lot of noise from couples! It was an interesting experience! Other than that it’s cheap and cheerful

We were a bit sceptical about the hotel because it’s a love hotel and we went as friends. But honestly had a best experience, it was clean, comfy, super affordable and a great location. Staff were nice, 10/10 experience. We actually booked on for an extra night in their sister venue because it was so good.
