Bedsheets and pillow were very dirty, u can see it was stained and also not "white" anymore. Lift, open and close multiple times. The aircond panas.

The lift on the right side every time we use it, is unoprerational. Can't close the lift door and take us to our floor. Water pressure is weak. Aircon is also weak.

i just love the quiet environment & the location is very strategic because i only need to go down if i want to eat.

not very soundproof because i still can hear people talking, the lift sounds scary (because of the door).

The hotel prepares for 2 cups and kettle but no water bottle not even water dispenser outside the room.

A stones throw to imago. Room is spacious.

Motorbikes can be noisy, the toilet sewage stinks. Please look into that. The signage to this hotel seems like it wants to be as hidden as possible. So small, and not even facing the road. When grabcar drop us off its hardly visible.

Convenient location between the airport and city. Helpful as we were picking up a car from indigo the next day.

The bathroom was dirty and general security is lacking. Anyone could come in off the street and enter the lift to each floor.

The reception is not available 24hours. During my stay, my room key was unaccidentally left inside the room in the morning around 7am. I was stucked outside and have to wait for the reception start their shift at 9am.

The room looked exactly like in the photos, the Wi-Fi worked well and there was an ironing board available on the floor. The shower was ok. The location is definitely the biggest plus - close to a mall, small restaurants, convenience stores, and laundromats.

The cleanliness was disappointing... There was dust in the corners, suggesting the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, and I also noticed a few stains on the bedsheets. I only stayed a couple of days and on the day I checked out, my skin started feeling very itchy. I later discovered I had multiple bed bug bites on my legs and arms. Really disappointing experience overall...

We were given rooms at level 5. The issue is more towards the use of the elevators. It's hot and the door sometimes trouble to close. All 4 of us entered from Basement and the door wouldn't close until one of us got out. And then, from level 5, the doors just wouldn't close until all of us got out and it closed by itself. Once, the staff mentioned that the issue only happens for level 5, but hmm not logical? idk. We hope they can improve on the elevators. Thank you.

the location is the best. very convenient. I can shopping at imago and directly rest at the hotel afterward.

I didnt like the room that we stay only have 1 mirror it is in the toilet. the room also not soundproof. I can hear someone from other room plugged in socket and I can hear people outside and for sure they can hear my voice.

Location. Near to imago, can walk less than 5 mins. Convenient stores like 7 eleven. Kalau pasal noise tu, sy tdk rasa menganggu pun. (Mgkin sbb sy tidur mati kali 😅)

Terbaik dekat dengan mall imago dan tempat parking yang selamat.

Good location and affordable

They ask me to cancel the booking before we check due to water shortage in those area. They also promise to free refund all the money. But after request cancel from booking.com they not refund the money after a month in waiting.
