Es war alles super

I liked the location as we were able to walk to where we wanted to visit. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a few grocery stores as well. The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms around us were quiet also. When I come back to Napoli I will seek if there is availability here. I will also recommend this place to my friends and family.

La struttura si trova all’interno di un condominio,camera molto grande con bagno privato fornito di tutto,tv con Netflix e aria condizionata. centro raggiungibile a piedi,e comodissimo Bar sotto condominio con buono sconto colazione. Se passo per Napoli verrò sicuramente da voi…. Grazie!

Cameră spațioasă, curată, oferă tot ce ai nevoie pentru o vacanță mai lunga (aerul condiționat racea foarte bine, frigiderul la fel, aparat de cafea pe hol, fier de călcat, multe umerașe in șifonier). Am avut apa calda tot timpul și produse de baie oferite. Personal prezent și atent. Bloc cu portar. Supermarket Sole la câțiva pași. Localizare perfecta.

Excellent service and a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect, close to the city center, Via Toledo, and the Quartieri Spagnoli, making it easy to explore Naples on foot. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and polite. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und ein top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Bett war zudem sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft des Betreibers: Ich war in Sorrento und wollte spontan einen Scooter mieten, hatte aber leider meine Brieftasche mit dem Führerschein im Zimmer vergessen. Ohne Führerschein konnte ich den Scooter nicht mieten. Nachdem ich den Betreiber angerufen hatte, organisierte er kurzerhand jemanden, der in mein Zimmer ging und den Führerschein für mich fotografierte. Dadurch konnte ich den Scooter doch noch mieten – wirklich ein super Service! Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung und ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Bisschen hellhörig, aber das ist überall in Neapel so wenn man Zentral schlafen möchte da immer was los ist.

Breakfast was not a service provided and we were informed about this following an enquiry after booking. We were also informed that a discount of 20% was arranged with a local cafe which we can use, however when we tried to use this, we found the cafe was closed during our visit. This sort of information should be updated so that guests are well informed. There were other eateries around the area which is quite central, but no discounts. The location is absolutely fantastic and you can actually walk to a lot of places and the vibe was very good. We found the neighbourhood safe. There is also a taxi rank in front of the building should you need to use it, but when we did, we found that we were overcharged for a journey that took only ten minutes to get to. We were charge 20€ when the actual fare on the meter registered 9.70€ so be mindful of this. Luigi, I believe is the manager, offered to help us book a taxi to the airport when we were returning which only cost us 24€ compared to the 20€ paid for an earlier trip to Garibaldi station to meet a tour group for a planned trip from the accommodation. We were also given the opportunity to store our luggages with the staff free of charge following the 10:30 check out time which was helpful and convenient.

I believe an information pack should be provided to clients on arrival as part of the items in the room. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and their office closes at 7pm which meant there would be no one to meet us. The manager did send a message which we picked up on arrival and provided guidance in accessing the room and other facilities which was helpful and did say we could call him if needed. Being our first night, it was difficult to navigate where to eat, though we ended up using our phones to find eateries and proximity to where we were which was good, however, such information could have been provided in the room to assist would be my view. We had to leave the accommodation early the next day (7:30am) due to a planned trip, so we were not aware of a set time that we had to be out of the room to have it serviced. As the trip was all day, we came back very late and stayed in bed quite late the next day till past 2pm. We were interrupted by constant door knocking that we needed to have been out of the room by 10:30am to have it serviced or they could just drop us clean towels as there wouldn't be anyone to clean our room. I found this very irritating and told them, that information should have been provided to us and we cannot just leave the room as we still needed to get ourselves ready and they would have to wait. Due to language issues, they got someone on the phone whom we spoke to and reiterated the same statement that we should have been informed rather than trying to get us out of the room in haste and this really irritated me. The person then told them to give us the time to get ready. The next day, aware of the timings, we left the room early but came back at 2:30pm and they were just getting started on our room to clean which contradicted the timings they had previously mentioned.

Very centrally located - everything accessible by foot. Very nice and reactive staff. Air co worked well and room service available on demand. Very useful guide (for restaurants, pizzerias, bars, etc) provided.

Room didn’t correspond to the pictures: it was still ok but way less luxurious than on the pictures. The big yellow building you see on the pictures is the renaissance hotel opposite the building where the rooms are. We were a couple who stayed for 3 nights and only had 4 small individual shower gels/shampoo packets (not enough for a shower per person a day). No glasses or spoons available to take a medicine if you need to. We didn’t raise these issues with the staff who could have maybe solved them but these are easy to fix things for the future. There was a sign you needed to pay for the elevator but in the end, it was not necessary.

Struttura in posizione centrale, a soli 2 min a piedi da Via Toledo. Zona tranquilla e servita. Le stanze si trovano all’interno di un palazzo custodito da vigilanza giorno e notte. Stanza spaziosa pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Personale super disponibile e gentile.

Emplacement idéal. Facile d'accès. Chambre très propre. Hôte très serviable et professionnel. Je recommande.

This location truly exceeded our expectations! The apartment itself was extremely clean, and had a great layout that fit everyone in our party more than comfortably. We loved the big windows and ac was a huge bonus! The apartment is in a very central location, only a few minutes away from many shops and the Spanish quarter which has amazing culture and night life. You can also be down to the port and museums within minutes. It was incredibly easy to check in and the host was quick with communication. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future, highly recommend!

Siliahouse provided all of the expectations written in the booking details. The location is amazing, they don't refer to it as an hotel but the quality was the same. Siliahouse owns 2 flats in a building which is known to be in the safe area of Napoli. The building has its own 24/7 security and it's in a walking distance to many beautiful and famous places especially to the port of Napoli. The manager Luigi texted after the reservation is approved and gave the details. Other than that he answered all of our questions and solved our problem about a transfer to the airport. Also, Mary was really friendly and she stayed until all of our questions are answered during our check-in. We arrived earlier than the expected check in time, we needed to rest as soon as possible and they did us a favor and upgraded our room due to our extreme tiredness of traveling all night without any sleep. They offer a free room cleaning everyday and they put 2 small bottles of water to the fridge daily. If I ever come back to Napoli, I would love to book a reservation again. Grazie mille!

Περάσαμε τέλεια δωμάτιο ήτανε πεντακάθαρο άνετο και σε Εξαιρετικι τοποθεσία. Πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι. Εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη, Και οι οικοδεσπότες Πολύ ευγενική Και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Το προτείνω Ανεπιφύλακτα Και σίγουρα θα επέλεγα Δωμάτια

Great location, really amazing, nice and clean room, just big enough for 2 people for like 4-5 days.

The beds were kinda cracking (nevertheless still comfy though).

En general me gusto todo , la ubicacion perfecta cerca de centro historico pero no metido en bullicio, tambien cerca de todo ( chiaia, zona elegante estaba 10 min adnando, sobre todo Mari que se encargo que no nos falte de nada,lo recomiendo por todo( habitaciones grandes, limpias, no tiene que envidiar nada a los hoteles de renombre.

L'emplacement est très central, proche du port de Beverello, du Municipio et donc de la zone commerçante, du quartier espagnol et du centre historique. L'immeuble donne une bonne impression, il y a un gardien à l'entrée, qui a appelé la personne du BnB, un ascenseur pour nous rendre au 4e (pratique avec des valises ! ;-) ), et les deux chambres étaient reliées par un petit hall, donc nous étions vraiment indépendants. Nous pouvions faire le check-in en ligne, ou avec une personne. Nous avons choisi la 2e option. La personne qui nous a accueillis était vraiment très gentille et professionnelle.

Easily accessible from the station via the R2 bus, 5 minute walk from the stop. The property is clean, the host is extremely friendly and communicates very well. We were given coffee on arrival and asked if we needed anything more.

The rooms were lovely. Very clean. We had a room with a balcony and it was lovely sitting out. We were very close to the port and the centre with shops. A lovely lady showed us into our room. She was very nice and helpful.

Las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, amplias, siempre hay café e incluye todas las comodidades incluyendo plancha de ropa y secadora de cabello. Mary habla español e inglés y se portó muy bien con nosotros

This is a very centric and comfortable stay in a nice and more relaxed area of Naples. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I highly recommend staying here. It is super close to Toledo metro station, Piazza Municipio, the port, Galeria Umberto, and Piazza del Plebiscito. Mary was super attentive and friendly. Room was comfortable and as expected from the pictures I had seen. I would definitely stay here again.

הכל פשוט מושלם! החדר המרווח ומצוחצח, אפילו יותר ממלונות בהם רמת הנקיון טובה אבל אפשר למצוא אבק במקומות מסויימים כאן החדר היה מצוחצח להפליא, אפילו שרצינו לשים את המזוודה מעל הארון ובדקתי שהוא נקי עם מגבון, המגבון יצא נקי! מדהים לא ציפינו לכזו רמה זה בהחלט מוערך!

הכל היה מושלם!

Facilità di comunicazione e di accesso alla struttura anche oltre l'orario ufficiale del check-in grazie alle istruzioni chiare e particolareggiate che ci sono state inviate tramite WhatApps. Inoltre l'efficienza, la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff. La pulizia impeccabile della stanza e degli spazi comuni. Ottima esperienza. Consiglio vivamente. Viva Napoli e i napoletani.

Majoituspaikka oli todella siisti! Huone oli tilava ja kaikki toimi moitteettomasti. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä. Saimme vielä käydä suihkussa ennen lentoamme, vaikka olimme jo luovuttaneet huoneen. Plussaa myös hyvästä kahvista!

Posizi9ne eccezionale, silenzio, stanze grandi e pulite. L'essenziale per quello che serve tanto si è sempre in giro. Inoltre letti fatti ogni giorno e giro asciugamani quotidiano. Facilità di accesso. Disponibilità super.

Magari era tutto minimal ma francamente a noi andava benissimo così.

Las imágenes publicadas eran distintas a la realidad El ascensor entre determinadas horas del día no es gratis (10 centavos de euro por subida) ya que el hotel se encuentra dentro de un edificio convencional, con consultorios médicos, departamentos privados etc.

Vi si trova tutto ciò che può servire: metropolitana, taxi, ristoranti e trattorie, negozi di ogni genere insomma tutto. Tengo a sottolineare ed evidenziare la facilità di comunicazione e di accesso alla struttura anche oltre l'orario ufficiale del check-in grazie alle istruzioni chiare e particolareggiate che mi sono state inviate tramite WhatApps, l'efficienza, la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, la pulizia impeccabile della stanza e degli spazi comuni. Ottima esperienza.

Niente che non mi sia piaciuto, mi permetto solo due suggerimenti: - fornire qualche strumento in più per la colazione (tovaglioli di carta, cucchiaini, qualche bicchiere...) non sarebbe male... - personalmente ho trovato le prese USB inutilizzabili per i miei devices (iPad e smartphone) perchè ormai non tutti gli strumenti elettronici "vanno d'accordo" con qualsiasi presa USB. Meglio sarebbero le normali prese elettriche per poter utilizzare i propri caricatori. Io mi sono arrangiata ma ho dovuto utilizzare prese elettriche collocate in posizioni scomodissime. Niente di importante, ma sono piccole cose che potrebbero credo venire migliorate.
