Riad Les Suites Marrakech

L’emplacement est correct. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de la place centrale.

La piscine était sale, le petit déjeuner médiocre avec un vulgaire pot de pâte à tartiner posé sur la table, le thé était froid. La porte extérieur du frigo était sale. La porte de ma chambre ne fermait par à clé. La salle de bain était inondé d’eau après chaque douche. J’ai fais 4 Riad à Marrakech durant mon séjour. Ce Riad est le pire que j’ai fais. Le prix est exorbitant pour les prestations. La personne qui gère le Riad feint de ne pas comprendre les problématiques soulevées (piscine sale, porte de chambre qui ne ferme pas). Je vous déconseille ce Riad

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable ! Le lieu est très agréable, calme et parfaitement adapté pour profiter de Marrakech. Mais surtout, un immense merci à notre hôte qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité exceptionnelles. Il a toujours été disponible, attentionné et aux petits soins pour nous. On s’est vraiment sentis accueillis et comme à la maison. Une très belle rencontre qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable.

Honnêtement, nous n’avons rien à redire sur notre séjour. Tout s’est très bien passé et nous avons été plus que satisfaits de notre expérience.

La struttura é in una buona posizione, a piedi si arriva facilmente ovunque, sicura, sempre pulita e ben curata. Gli spazi comuni sono eccellenti, moderni e tenuti bene. La colazione davvero buona, abbondante e curata al minimo dettaglio. Per quanto riguarda il responsabile é una persona fantastica, sempre disponibile, premuroso e gentile. La consiglio davvero a tutti se volete vivere una bella esperienza qui, partendo dal vostro soggiorno. Rapporto qualità-presto 🔝🔝

Chambre en sous sol avec une minuscule fenêtre humidité totale dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Linge de lit sale et taché. Rabié est un membre du personnel sympathique mais qui connaît bien l’état du logement il était contient et nous a remboursé une partie du voyage. Emplacement mauvais rue sale et vide. Je ne vous conseille pas ce logement. La propriétaire vit sur place que ce que nous avons compris dans l’une des chambres ( à l’étage bien lumineuse)

Wonderful and helpful host, super clean room and common areas, quiet and peaceful place.

Matress and pillows could be a bit more comfy; the owner of the place is Spanish and I only received communication in Spanish, despite my questions being sent in English.

Très joli riad idéalement situé au cœur de Marrakech dans un endroit calme. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement et avons passé un très agréable séjour ! Les lieux sont fidèles aux photos et le petit bassin est très agréable pour se rafraîchir les jours de forte chaleur. La climatisation dans les chambres est également très appréciable et permet de dormir confortablement. Enfin, très bon petit déjeuner fait maison !

Super séjour, Rabia est une personne incroyable et au petit soin avec ses hôtes.

Muy bien situado, limpio y buenas instalaciones. Muy bien atendidos por el personal. Los espacios comunes especialmente la azotea, súper cómoda y montada con mucho gusto.

Pondría un poco más de ojo en la calidad de los productos del desayuno.

La signora dovrebbe sistemare molte cose a mio avviso , la doccia troppo piccola , la stanza super piccola e i muri pieni di macchie in bagno la doccia dell acqua calda non funziona . La porta della stanza non si chiude a chiave

L'atout principal de ce Riad est Mr Rabi, juste adorable et aux petits soins. L'emplacement est parfait, on a tout fait à pied du Riad. La décoration est de gout, tout est très joli. Vous pouvez arrivé tardivement sans problème juste en prévenant mr Rabi. Le rapport qualité prix reste quand même très bien !

Malheureusement, quelques petits défauts : tout d'abord l'humidité dans la chambre qui était vraiment très désagréable à cause de l'absence de fenêtre dans la salle de bain, avec ça le sol ne séchait pas... Enfin, le petit déjeuner nous été servi vers 9h30 or nous voulions partir plus tot comme notre voyage était court... Cependant c'était très bon. Le ménage pourrait être fait plus en profondeur.

L’établissement est très beau, bien situé et les équipements sont top ! Le responsable de ce riad est exceptionnel, très serviable, à notre écoute et super gentil ! On nous a programmé le transfert de la gare au Riad et du Riad à l’aéroport ! On a pu profiter de la piscine ! C’est un petit Riad donc très intimiste et pas dérangé par énormément de monde. Le Riad est en pleins dans la Medina donc tout est à proximité. Le petit dej est top ! Rien à dire excellent rapport qualité prix 🥇

Rabia est vraiment au petit soin et d’une gentillesse incomparable, il nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a rendu notre séjour au riad très agréable, je recommande sans hésiter, les chambres sont belles et propres le roof top est super pour se détendre et le petit dejeuner délicieux également préparé par Rabia

Rabie war ein wundervoller Gastgeber, er hat sich sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Da wir drei der vier Zimmer gebucht hatten, war es für uns umso familiärer. Die Dachterrasse und auch das gesamte Riad waren sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super für eine Gruppe mit Männern, ohne Männer hätten wir uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Badezimmer könnten etwas sauberer geputzt werden. Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage, was im Sommer zum Problem werden könntr. Die Zahlungsmöglichkeiten sollten bereits vor der Buchung auf der Website aufscheinen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Emplacement au top. Le plus de ce Riad, c'est l'accueil de Rabié qui a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour. Il nous a aussi donné beaucoup de bons conseils pour notre séjour.

Il manque quelques rangements dans la salle de bain.

Ubicación espectacular para conocer la esencia de Marrakech. El trato de Rabie ha sido inmejorable, siempre atento y con una profesionalidad intachable y una educación y respeto exquisitos.

La única pega sería el agua caliente del baño que tardaba en calentar.

Es un sitio acogedor, tiene un desayuno maravilloso y el señor Ramil es maravilloso está pendiente a todo lo que necesites.

Top locatie. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Rabie is een fantastische host die je overal graag mee helpt. Lekker ontbijt elke ochtend.

Destaco la disponibilidad del personal en todo momento y su amabilidad y cercanía. Estuvimos como en casa, súper recomendable! Además la ubicación era la perfecta para poder acceder a todos los sitios a pie.

Rabie, el gerente, fue un encanto con nosotros: educado, servicial y una persona muy muy agradable que hizo que nuestra estancia en la ciudad fuese mucho más cómoda. Sin duda lo recomiendo!! The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. Rabie, the manager, was a delight: polite, helpful, and a very, very nice person who made our stay in the city much more enjoyable. I definitely recommend it!!

The location is pretty good

It’s cheap, looks amazing in the pictures and it’s like that but cheap, the sealings are about to fall, the smell is weird like bathroom everywhere. There’s no hot water on the shower, unless you are the only one in the whole riad having a shower, otherwise is cold Bed a bit uncomfortable, was freezing also in the room You can hear everything on the other side of the door. I think for students is ok, but is not cheap comparing to the million of riads around Medina. The kitchen is super dirty 🥵 so we couldn’t have breakfast there

Desi am gasit putin mai greu locatia, ne-a placut ca ne puteam deplasa usor pe jos. Este destul de centrala locatia. Personalul foarte amabil si primitor.

Camera este putin cam mica..iar baia nu a fost chiar pe placul meu.

Non son solita a far recensioni. Abbiamo pagato le due notti ma la seconda abbiamo preferito cambiar alloggio e perder i soldi del pagamento. La Camera molto sporca fredda e non c’era la possibilità di chiudere la porta a chiave né mentre sei dentro né quando eri in giro che abbandoni la camera. Le foto non sono reali.

El alojamiento era igual a las fotos, limpio y el encargado excelente nos atendió muy bien habla varios idiomas.

Nos encantó el trato que recibimos por parte de Mr. Rabié, siempre facilitándolo todo y muy amable. El sitio muy acogedor y limpio también. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Das beste an diesem Unterkunft ist der Gastgeber! Mr Rabie ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Er hat uns sehr beim später Check-in geholfen (in der Nacht vom Straße abgeholt, da wir an Anfang das Haus nicht gefunden haben, hat mit uns zusammen die Problemen mit Booking geklärt, jeden Morgen uns mit dem leckeren traditionellen marokkanischem Frühstück begrüßt! Gab auch viele gute Empfehlungen fir den Stadtspaziergang sowie die Ausflüge nach Sahara usw. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, ca 7 min zu Fuß vom Jamee l Fna durch den Marktstraßen.. alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. War sauber und gemütlich.

The location was great. Close to main square.

The hotel was in a very good location, about a 10‑minute walk from the city center. The building was traditional, with only four rooms and a terrace. Since there were no other guests during our stay, we were completely alone in the hotel. Breakfast was served in the kitchen, but there is only one large table, meaning that all guests would have to eat together if the hotel was full — which is not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite poor: no olives, no cheese, and no black tea. Since bread was missing, we requested additional bread, but we were unexpectedly charged for it. When we were checking out, we asked for the remainder of our money (we paid €200, the actual cost was €197, so €3 should have been refunded). However, the hotel staff refused, claiming he used the money for the extra bread. On the last day, we had agreed on a late check-out. While we were having breakfast, the hotel employee entered our room without permission even though our belongings were still inside. He took the duvet, pillowcases, etc., and left the door open. This was a serious breach of privacy. The room was cold. Even though the air conditioner was on all night, it did not heat the room. The hotel staff gave us a heater, but as soon as we turned it on, the electricity went out. So, we couldn’t use it. Even without the heater, the electricity went out 4–5 times, and since the staff was not always around, we had to either wait for him or try to fix the issue ourselves. Additionally, when we went to the terrace, we noticed a large hole through which anyone could see directly into the bathroom of our room. When we informed the staff, he simply told us that “no one will watch,” attempting to calm us — but the situation was unacceptible.  

Un magnifique séjour dans ce riad ❤️ Personnel vraiment très sympathique et attentif, toujours avec le sourire. La décoration est superbe, pleine de charme et très soignée. L’emplacement est idéal, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

L’emplacement est top, Nadia et ses collègues de travail toujours disponibles et très gentilles. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment conséquent et de qualité.

Cela est tout de même dommage que nos draps et serviettes de bain n’aient pas été changé de la semaine..

The location is actually near the street leading to Jemaa el Fna, and the man in charge with everything, Rabi, is very hospitable and friendly. He can also help with providing different services, like airport transfer. The Riad is nice, quite modern and clean and heated was provided, as it was rather cold outside. The lounge upstairs is great for watching TV in the evening or just hang around, especially if you're travelling with friends. Yeah, we recommend it.😁

The bathroom is small and water doesn't have the pressure we're used to in Europe, but it's not a big inconvenience.

Diese Unterkunft lebt vom Gastgeber vor Ort, Rabi. Er ist sehr kommunikativ und freundlich mit allen Gästen und kümmert sich um jeden Gast individuell. Er sorgt dafür das alles sehr sauber ist , zaubert Frühstück und unterstütz bei Aktivitäten. Er hilft den Gästen wo es nur geht. Er ist die Perle dieses Riad. Es ist ein sehr kleiner Riad, mit 4 Zimmern, daher sehr familiär. Es war auch im Dezember immer angenehm warm in allen Räumen. Es war angenehm ruhig im Haus, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen , ca. 15 min zum großen Platz.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist eher schlicht. Der TV in dem Zimmer funktioniert derzeit nicht, wird auf Smart TV umgestellt, aber es gibt einen großes Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer / TV Raum.

Rabi was excellent and went above and beyond telling us Bout local info etc, and the house was beautiful and you couldn't wish for a better location

Couple little things need taking to make it perfect as in coffee capsules and black tea and milk in the kitchen, TV in the room didn't work and the one upstairs couldn't log onto streaming apps due to very slow Internet other than that the property was perfect

Nous avons été accueillis par Rabie. Un homme avec un cœur immense qui nous a donner de nombreux conseils et informations sur Marrakech. Il nous a préparé le déjeuner (œufs, crêpes, salades de fruits, thé) chaque matin avec beaucoup d’amour. C’était un délice. On s’est vraiment senti comme chez nous du début à la fin! Je recommande vivement cet endroit en plein cœur de la médina. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le cœur de Marrakech. Qui dit au cœur de Marrakech, dit proche de la Mosquée et donc on entend les prières tôt le matin mais on s’y habitue vite (c’est le cas de tous les Riads dans le centre de la Médina)

Si nous devons trouver quelque chose à redire, je dirais : - L’isolation des chambres n’est pas top, la chambre se ferme par une simple porte coulissante et donc on entend quand même le bruit des espaces communs et chambres autour. Ça ne nous a pas empêché cependant de bien nous reposer et de passer un agréable moment dans ce Riad.

Our host Mr Rabi was phenomenal and so kind. He showed us around and was always so helpful. He made the moat delicious breakfasts. Because of him we had a wonderful stay and we would love to come back soon!

We had a room on the ground floor and hence it was not very filled with light, but to be honest, it was in December and it was winter anyways.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour aux Suites à Marrakech. Le riad est magnifique, propre, calme et très bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Un immense merci à Rabie, qui a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : très accueillant, toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à m’aider pour absolument tout (conseils, déplacements, activités, restaurants…). C’est vraiment une très belle personne qui fait toute la différence dans l’expérience. Je me suis senti comme à la maison et en totale confiance. Je recommande ce riad les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Marrakech. Merci encore pour tout 🙏

We loved our stay! The host was so kind, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The riad is beautiful—cosy, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The location couldn’t have been better; we could walk everywhere.

Le Riad est situé dans la médina à l’entrée du souk. La piscine est agréable pour de rafraîchir lors des journées chaudes. Nadia s’est très bien occupées de nous, et a eu des attentions particulières et a été à notre écoute. Nous la remercions particulièrement.

Location was good and it es clean and Nadia was welcoming and served c breakfast

Water pressure was so low you had to run the tap for more than 5 minutes to get a warm shower and even then the pressure would have been greater from a bottle of water with six small Holes in the bottom ! The aircon was controlled by a thermostat in the kitchen with was one flight of stairs away The swimming pool was a plunge pool of 2x2m and the photo made it look as if you could swim. The pool light was not fixed to the wall and looked dangerous the terrace was not very inviting. Bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate with the in folding volet doors Breakfast would have been better if the Moroccan breads had been fresh and not frozen , seeing the fresh bread for sale outside the Riad was mouth watering

Nadia was super friendly and accommodating. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and was a tremendous help booking a taxi when we were leaving.

Nothing - the stay was fabulous!

The Riad has the perfect position if you want to stay very close to the medina and be able to explore the heart of Marrakech. Nadia has been very kind, sweet and accomodating and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, featuring both typical and international breakfast items. The terrasse and the leaving room were the perfect place where we could relax and decompress after a long day of excursions before heading to our evening plans. The riad was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The position was perfect to explore the medina and is also close to one of the roads that are accessible by car, so the pickups for excursions, transfers and taxis are easy (we used as a reference point Lycée Mohammed V, it is a 5 minute walk from there).

Nadia, our host, was very welcoming with us and made our stay really comfortable. I strongly recommand!

Nadja was the best! We had a very nice stay, beautiful breakfast and a warm hosting. Our room was every Day very lovely decorated. Very good located directly in the Medina.

The shower was cold from time to time, bed was a bit too hard, Pool very small.
