It was conveniently located, modern and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The complimentary laundry service was a bonus!

We would have loved if the bathroom had been just a little bigger.

Spacious, clean and great location

They advised that a full clean would be done between 11-2pm but when we got back to the hotel at 3pm, cleaning had just started. This was very inconvenient because we were tired and wanted to rest. We had to wait around an hour for the cleaning to be finished.

المكان كأنه شقة يكفي العوائل الكبيرة اخذنا غرفة فيها 3 غرف نوم بسرر ملكية وحمامين كانت مره نظيفة ووسيعة الموقع كان مو حلو قريب من مطاعم ومحلات ريحتها تنشب فيك ماحبيت الستاف مره لطيفين بس مايتكلمون انقلش كويس جهزو معاكم ترانسليتور ولا شات جيبيتي، على اخر يوم الحمام اللي فيه مروش طفح علينا وصار يخرج موية على الصالة وذا كان اسوء شيء لان خير ماحبيت برضو وصراحة على السعر لمدة 4 ايام نوت ذات قود لان لو كنت شخص ماتجيب اغراضك الشخصية وتعتمد على اغراض الفنادق عندي لك خبر سيء سمعت مدح على شقة عندهم كبيرة بالدور السادس عشان كذا حجزت بس لو فيه فرصة ثانية ماراح احجز عندهم

직원분들 친절하시고 시설도 사진과똑같았어요! 아이들과함께묵었는데 바닥이 카페트여도 깨끗해서 문제없이 잘 이용했습니다^^

Staff were incredibly helpful... one receptionist took us to 7/11 store to get our Tmoney card and explained everything... wrote down bus numbers and walked us to our bus stop... and waved us away .. amazing service 👏

Walking distances to shops and eating places. Easy to catch Uber taxi on the side street. Staff spoke English and very accommodating. Able to sleep family of 8 comfortably. Felt like home away from home.

The design of the room was very modern, up to date and clean. There was a minor issue with the bathroom shower that was reported and fixed the next day. The staff was very attentive and responsive. I was surprised to learn that there was free laundry service that was provided, which is a great amenity that wasn't known before to me. The location itself is great. Just a block from the City Hall Train station. Just behind the hotel were several clean and nice restaurants to dine at. I booked a room with 3 double beds, which isn't easy to find in the middle of Myeongdong.

Other than the minor issue with the bathroom shower, not many negatives to report.

Checking counter staff are really great and checking was very smooth. Very neat and tidy.

Small but still well sized - the washroom, bedrooms and sitting area were perfect for a 3 person stay. The staff is incredibly quick to respond and helpful for whatever you may need. The building itself is quiet and small, we never heard (or really seen) people from other rooms.

A localização é excelente, perto de metrô, cafés, lanchonetes, fácil acesso, bairro silêncio e tranquilo.

Tivemos muito problema com o ralo do banheiro, desde o primeiro dia eu manifestei insatisfação e nada foi feito. Passamos toda a hospedagem com o banheiro alagando. Eles disseram que isso era do tamanho do ralo, porém já deviam ter solucionado o problema. Pois uma uh para 6 pessoas, fica com o banheiro completamente alagado após a primeira tomar banho e assim permanece até o horário da limpeza. Foi péssimo.

The location! Public transport was easily accessible and you could walk to attractions like myeongdong or the palaces but also take a quick train or bus ride. The room itself was comfortable and clean! We had a great time staying here as a group of 4.

The room with the window was so bright at night due to the billboard outside. Definitely needs better block out blinds

The unit is not as bright as i thought it would be in the evening. The lighting is not so bright, unlike uh suite coex.

今回、宿泊中にホテルの近くで火災があり、22時頃にチェックインしましたが、停電と断水が起きていました。 もちろんロビーも真っ暗の中、スタッフの方が未チェックインの私たちのことを待ってくれていて、火災が起きて停電と断水が起きていることをとても丁寧に何度も謝ってくださいました。 大人数での宿泊だったため荷物も多かったため、エレベーターが使えず往復して運ぼうとしていた所、「何かお手伝いしましょうか」と日本語で話しかけてくださり、荷物も部屋に預けてくださいました。 また、ホテルとのコンタクトツールとして、LINEの登録をお願いされていたのですが、LINEでの連絡も細めに送ってくださっていました。 スタッフさんの対応が本当に素晴らしく、部屋もとてもシンプルで綺麗で大満足でした！ 停電と断水によりスタッフの方もお疲れの所、私たちお客さんを最優先して対応してくださり、本当にありがとうございました🥲 また、立地もとても良く、ソウル駅まで１駅でホテル周りも繁華街でコンビニもすぐ近くにあり、利便性もとても良かったです！ 是非また、利用したいです！！

The water drainage is not good in the shower, and it will be better if there's a recycling bin in the room.

The location was good. The suite was clean and good layout. The free laundry service daily is a plus point for choosing this hotel.

Since I have made the booking of one 3 bedroom and one 2 bedroom suites, I would expect that the hotel try to put us on the same floor. I feel they could make more effort on this area and not only see if there are available rooms on the daybof check in.

駅近でよかった

5 to 10 mins walk to the subway station, cafes & namdameun market. The suite fits our big group and love the kitchenette as it has complete facilities to make own breakfast & lunch. There is sufficient heating during winter as well. I had no issue with the toilets - drainage was great and it has bidet (a must have for me).

Tight space for our winter coats & clothes. Not a stopper for us to stay at this place again!

It was great!!!! 1. Lication: very close to all sightseeings and to the bus stop from/to Inch airport , all the shops are at hand 2. We got complementary upgrade of the room and enjoyed our stay in a very cosy and spacious apartment 3. We have got sauna in the apt and it was gorgeous: as it was cold outside, after morning run and long walking around it was very precious to get warmed in sauna 4. The apartment is equipped with everything you need in daily life, we cooked a lot and it helped to make our stay more comfortable for stomach which is not adapted to authentic Korean cuisine 5. The apartment is clean and the staff did their best to make our rest comfortable)) We will surely come back here!!

very neat and spacious with a lot of natural light from the wide windows and the view of the street is amazing, location is perfect less than 5 min walk from the metro station and in the middle of everything.

the hallway of the hotel entrance might be a little spooky in the first look. the bathroom is a little bit small, and the water keep leaking out from the shower

The check in process, the address doesn’t Mack google maps, and leads you to the other UH suites. Was a very confusing check in. The apartment was tiny. In an adult area…

Suite was rather small. Not possible to share 1 toilet for 3 bedroom capacity. No hooks to hang any towels, clothings

Great location with plenty of food options. olive young and convenient stores all nearby. Train station just across street. Staff was very helpful to arrange airport transfer and can be connected via WhatsApp.

Great hotel. The staff was was so helpful and location is so close to the subway entrances. First time in South Korea and was easy to find our way back while walking or riding the subway. Room was big with a really nice view. Kids really enjoyed it. So much room for them to be kids.

The location was great, with subway station, convenient stores, Olive Young and eateries / cafes within walking distance. The room was great, a bit smaller than what i expected but good for a family of 4-5. Do take note that they charged KRW30k per extra pax. The laundry service is FOC and it is really a bonus for long stay customers. The staffs are fantastic and can converse well with English. They are very helpful, polite and professional and make us feel like we are at home. On the first night, we had air con problem, and the staffs were trying their very best to fix it. It took a bit long, but I appreciate their efforts and continuous follow up with us.

Recommend having instruction in English and Chinese on how to operate the TV and aircon which are in Korean language setting. More hooks or hangers around for hanging hand towels, towels or clothes.

3泊4日3名でファミリースイートに宿泊しました。ホテルの目の前の大きな交差点を渡ると市庁駅8番出口がすぐですが、エスカレーターがないためキャリーケース等がある場合は9番出口から出ることをオススメします。立地はものすごく良いと思いました。明洞までは徒歩10分程度緩やかな坂が続きますが...ホテルの方の対応もものすごくよかったです。LINEで連絡先を登録し何かあれば英語か韓国語でやりとりをしました。部屋の設備はシャワー室＋トイレ×1つ、シャワー室1つ、部屋3部屋(ダブルベッド)、キッチン(お皿、カトラリー、コップ有り)、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫がありました。 シェアハウスみたいな感じがすごくよかったです。また利用したいと思います！

Nothing beats the service of their staff. Many of them went out and beyond their way to help make our stay comfortable and an enjoyable one. I have to especially commend the night staff on 29Nov 24, 03Dec 24 and also your day & night staff on 04Dec 24. They were all so wonderful & helpful! A pity it slipped my mind to get their names. The location was just a mere 2 mins walk to city hall station. All around - especially behind the hotel, there were many eateries - bakeries, cafes, Chinese food, Korean food and Fried chicken places. Super convenient. Love the quiet yet convenient location, for a more restful sleep. New towels and bottled water are replenished daily. Just a mere apx 7 mins cab ride costs 5,000 to 6,500 won taxi to & from myeongdong (if you have too much shopping bags). Lastly, I was apprehensive at first when I read of the choked toilet drains. But we did not experience any issues during our week long stay with them. Hope the hotel can continue to upkeep the place well as would definitely love to be back again.

Would be good to change the curtains to an opaque fabric in the bedroom with 2 double mattresses and provide a table cloth for the kitchen.

The property was very clean, beautiful, had a lot of rooms, two big bathrooms & great shower, and also a great location! Super close to 7/11 and other stores and major tourist areas like Myeongdong. Staff was also very kind and I liked how our rooms were cleaned very often.

The complimentary airport transport from the hotel to the airport. It really simplified our plans as we were a big group. The apartment itself was also great but wished we had more space available to open up suitcases. Nothing we couldn't solve with taking turns with our packing

When we arrived, the drainage in both bathrooms were not cleaned out well and caused flooding when we took our showers. Highlighted to the front desk and they got the cleaning crew to take care of it. Wished they had cleaned it out everytime there is a turnover of the room. It was quite unpleasant to try and clean the drainage out in the middle of a shower

Good eatery around

Plumbing was terrible Could not shower due to clogged pipes and toilet could not be flushed until they came multiple times to fix the problem. Trouble some… but staff was able to address the issue. Getting taxi wasn’t easy

The 2 bedroom apartment is very small and no kitchen or pantry. Not recommended for family with small kids. They said bigger apartments have these facilities so must take that.

何よりも、お部屋が最高すぎる！ 高級マンションの一室のようでした！ 空室があり無料でランクアップしてもらい、サウナがついていて、子供以上に私が大興奮！ スタッフは日本語は難しいですが、英語が可能なようなので簡単な会話は出来ましたし、何だったら翻訳アプリがあれば何ら問題なし。 強いていうなら、タクシー運転手がホテルの場所がわからない人がほとんどなので、住所を見せて行ってもらうのがベストです。 ホテルの名前を伝えると、違う店舗に連れて行かれましたw

Good living and dining area size

Despite being a new hotel that was just opened in April 2024 maintenance of the hotel rooms were not up to expectations. There were stains on the walls. Rooms were fairly small and tight

Very spacious and accommodating staff. Great for families.

I loved how helpful the reception office was, they helped us everyday with booking our taxis and gave us clear info and answered all our questions. We also loved the accommodation, it was pleasant and clean and perfect location close by main attractions like the Namsan tower and more.

Was great to find a modern and clean hotel with 3 bedrooms that could accomdate my entire family. It's not a full service hotel like a Ritz Carlton (with concierge service), but the front desk is responsive and very friendly too. Perfect location right next to City Hall in Seoul.

The front desk if not staffed 24 hours and day (so not full service like a Western Hotel) and there isn't a gym.
