Sjovt sted midt ude i junglen. Vi havde et trætop-hus og et værelse med terrasse. Der er aber og elefanter lige i nærheden men man er i sikkerhed. Man kan bade både i deres store pool og i den lille flod som er dejlig kølig. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækker og personalet søde, ikke ret gode til engelsk men venlige og imødekommende. Klart anbefalesværdigt!

Sembra di stare su una casa sull albero!! Immersa in un giardino rigoglioso con piscina, accanto a un fiume. Il ristorante era buono con varia scelta, la colazione viene servita accanto al fiume abbastanza varia La camera dotata di tutto è confortevole anche se ha veramente poche prese di corrente e scomode da raggiungere rispetto al letto. Il personale molto disponibile

Il bagno, abbastanza spartano.. Il personale è un po' distratto e poco organizzato!! ( Es: Portano l acqua ma non i bicchieri che abbiamo dovuto chiedere a più volte)

Really comfy bed and spacious room, great pool area, lovely views by the river while we ate our (included) breakfast. Staff were really great and helped us sort tuktuks etc.

This is such an incredible place! We stayed in the treehouse and it was so peaceful. Monkeys playing in the trees in the mornings and in the river in the afternoon, as well as palm squirrels, and water monitors 🤩 The bed was super comfy and the room had all the space to we needed. It was so quiet at night but the perfect location for getting to restaurants and shops when needed, just a few minutes away. Mali was so helpful with everything, always available when we had questions and offering a laundry service too. We had use of next doors pool which was an amazing extra bonus after an early morning walk up Sigiriya Rock 💕 Thank you so much, we loved it!

Everything was perfect!

Ein Baumhaus im Dschungel mit allem was dazu gehört. Wirkliche Holzplanken als Boden, ein Bad, wo gerne mal der ein oder andere Gecko zu Gast ist und ein Ausblick direkt in die Natur. Für alle die auf etwas Komfort verzichten können, wirklich eine coole Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Auch er Pool war super.

Ventilator war sehr laut nachts und alles war zu zweit recht eng. Ich hätte mir zudem gewünscht, die Tür sicherer abschließen zu können.

Chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. La famille est très disponible, sympathique et aident à organiser les trajets (un trajet en taxi vers Nuwara Eliya à un prix très compétitif).

L’équipe est adorable et très serviable , ils m’ont mis tout de suite à l’aise ! Le cadre est très dépaysant , niché au milieu de la jungle on déconnecte complètement tout en restant proche de la vie nocturne et des activités incontournables de la région ! Je vous conseille de ne pas réserver vos activités sur les sites get your guide , de grosses arnaques les prix sont 10 fois plus chers , passez plutôt par le patron de l’hôtel qui saura vous conseiller au mieux !

El alojamiento está encima de un río y eso hace que se sienta mucha paz. La zona es muy bonita y se siente muy rural y que estás entre la naturaleza. Si quieres una experiencia diferente , la recomiendo. El personal muy atentos y el desayuno estaba increíble.

Los ventiladores no eran muy buenos y a veces pasamos un poco de calor, por la noche bajan las temperaturas entonces no está tan mal. El sitio es muy rural ósea que si no te gustan los bichos, insectos o otros animales no te recomiendo venir aquí.

Hotel excepcional. Tuvimos un problema con nuestro tuk tuk, y el dueño nos ayudó durante toda la estancia para solucionarlo. La piscina esta genial. Atención inmejorable

Beaucoup de bruit la nuit

El alojamiento se encuentra en buena ubicación para dirigirte a los puntos turísticos de la zona. La habitación disponía de AC, estaba limpia y ordenada, además la cama era muy grande y muy cómoda, dormimos genial. El desayuno era completo y rico. Dispone de piscina por lo que es genial. Los anfitriones muy agradables y dispuestos.

Tiene algo de dificultad encontrarlo pues los carteles no son claros.

Geen plek voor luxe poezen! Dit verblijf is enorm eenvoudig, maar heeft heel veel charme. Het was schoon en de matrassen lagen prima. Fijne, schone handdoeken en midden in de natuur. Je moet er wel van houden. Je komt beneden eerst door de open badkamer en gaat met een stijle trap naar boven. Naar de wc gaan is dus een soort familieaangelegenheid. Meer dan dat, want je kan er gerust kikkertjes tegenkomen. In de ochtend keken we uit op aapjes op het dak van het verblijf naast ons.

In de avond moet je oppassen voor olifanten en kan je niet zomaar naar het dorpje lopen. Dat is overal in Sigiriya. Het is sowieso fijn om aan te komen wanneer het nog licht is, dan leer je de geluiden kennen. Het waaide hard en dan bonken de takken af en toe tegen het dak aan.

L'endroit est magnifique : nous étions dans une chambre assez basique mais très propre, climatisée et litterie confortable mais il existe de superbes cabanes qui surplombent la rivières. Prachtige plek aan een riviertje midden in de jungle. Mooi ingerichte boomhutten met goede bedden. Er worden nieuwe hutten en kamers bijgebouwd en het prachtige zwembad staat nog niet op de website maar voegt veel toe. Fijne bar (met tv: wij waren er tijdens wk voetbal) waar je ook lekker kunt eten.

Il posto migliore in cui sono stata in Sri Lanka. Casetta immersa nella natura, vista scimmie! Locali puliti e accoglienti, colazione buona. Gestore disponibile, sempre presente senza risultare invadente. Assolutamente consigliato

L'unica cosa che consiglio è di pulire meglio la piscina e i materassini dei lettini.

Μια μαγική εμπειρία μέσα στη φύση της Sigiriya! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε τέλειο σημείο, χωμένο μέσα στα δέντρα, προσφέροντας απόλυτη ηρεμία και μερικές φορές την ευχάριστη παρέα από μαϊμούδες! Το αγαπημένο μου σημείο ήταν το υπέροχο μπαλκονάκι, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση μετά από τις εξορμήσεις και τις δραστηριότητες της ημέρας. Η οικογένεια που το διαχειρίζεται είναι τρομερή, εξαιρετικά ευγενική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Το πρωινό τους ήταν απολαυστικό, σπιτικό και νόστιμο, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Αν ξαναβρεθώ στη Sigiriya, σίγουρα θα επέλεγα ξανά το ίδιο κατάλυμα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Unser Aufenthalt hier war ein wunderbarer Einstieg in unsere Reise. Die Familie ist unheimlich nett, insgesamt sind die Menschen im Ort alle extrem freundlich. Das Essen am Pool im kooperierten Hotel nebenan ist gut und der Pool eine schöne Erfrischung und Abwechslung. Man ist aber auch in wenigen Minuten an den Restaurants im Ort. Der Flughafentransfer war gut organisiert, wenn auch nicht gerade günstig.

Nichts, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Commander son repas 2h à l’avance pour ne pas patienter plus d’une heure à table( tout est cuisiné sur le moment). Logement sommaire mais suffisant, au cœur de la nature.

Coolest place to stay in Sigiriya, a jungle by a river, so much wildlife, amazing food, big rooms and the most helpful and friendly staff ever. The pool is very much needed after a hot morning and or afternoon.

Heel leuke plek! Lekker ontbijt en leuk personeel!

Onze badkamer had een raam waar van alles doorheen kon kruipen. Ons advies is om hier een muggen net te spannen. Ook vond ik het jammer als natuur liefhebber dat een vrouw des huizes haar was met chemische middelen in de rivier aan het doen was.

Lieve mensen en heerlijk ontbijt. We zaten in het palenhuis wat duidelijk zelf gemaakt was. Verwacht dus ook wat dieren binnen; een kikker op de lamp, gekko’s in de douche en ‘‘s nachts werd een zak chips naast mij opgepeuzeld door een eekhoorn. Als je daar om kunt lachen: fantastische plek! We hebben zeker ook genoten van het zwembad.

Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur aan een mooi riviertje waar de visjes aan je voeten knabbelen terwijl de aapjes langs slingeren. Heerlijk zwembadje erbij in een prachtige tuin waar de mooiste vogels voorbij komen. Paradijsje.

De doucheruimte is niet handig ingedeeld, je hebt links de wc, in het midden de douche en rechts de wasbak. Na het douchen is alles nat.

We absolutely loved our time here, it’s great value for money. The hosts were so helpful with organising transfers, activities and giving advice. I lost my passport and they spent hours helping me find it and even took me to collect it from the police. We stayed for 5 nights and could have easily stayed longer, it’s so relaxing chilling by the pool or river. I highly recommend this place! Wait until you arrive and they help you arrange everything!

A shelf and some hooks to hang clothes would be a nice extra.

Hele fijne rustige plek. Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. In de ochtend kun je genieten van en heerlijk ontbijt. Er is een heerlijk zwembadje aanwezig, maar je kan ook verkoeling zoeken in het stromende riviertje. Voor dag activiteten kregen wij ook goeie tips. De eigenaar heeft ons ook naar de volgende locatie gebracht. Zeker een aanrader. Ik hoop hier nog een keer terug te komen

Erg mooie locatie met super vriendelijke mensen. Het is een boomhut dus er zijn wat kieren maar wij hebben daar geen last van gehad. Lekker zwembadje erbij en vlak langs de rivier.

Cet endroit est un véritable petit paradis: il est au calme en retrait de la route au bord de la rivière mais tout de même accessible à pieds très facilement. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et on y trouve tout confort. On a été très triste de partir.

The natural setting of this property was a highlight for us. The Creek that runs through the property provides a tranquil setting, the perfect place for morning breakfast and some downtime. The sounds of elephants at night was also very unique that added to the experience. The owners of the property are absolutely delightful and make you feel very welcome.

The stairs are a little steep.

Las casitas en el árbol están geniales. Experiencia totalmente recomendada, sobre todo para parejas. El entorno es idílico, hay un río al lado y también disponen de piscina. Los trabajadores fueron muy amables durante toda nuestra estancia y la verdad que en general todo fue muy positivo. Cama cómoda. Desayuno sencillo pero bueno.

El baño no tenía puerta (esta en el piso de abajo de la casita, por lo que tienes cierta privacidad, pero una puerta sería preferible)

La chambre est très propre avec clim. On a eu un petit déjeuner très copieux avec vue sur la rivière. On recommande le restaurant accessible par un petit chemin depuis le logement. Le logement est bien placé dans Sigiriya à quelques minutes en Tuktuk des centres d’intérêts de la ville.

The property is very well maintained and the host was very kind. The location by the flowing stream is a fantastic place to chill out or have your breakfast.

L’emplacement : à l’écart de la grande route, au bord d’une rivière, mais à pied la route avec tous les restaurants est facile d’accès. Le rocher du lion très proche. Le petit déjeuner : le meilleur de notre voyage au Sri Lanka. Le couple qui tient l’hôtel : ils sont juste adorables, très aidants et avec bcp de bons conseils. La piscine est très sympa aussi La literie : lit très confortable, oreiller un peu épais mais ok. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement La terrasse accessible depuis la chambre est très charmante. Il y a également un espace à l’étage près de la chambre disponible (pour faire des séances de sport par exemple) Nous avons adoré nos 2 nuits dans cet hébergement

Unieke ervaring om hier te overnachten op een prachtig plekje in de natuur. Ontzettend lieve mensen die het runnen. De boomhut is basic maar dat vonden wij niet erg. De badkamer is beneden en de wc deel je met een kikkerfamilie. Piepkleine kikkertjes die zich verschuilen onder de wcbril. De locatie is mooi, aan een snelstromend riviertje waar je in kunt afkoelen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Wij hebben de zon zien opkomen vanaf de Pidurangala, dat was een mooie ervaring. We zijn ook naar de grottempel met heel veel Boeddha's, interessant en mooi. Er was geen waterkoker in de kamer maar bij navraag werd die meteen gebracht. Voor 2 nachten vonden we dit een fantastisch verblijf!

De ventilator koelt de kamer net niet genoeg af, wij vonden het net even te warm in de kamer.

Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber, durften im Pool vom Bruder baden und bei Privatfeier mitfeiern. Wer in der Natur authentisch Urlaub machen will ist hier goldrichtig.

Les petites grenouilles dans les toilettes ;) mais c’était le charme du lieu. Pas un problème du tout !

Logement très agréable, très bons petits déjeuners et localisation au top. Une petite rivière entourée d’arbres coule juste à côté, on peut observer oiseaux, singes et varans malais en prenant le petit déjeuner (qui est délicieux). Possibilité de faire une machine sur place très pratique!

Dormir dans une cabane et voir les singes dans les arbres Bon petit-déjeuner et des hôtes très sympathiques.

Très chaud l'après-midi mais cela allait pour la nuit !

Une expérience unique dans la cabane dans les arbres. Les singes vous disent bonjour le matin dans les arbres juste devant. Les oiseaux, les écureuils font partis du décor. Literie confortable. Pas de Clim mais il y a un ventilo. La salle de bain est sommaire mais ça le fait. Petit-déjeuner au top, un délice. Il est possible de manger au petit resto juste à côté. On y mange très bien et pas cher. Les fruits juice sont extras. La rivière est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Ils ont organisés le trajet de Sigiriya jusqu’à Kandy à un tarif très correct. On gardera un très beau souvenir de ce lieu et de Sigiriya.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door een super vriendelijke familie. Ontbijt was erg lekker, vooral de verse sapjes! Ook fijn dat ze leuke zitjes hebben beneden aan de rivier.

Er lopen wat mieren in de badkamer maar dit stoorde ons niet

Ciekawy domek położony w fajnej dzisiaj okolicy, przy rzece. Bardzo fajni właściciele i dobre śniadanie. Wieczorem latały świetliki, przyszły nawet małpy, a w rzece kąpały się warany.

Karaluch w łazience.

Ubytování na stromě s kulisou tekoucí řeky je nádherné a majitelé jsou velmi milí a ochotní. Doporučuji navštívit a přespat.

De boomhut is echt leuk ingericht. Leuk terras en balkon en je kijkt zo de natuur in.

De badkamer viel wat tegen. Kraan van de wastafel geeft weinig en sproeierig water en wat je hebt loopt niet weg. Vloer van de douche mag geverfd worden. WC pot lekt en was helemaal niet schoon.

All'interno della stanza c'era un forte odore di vernice che ci ha costretto a dormire con la porta aperta.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. It was amazing to sit overlooking the river at breakfast. Close to the Lion Rock - the owners also helped arrange tuk tuk, and taxi service from Negombo. Breakfast was great!

The hut is very beautiful, the surroundings are stunning and the couple that runs the place is simply wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. There are some good dinner options within walking distance.

Un posto davvero immerso nella natura. Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Di fronte alla struttura scorre un fiume, e il suo rumore costante crea un’atmosfera rilassante che aiuta molto a conciliare il sonno. L’ospitalità è stata eccellente, il nostro host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ha persino fatto da driver per un’intera giornata, fermandosi in diverse tappe lungo il percorso e permettendoci di vivere esperienze davvero belle e autentiche. Un soggiorno che consigliamo sicuramente! Grazie 🙏
